5、roduction 潞安集團(tuán)是山西五大煤炭企業(yè)集團(tuán)之一,是國家重要的優(yōu)質(zhì)動(dòng)力煤和噴吹煤生產(chǎn)基地。進(jìn)入“十三五”以來,潞安集團(tuán)深入落實(shí)中央及省委省政府推動(dòng)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的決策部署,圍繞煤炭的清潔高效利用和高端轉(zhuǎn)型、深度轉(zhuǎn)型,確立了“1+3”產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展布局。本研究以潞安礦業(yè)集團(tuán)下轄各主體礦為樣本和創(chuàng)新研究為起點(diǎn),深度剖析潞安礦業(yè)集團(tuán)下轄各主體礦信息化發(fā)展中遇到的技術(shù)瓶頸,給出了整體設(shè)計(jì)方案,并最終搭建一個(gè)能實(shí)現(xiàn)礦山異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能融合的高性能系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)。 Luan Group, one of the five largest coal enterprises in Shanxi, is the coun

Since the 13th five-year plan, Lu an has deeply implemented the decision and deployment of supply-side structural reform promoted by the central and provincial government, and has established the 1+3 industrial development

7、 layout focusing on the clean and efficient use, high-end transformation and deep transformation of coal. This study, taking the main mine of Luan Group as research samples and innovation research as the starting point, deeply analyzed the technical bottlenecks encountered in the development of info

8、rmation technology, had given the overall design, and ultimately built a high performance system platform that can realize heterogeneous network integration of smart mine system .原因一:企業(yè)建設(shè)的各類綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、管理信息系統(tǒng)及工程數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)等,由于開發(fā)商不同,采用的開發(fā)技術(shù)、編碼規(guī)則、數(shù)據(jù)命名和數(shù)據(jù)描述不同,“數(shù)字鴻溝”和“信息孤島”現(xiàn)象凸顯,數(shù)據(jù)無法共享,信息無法分享,各系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的珍貴數(shù)據(jù)無法發(fā)揮作用。原因二:

9、潞安集團(tuán)下屬分(子)公司布局分散,礦井管理涵蓋面大,各企業(yè)井下系統(tǒng)之間、井上系統(tǒng)之間及井上和井下系統(tǒng)之間、集團(tuán)系統(tǒng)與下屬公司系統(tǒng)之間都無法互聯(lián)互通,難以形成統(tǒng)一的信息資源池,很難實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、統(tǒng)一、安全的綜合系統(tǒng)管理。為什么礦山信息化過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)信息?Why is there a large number of heterogeneous networks and heterogeneous data information produced in the process of mine informatization?Reason 1: Because of differe
