19、could catch the first train.(2)當(dāng)主句用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí),現(xiàn)在完成時(shí),一般將來時(shí)的時(shí)候,so that, in order that 后面可以跟may,can,will; 當(dāng)主句用一般過去時(shí),過去完成時(shí),過去進(jìn)行時(shí)的時(shí)候, so that, in order that 后面可以跟mingt, could, would, should.special difficulties(3)so that與so-that的區(qū)別 so that 可以引導(dǎo)目的的狀語(yǔ)從句(有情態(tài)動(dòng)詞)或結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句(沒有情態(tài)動(dòng)詞)(從句子的意思上或根據(jù)主句和從句的邏輯關(guān)系上去判斷); so-that引導(dǎo)結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句,作“如此- 以致- ”講,常用在“so+形容詞/副詞+that clause”結(jié)構(gòu)中.(4) in order to (in order not to)和so as to (in order no
