1、2020第六屆“?？票比蛉A僑華人創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽邀請函InvitationThe 6th “OHTC” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for Global Overseas Hi-tech and High Talents一、大賽簡介Introduction“?？票笔恰爸袊鞑亢Ｍ飧咝驴萍既瞬徘⒄剷钡闹匾顒?，圍繞服務(wù)國家“創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展”戰(zhàn)略、國務(wù)院僑辦“萬僑創(chuàng)新”行動和我省重點產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展宗旨，整合政策、園區(qū)、企業(yè)、風投與海外華僑華人創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人士等創(chuàng)新要素，搭建面向全球的科技創(chuàng)新和加速科技成果轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化的平臺，引進和培育高水平、高層次、

2、高素質(zhì)的創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊和具有核心創(chuàng)新能力的高成長性戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)科技項目和中小企業(yè)，引導更廣泛的社會資源支持海外華僑華人在川創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐。The “OHTC”, a major event of the Western China Overseas Hi-tech and High Talents Conference, is set up under the direction of National Innovation Driven Development Strategy, the “Initiative to Promote Mass Overseas hi-talents Innovatio

3、n” taken by Overseas Hi-talents Affairs Office Of The State Council and purposes of the development of key industries in Sichuan Province. The aim of the “OHTC” is to build a platform which faces global scientific and technological innovation and accelerates the transfer and transformation of scient

4、ific and technological achievements. In order to achieve this aim, the province needs to integrate innovative factors (policies, industry parks, enterprises, venture capital and overseas hi-talents who support innovation and entrepreneurship) and lead more extensive social resources to support the e

5、ntrepreneurial practice of overseas hi-talents in Sichuan Province. Besides, high-level and high-quality entrepreneur teams need to be introduced and trained, together with SMEs (small and medium-size enterprise) and science and technology projects with core innovation capability of high-growth and

6、strategic emerging industries trained.二、參賽要求Requirement參賽項目應(yīng)當是高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、制造、生產(chǎn)及服務(wù)等方面，擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)且無產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛，其技術(shù)成果國內(nèi)（世界）領(lǐng)先，符合四川省產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展要求，并有意來川發(fā)展，有較好的市場前景并能實施產(chǎn)業(yè)化。同一參賽者參賽項目均不能與往年海科會項目有所重復。The entry must be closely related to the field of high-tech products development, HYPERLINK /w/manufacture/ l keyfrom=E2Ctransl

7、ation manufacture, production and service, which should have independent intelligent property right and not be involved in property right dispute. It is required that the technical achievement of the the entry should be domestic (or world) leading and serve the development of industries in Sichuan P

8、rovince. The competitor is supposed to be willing to start a career in Sichuan, meanwhile, the products are required to have better market prospects and can be industrialized. The same participant should not be repeated with previous OHTC.1. 參賽資料Materials（1）須具備電子版商業(yè)計劃書；（2）須具備最高學歷的學位證（3）需具備有效的護照復印件（4

9、）須準備路演PPT，陳述時間10分鐘之內(nèi)，簡明扼要、重點突出。（1）The electronic version of Business Plan（2）The electronic version of certificate of degree（3）The electronic version of passprt（4）The competitor should prepare a PPT for road show, and the presentation should be concisely no longer than 10 minutes. 2. 注意事項Announcement

10、s（1）參賽嘉賓所有報送的項目材料均不得涉及他人的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)和國家秘密;（2）參賽嘉賓參賽前請先在免責聲明上簽字并電郵會務(wù)組，參加9月成都總決賽預(yù)選賽的選手需交原件至組織方。 (1)All the materials of the applictions cant involve others intellectual property rights and state secrets.(2)The competitor needs to sign the disclaimer before the competition, then e-mails the organizing committ

Competitors who are going to participate in the preliminaries of the grand final in Chengdu are required to hand the original copy in to the organizers.三、有關(guān)說明Tips1. 獲獎項目將得到四川省、各市政策資金支持，加入有關(guān)人才計劃及獲得高新園區(qū)啟動資金、房租補貼等支持?？倹Q賽期間將組織海內(nèi)外風投機構(gòu)高管和權(quán)威技術(shù)專家組成評委組進行現(xiàn)場打分及項目點評。 1.For projects that are awarded there wil

During the finals, there will be technique specialists and senior managers
