1、摘要本設(shè)計(jì)包括三個(gè)部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。一般部分共包括 10 章:1.礦區(qū)概述及地質(zhì)特征;2.境界和儲(chǔ)量;3.礦井工作制度、設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限;4.開拓;5.準(zhǔn)備方式帶區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下礦井基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。;8.礦井;9.礦井通風(fēng)與安全技術(shù);10.一般部分為平煤二礦 1.8Mt/a 新井設(shè)計(jì)。平煤二礦位于省平頂山市,交長約 4.9 km,傾向長約 5.2 km,總面積為 25.48km2。主通便利。采煤層為四 1(戊 )煤,傾角 317,平均 8。煤層平均厚度為 3.45 m。210地質(zhì)條件較為簡單。工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量為 197.18Mt,礦井可采儲(chǔ)量 159.32
2、Mt。礦井服務(wù)年限為 63.2a,涌水量不大,礦井正常涌水量為 548 m3/h,最大涌水量為 1070 m3/h。礦井相對(duì)瓦斯涌出量為 5.94 m3/t,為低瓦斯礦井。根據(jù)地質(zhì)條件,提出四個(gè)技術(shù)上可行的開拓方案。方案一:立井單水平上下山(巖石大巷);方案二:立井單水平上下山(煤層大巷);方案三:立井兩水平暗斜井延深(巖石大巷);方案四:立井兩水平暗斜井延深(煤層大巷)。通過粗略和詳細(xì)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,最終確定方案一為最優(yōu)方案。一水平標(biāo)高-430m,整個(gè)劃分為 2 個(gè)帶區(qū)和 2 個(gè)盤區(qū)。礦井采用 礦井采用帶區(qū)式準(zhǔn)備方式,工作面設(shè)計(jì)長度全高采煤工藝。礦井年工作日為 330d,晝夜凈并列式通風(fēng)方式。

The thickness of the mine are about 3.45 m. The geological conditions of the minefield is relatively simple. The proved reserve of the minefiel
7、d is 197.18 Mt. The designed productive capacity is159.32Mt, and the service life of the mine is 63.2years. The normal water flow of the mine is 548 m3/h and the max flow of the mine is 1070 m3/h. 10、 long distancewest direction, The type of mine ventilation is the centralized juxtae ventilation.Designedmining district makes use of the method of the mining districtpreparation. The design length of working face is 200 m, which uses fully mechanized mining with full-seam mining technology. The wor
11、king days in one year are 330. Everyday it takes 16 hours in lifting the coal. The operation mode in the mine is“four-six” with three teams mining and the other overhauling. Every mining teammakes three working cycle, and the overhauling team makesorking cycle. Soeveryday there are 6 working cycles.
