5、-Commerce) and one of the leading IT service companies in PRC and a primer European medical equipment companys China market entry in China .SCOPE OF WORKThe major objective of this project is to provide essential information of the strategy and operations for locating a dot-com based publication joi

6、nt venture for SPANISH_MEDIA_Co (SMC) as the basis for strategic investment decisions in the PRC. Along with the consulting project, Bexcel Management Consultants (“Bexcel”) will provide three months related consulting services to SPANISH_MEDIA_Co.The scope of this project is divided to three phases
