1、2019-2020年初中英語學業(yè)水平考試說明第一編 考試說明為指導和規(guī)范我市初中學生英語學科學業(yè)水平考試，依據(jù)2001年國家教育部頒發(fā)的全日制義務教育 普通高級中學英語課程標準（實驗稿）（以下簡稱課程標準），結合我市初中英語教學的實際，特制定本考試說明。本說明列出了考試性質、命題原則、考試內(nèi)容及要求、考試形式及試卷結構、樣題與參考答案，是英語學科學業(yè)水平考試命題和學生復習備考的依據(jù)。一、考試性質 初中英語學業(yè)水平考試是初中學生英語學習的水平考試，屬于義務教育階段英語學科的終結性考試。它是檢測初中學生綜合語言運用能力發(fā)展程度的重要途徑，也是反映初中英語教學效果、學校辦學質量的重要指標之一。考試的

2、成績既是衡量學生是否達到畢業(yè)要求的主要依據(jù)，也是高一級學校招生的依據(jù)之一。二、命題原則（一）科學性原則以課程標準規(guī)定的五級目標要求為依據(jù)，以考查學生綜合語言運用能力為目標，全面、客觀地考查學生經(jīng)過初中學習后所具有的語言水平；試題要具有代表性，覆蓋面廣；要將語言知識的考查置于真實、充分的語境中進行；試題的難易度要適當，力避偏題、怪題；主觀性試題和客觀性試題的比例適當；確保英語知識正確，語言表述規(guī)范，選用的情境素材健康，聯(lián)系社會實際和學生的生活實際。（二）基礎性原則重點考查學生的英語基礎知識、基本技能及其綜合運用能力，適當考查學生運用英語獲取信息、加工信息、分析問題和解決問題的能力，并體現(xiàn)對學生文

3、化意識、情感態(tài)度等綜合素養(yǎng)的考查。試題要符合學生英語認知水平、認知規(guī)律和發(fā)展要求。（三）公平性原則命題面向全體學生，試題內(nèi)容盡量避免客觀因素影響，盡可能照顧到經(jīng)濟、文化、城鄉(xiāng)、民族、性別等背景的差異。三、考試內(nèi)容及要求 考查的知識和能力范圍為課程標準五級目標要求。（一）語言知識要求考生掌握并能運用課程標準五級要求規(guī)定的英語語音、詞匯、語法、功能意念和話題，具體如下：1、 語 音 了解語音在語言學習中的意義； 了解英語語音包括發(fā)音、重音、連讀、語調、節(jié)奏等內(nèi)容； 在日常生活會話中做到語音、語調基本正確、自然、流暢； 根據(jù)重音和語調的變化理解和表達不同的意圖和態(tài)度； 根據(jù)讀音拼寫單詞和短語。2、

4、詞 匯 了解英語詞匯包括單詞、短語、習慣用語和固定搭配等形式； 理解和領悟詞語的基本含義以及在特定語境中的意義； 運用詞匯描述事物、行為和特征，說明概念等； 學會使用15001600個的單詞（詳見教科書詞匯表的黑體詞）和200300個習慣用語或固定搭配。3、語 法 了解常用語言形式的基本結構和常用表意功能； 在實際運用中體會和領悟語言形式的表意功能； 理解和掌握描述人和物的表達方式； 理解和掌握描述具體事件和具體行為的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程的表達方式； 初步掌握描述時間、地點、方位的表達方式； 理解、掌握比較人、物體及事物的表達方式。4、 功 能 在日常生活中恰當理解和表達問候、告別、感謝、介紹等交際

5、功能； 在日常人際交往中有效地進行表達。5、話 題 熟悉與學生個人、家庭和學校生活密切相關的話題； 熟悉有關日常生活、興趣愛好、風俗習慣、科學文化等方面的話題。（二）語言技能1、聽 要求考生能聽懂所熟悉話題的簡短對話和獨白?？忌鷳埽?根據(jù)語調和重音理解說話者的意圖； 聽懂有關熟悉話題的談話，并能從中提取信息和觀點； 借助語境克服生詞障礙、理解大意； 聽懂接近正常語速的故事和記敘文，理解故事的因果關系； 在聽的過程中用適當方式做出反應； 能針對所聽語段的內(nèi)容記錄簡單信息。2、讀 要求考生能讀懂常見體裁的閱讀材料?？忌鷳埽?理解文中的具體信息； 根據(jù)上下文和構詞法推斷、理解生詞的含義； 理解段

6、落中各句子之間的邏輯關系； 找出文章中的主題，理解故事的情節(jié)，預測故事情節(jié)的發(fā)展和可能的結局；3、 寫 要求考生根據(jù)提示進行書面表達，如：簡單描述人物或事件等?？忌鷳埽海?）使用常見的連接詞表示順序和邏輯關系，清楚、連貫地傳遞信息，表達意思；（2）根據(jù)所給圖示或表格寫出簡單的段落或操作說明；（3）有效運用所學語言知識。（三）情感態(tài)度1、能在英語交流中注意并理解他人的情感；2、對祖國文化能有更深刻的了解；3、樂于接觸并了解異國文化。（四）學習策略1、在交際中，把注意力集中在意思的表達上；2、在交際中注意到中外交際習俗的差異；3、善于利用圖畫等非語言信息理解主題；4、必要時，有效地借助母語知識理

7、解英語。（五）文化意識1、了解英語交際中常用的體態(tài)語，如手勢、表情等；2、恰當使用英語中不同的稱謂語、問候語和告別語；3、了解、區(qū)別英語中不同性別常用的名字和親昵的稱呼；4、了解英語國家中家庭成員之間的稱呼習俗；5、了解英語國家正式和非正式場合服飾和穿戴習俗；6、了解英語國家的飲食習俗；7、對別人的贊揚、請求等做出恰當?shù)姆磻?、用恰當?shù)姆绞奖磉_贊揚、請求等意義；9、初步了解英語國家的地理位置、氣候特點、歷史等；10、了解常見動植物在英語國家中的文化涵義；11、了解自然現(xiàn)象在英語中可能具有的文化涵義；12、了解英語國家中傳統(tǒng)的文娛和體育活動；13、了解英語國家中重要的節(jié)假日及主要慶祝方式；14

8、、通過對英語的學習，加深對中國文化的理解。四、考試形式及試卷結構（一）考試形式1、學業(yè)水平考試采用書面作答、閉卷考試的方式（含聽力測試）。暫不進行口語測試。有條件的縣市區(qū)可自行組織口語測試。2、考試時間為120分鐘，滿分100分。（二）試卷結構1、試題由第卷和第卷兩部分組成。第卷為選擇題（共65分），考生要在答題卡上作答；第卷為非選擇題（共35分），直接在試卷上答題。2、試題按易、中、難的分布結構。易、中、難的比例分別為7：2：1。3、具體題型、題量、分值及參考時間見下表：內(nèi) 容題量計分參考時間（分鐘）第I卷（65分）第一部分聽力聽力選擇151515第二部分語言知識運用單項填空101010完形
