7、ous matters 驗(yàn)收工件和其他事宜4.1 The grinded gears reached quality 1 at the pre-acceptance. But when measuring them on customersP100-machine they only get quality 3-4. For Final acceptance Quality 2 is required.預(yù)驗(yàn)收磨齒達(dá)到 1 級(jí)精度，在客戶P100 測(cè)量機(jī)實(shí)測(cè) 3-4 級(jí)精度。而客戶需要終驗(yàn)收能達(dá)到 2 級(jí)精度。4.2 Beijing Nou Railway Transit Machinery C

8、o. onlyd 2 sets of Gears, which has alreadybeen grinded 0,75 mm to “0” at the pre-acceptance. After grinding and making a correction, the tooththickness reached -0,5 mm, so reached the soft core. As result there was no further grindingsible.So the Customer need to prepareeast another 2 set of gears

9、frinding before final acceptance.南口軌道交通僅提供了兩套齒輪，用于調(diào)試及終驗(yàn)收驗(yàn)收，該兩套齒輪在預(yù)驗(yàn)收時(shí)齒厚已經(jīng)磨削至 0，磨削量為 0.75. 經(jīng)過在客戶工廠修正磨削后齒厚接近-0.5,已經(jīng)達(dá)到熱處理層極限，沒有進(jìn)一步磨削的可能性。因此南口軌道交通公司需另外準(zhǔn)備至少兩套齒輪用于終驗(yàn)收。4.3 Beijing N acceptance :ou Railway Transit Machinery Co. need to prepare the following items for final南口軌道交通還需準(zhǔn)備如下事項(xiàng)：- The P100 must be c

10、onnected to theP100 測(cè)量機(jī)需與KIMoS 計(jì)算機(jī)及 G80 磨床聯(lián)網(wǎng)puter and the G80- A computer on which KIMoS and KOMET software have been installed and can be used normally.一臺(tái)安裝有KIMoS 和 KoMet的電腦，兩個(gè)可以正常使用。- All of the hardware for Network connection。Is been finished.聯(lián)網(wǎng)所需全部硬件。已經(jīng)完成。- Since the old software of P100 has not

11、 comple y alignment (without pitch measuring alignment)function of eccentricity, This direct lead to the wrong measuring result compare to KL manufacturing standard (or need to buy the option).The old P100 has not Komet software ,this lead togetting correction data and transmit correction data imsib

The old P100 has not USBerface ,thislead to error happens frequently when importing or exporting the database data, it will cause great risks to the normal use in the future.For the above reasons , customer need to update the old P100.we will connect with KL and inform customer.由于 P100 測(cè)量機(jī)舊版本制造

13、標(biāo)準(zhǔn). 該舊版本沒有完整的找正補(bǔ)償(齒距測(cè)量找正)功能，這直接導(dǎo)致測(cè)量結(jié)果錯(cuò)誤而不符合也沒有修正Komet，導(dǎo)致測(cè)量機(jī)無法計(jì)算以獲取修正值并通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸該修正值。該舊版電腦主機(jī)沒有 Usb 接口，導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入及導(dǎo)出經(jīng)常出錯(cuò)，給將來正常使用造成極大隱患。基于以上原因客戶需對(duì)其 P100 測(cè)量機(jī)進(jìn)行升級(jí)。具體時(shí)間將同溝通另行通知。- Measuring reports of the P100(software updated) of the heat-treated parts which will be used for final acceptance.
