1、寶潔 CBD 面經(jīng)本人本科畢業(yè)，放棄了推研，申請出國失敗，畢業(yè)后在時間，某學校教書一段9 月份申請寶潔非應屆職位 CBD（客戶商業(yè)發(fā)展部）部門的 key account manager 。10.13 筆試，一共兩輪，具體細節(jié)不說了，精華區(qū)里面有，可能有的同學不知道TOEIC 是啥，之前我也不知道，只是前一天從的書店里抓了兩本托業(yè)的書看看，很像托福，但是有些題型以及點不一樣，最好大家提前看看，知己知彼考完筆試之后，讓等通知，結(jié)果回來就收到了寶潔的一份問卷，問了三個問題，讓于某某日中午前發(fā)回去，本來以為回答問題會決定面試與否，結(jié)果還沒等發(fā)回去，寶潔就打通知面試去了。10.17 第一輪面試，對方是一

2、個 JJ，估計是 HR 得人，開始用英文介紹一下自己，然后就是中文了，主要問還是那份問卷上的三個，再有就是有沒有一個例子，你給自己設置了一個目標，比自己能力能達到的稍微高出一些，但是最后搞定了？其他的沒有啥，我說的時候 JJ 狂記，后來才知道，那是為了再次問道看你說得跟上次一樣不一樣，防止杜撰，再有 JJ 一再要求能不能不用我發(fā)給他的那三個問題的回答，再給出一些例子，估計她是怕我這三個例子是找別人編的，最后結(jié)束，讓我問個問題，這是慣例，必須要問，我問：“PG 和聯(lián)合利華比優(yōu)勢在哪？”她說：“你覺得那？”我.ft！沒有直接回答，心里想，我不知道才問你呀，說：“從產(chǎn)品上看，PG的洗發(fā)水品種很多，但

3、是牙膏特別少，而聯(lián)合禮華牙膏種類就多”結(jié)果 JJ 話匣子打開了“這是歷史原因”后來又談到了 PG 的，JJ 覺得很多公司都在 COPY 這點，但是真正能作到的只有 PG，我表示贊同。結(jié)束的時候，JJ 說，一之前漫長的等待會通知你面試（頓了一下）結(jié)果。一之前我并沒有接到，看來完了，結(jié)果周一早上來了，通知我面試，final 了，哼哼 10.21 下午，兩個 ROOM 同時面試，面試官是三個人，一個 JJ 估計還是 HR 得人，另外兩個 GG 是 CBD 的 MANAGER，都很 nice，基本過程跟前一次面試幾乎一摸一樣，還是就那些問題問，也是中文的，再有就是針對我簡歷上的一些經(jīng)歷隨便問問，結(jié)束的

4、時候每個人都跟我握手，感覺就像訣別，呵呵，很多人納悶為什么寶潔沒有英文面試，其實這種理念是對的，寶潔要找得是最合適得人，有些能力不需要，人家不需要最牛的，而是合適的，這點特別重要，所以面試前只需要好好想想那些問題，沒必要特別多的準備，坦然的聊聊就行了，寶潔的人從頭到尾給我感覺都很 NICE，與其說是面試，不如說是聊天，之所以用中文就是不希望英文影響談話的內(nèi)容。呵呵沒機會展示我暴爛的口語總的感覺，實話實說，平常心面對，其實面試只是大家見個面看看是不是適合對方，互 相檢驗一下，成了就成了，不成也只能說明不是一路，不匹配。 肯定有些同學想看看我那三道題的 feedback，貼出來大家隨便看看：Ple
