2、反應(yīng)中反應(yīng)物骨架、官能團或化學(xué)鍵變化的最根本特征和選擇性控制方面的研究進展。藥物合成設(shè)計原理主要介紹逆向合成原理、綜合應(yīng)用各類藥物合成反應(yīng)的基本方法。通過本課程的學(xué)習(xí)，使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)基礎(chǔ)課程后能系統(tǒng)地掌握藥物制備中重要的有機合成反應(yīng)和合成設(shè)計原理，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在實際藥物合成工作中設(shè)計、分析問題和解決問題的能力?！癘rganic Reactions for Drug Synthesis” is a fundamental compulsory course for Pharmaceutical Science major. Its content includes major drug synth

3、esis reactions such as halogenation, alkylation, acylation, condensation, rearrangement, oxidation and reduction, and other common unit reactions and design principles of drug synthesis. For each unit reactions, the reaction mechanism is highlighted, in which the structure, reaction condition, react

4、ion direction and relationship between reaction products of reactants (reagents) are discussed, so as to highlight the most fundamental characteristics of the changes of reactants skeleton, functional groups or chemical bonds and the research progress of selective control in drug synthesis reaction.

5、 The principles of drug synthesis design mainly introduce the principle of reverse synthesis and the basic method of synthesizing various drugs. Through the study of this course, students can systematically master the important organic synthesis reaction and synthesis design principles in drug prepa

6、ration, and cultivate the ability to design, analyze and solve problems in actual drug synthesis work.設(shè)計思路： 藥物合成反應(yīng)是藥學(xué)專業(yè)專業(yè)課。藥物化學(xué)是藥學(xué)專業(yè)主要二級學(xué)科之一，藥物合成化學(xué)是藥物化學(xué)學(xué)科的重要組成部分。藥物合成反應(yīng)課程是藥物化學(xué)學(xué)科的重要專業(yè)課之一，本課程目的是掌握藥物的合成方法和新藥研發(fā)技術(shù)，同時有助于更好地掌握藥物的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)。本課程為從事藥物研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、管理等領(lǐng)域人才的必修課程。課程內(nèi)容包括三個模塊: 課前復(fù)習(xí)有機化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論，課堂理論教學(xué)，課后知識運用練習(xí)。課前復(fù)

7、習(xí)有機化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論：本課程是在掌握有機化學(xué)基本知識基礎(chǔ)上，充分運用有機化學(xué)反應(yīng)來學(xué)習(xí)藥物合成中的官能團轉(zhuǎn)換和藥物合成方法。課堂理論教學(xué)：教學(xué)過程中，教師將根據(jù)教學(xué)時數(shù)挑選每類化學(xué)反應(yīng)中具有代表性的化學(xué)反應(yīng)作為實例進行講解，使學(xué)生理解反應(yīng)機理，并結(jié)合藥物合成實例說明該類反應(yīng)的應(yīng)用。課后知識運用：通過查閱文獻或在藥物合成實驗室調(diào)研完成一類藥物分子的合成工藝。 3. 課程與其他課程的關(guān)系：先修課程：有機化學(xué)。有機化學(xué)是合成復(fù)雜有機藥物分子的基礎(chǔ)，藥物合成反應(yīng)是從官能團轉(zhuǎn)化角度學(xué)習(xí)藥物分子合成方法。相關(guān)課程：藥物化學(xué)、天然藥物化學(xué)、藥物分析、藥物設(shè)計學(xué)、計算機輔助藥物設(shè)計。本課程與這五門課程等構(gòu)成了藥

8、物化學(xué)專業(yè)的系列課程群，內(nèi)容和要求各有側(cè)重、聯(lián)系密切。二、課程目標(biāo)通過本課程的學(xué)習(xí)，使學(xué)生能系統(tǒng)地掌握藥物制備中重要的有機合成反應(yīng)及其原理、掌握合成設(shè)計方法，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在實際藥物合成工作中設(shè)計、分析問題和解決問題的能力。在從事藥物合成研究和開發(fā)過程中能夠很好的運用所學(xué)知識，結(jié)合文獻檢索方法設(shè)計藥物分子的合成路線，順利完成新藥物分子的合成工作并優(yōu)化工藝。在從事藥物生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)，運用所學(xué)知識充分認識反應(yīng)原理，能夠有的放矢地控制好反應(yīng)條件，高收率獲得高純度的藥物分子。在從事藥事管理、藥品檢驗、流通和銷售環(huán)節(jié)，運用所學(xué)知識能夠充分掌握藥物分子的化學(xué)特性和做好質(zhì)量控制工作。三、學(xué)習(xí)要求要完成所有的課程任務(wù)，學(xué)

9、生必須：為了學(xué)好本課程，學(xué)生應(yīng)有較扎實的有機化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識，在課前應(yīng)上交一份有機化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)筆記，重點是掌握有機化學(xué)反應(yīng)類型和基本機理。此工作應(yīng)在本課程開課前一假期完成。按時上課,上課認真聽講，積極參與課堂討論、隨堂練習(xí)。課堂表現(xiàn)和出勤率是掌握本課程內(nèi)容的重要保障。課后在研究生、任課教師或其他藥物化學(xué)教師幫助下學(xué)會文獻檢索，通過檢索文獻和分組討論完成一個藥物分子的合成路線設(shè)計和合成工藝調(diào)研報告。目的是加強自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。四、教學(xué)進度序號專題或主題計劃課時主要內(nèi)容概述實驗實踐內(nèi)容1Introduction緒論2Basic concepts of organic reaction in drug synt
