4、司，為個(gè)人在美國(guó)進(jìn)行投資提供個(gè)人賬戶服務(wù),。Party A authorizes Party B, under terms of this Agreement, to provide outgoing remittance account services for purpose of investment to the United States under the Agreement.為了實(shí)現(xiàn)本協(xié)議所述在美國(guó)投資的目的，甲方授權(quán)乙方根據(jù)此協(xié)議提供賬戶匯出服務(wù)。Party A plans to invest $500,000 into CRED FUND, L.P., a Limited P

5、artnership registered in State of Texas (CRED Fund) to apply for EB-5 investor immigration under Dream of Texas Regional Center, an USCIS-approved regional center, Party B agrees that after Party B receives funds in RMB of the amount under the terms of this Agreement, according the currency exchange

7、with the laws of State of Texas (, as service rendered under this Agreement. 甲方計(jì)劃投資50萬(wàn)美金到一家D注冊(cè)的有限合伙公司，LP 公司（）， 通過(guò)美國(guó)移民局批準(zhǔn)的區(qū)域中心Z區(qū)域中心（DOTRC）的EB5投資移民項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)投資移民，乙方同意在其收到甲方在本協(xié)議所述數(shù)額的人民幣后，根據(jù)本協(xié)議確定的換匯日期和匯率，將通過(guò)其在美國(guó)的全資子公司 A（乙方子公司注冊(cè)登記碼 ： ）給甲方指派的個(gè)人賬戶存入本協(xié)議5（d）確定的美元數(shù)額，做為乙方為甲方提供的服務(wù)。With regard to Outgoing Remittance S
