4、司，為個人在美國進行投資提供個人賬戶服務,。Party A authorizes Party B, under terms of this Agreement, to provide outgoing remittance account services for purpose of investment to the United States under the Agreement.為了實現(xiàn)本協(xié)議所述在美國投資的目的，甲方授權乙方根據(jù)此協(xié)議提供賬戶匯出服務。Party A plans to invest $500,000 into CRED FUND, L.P., a Limited P

5、artnership registered in State of Texas (CRED Fund) to apply for EB-5 investor immigration under Dream of Texas Regional Center, an USCIS-approved regional center, Party B agrees that after Party B receives funds in RMB of the amount under the terms of this Agreement, according the currency exchange
