2、ibility of LANGUAGE REVIEW（U.K.）Ltd., the school and the Host Family to act in the best interests of his/her education and welfare. 3、d tobacco. 所有學(xué)生必須遵守英國(guó)的法律，特別是關(guān)于酒精和煙草的。2） It is obligatory to comply with the rules of the school , and those set by a Host Family where appropriate. 學(xué)生必須遵守學(xué)校及監(jiān)護(hù)人家庭的規(guī)定。3） The use of drugs not prescribed by a medical practitioner is prohibited. 食用藥品必須遵守醫(yī)院所開(kāi)處方。4） It is not permitted for a student to tra

4、vel independently without prior permission. 未經(jīng)許可，不得獨(dú)自出外旅游。 2.The parent or legal guardian bestows upon LANGUAGE REVIEW（U.K.）Ltd. and its staff, the right to act in any situation, particularly in emergencies including the signing of permission for surgical treatment. 父母或法定監(jiān)護(hù)人授予LANGUAGE REVIEW（U.K.）Lt

6、他學(xué)生造成傷害或毀壞本中心和學(xué)校聲譽(yù)的，本中心有權(quán)終止協(xié)議，并將其返送回國(guó)。此外，家長(zhǎng)方同意向本中心賠償由學(xué)生 的行為對(duì)本中心或?qū)W校所造成的所有損失。4.The parent undertakes to give the Company four months or one full school terms notice of termination of this Agreement, such notice to be given only when sufficient funds are available in the account to cover the actual and

The company will refund any amount remaining in credit on the termination of this Agreement. 父母要終止此協(xié)議需提前四個(gè)月或一個(gè)學(xué)期以書(shū)面報(bào)告形式通知本中心。在協(xié)議終止之日起，公司會(huì)退還所有剩余金額。5.Should the balance in credit with Language Review (U.K) Ltd. at any time fall below 300 the Company shall be at liberty to discon
