3、pattern?What pattern does a five-line poem follow?five-line五行的是一個復(fù)合形容詞,由“數(shù)詞連字符單數(shù)名詞”構(gòu)成。常見的復(fù)合形容詞的結(jié)構(gòu)還有:(1)“數(shù)詞連字符單位詞(單數(shù))連字符形容詞”。 e.g. two-meter-deep 兩米深的。Listen and imitateLanguage points1. Each line has a set number of words. 每行有固定數(shù)目的單詞。a number of的意為 “一些”,與some或several同義,后面往往加名詞復(fù)數(shù)。以a number of短語作主語時,謂

4、語動詞往往用復(fù)數(shù)形式。句中的set是過去分詞起形容詞作用,意為“固定的、規(guī)定的”,修飾后面的名詞number。e.g.There are a set number of workers in each workshop. 每個車間都有固定數(shù)量的工人。A number of tourists have come back already. 一些游客已經(jīng)回來了。Language points【拓展】the number of的意為“的數(shù)目”,后加名詞復(fù)數(shù)。以the number of短語作主語時,謂語動詞往往使用單數(shù)形式。e.g. The number of students is about 1
