1、佳作獎(jiǎng)：唐山市城市展覽館及公園，唐山，中國HONORABLE MENTION: TANGSHAN URBAN PLANNING MUSEUM & PARK, TANGSHAN, CHINA, 2008建筑設(shè)計(jì)：都市實(shí)踐）ARCHITECT: WANG Hui (URBANUS)6 6 世界建筑 2009/0223不同于一般城市定位在新、奇、異標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之上的規(guī)劃展示館，唐山城市展覽館的主體是由幾座樸素得幾乎沒開放性。這些門廊落在反射水池上，使舊建筑的美進(jìn)一步放大?！叭恕弊中蝹}庫的屋面用“X”形鋼結(jié)構(gòu)來代替，形成的側(cè)高窗使原先封閉的室內(nèi)變成明亮的、非常完美而標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的展示廳。對(duì)于已經(jīng)厭煩了平庸生活環(huán)境的普

2、通市民而言，通有任何審美價(jià)值的舊建筑。它的前身是位于市中心大城山西麓的原唐山面粉廠，其封閉的圍墻隔閡了山與城市。因此，工廠在新的都市條件下搬遷后，市里動(dòng)議將數(shù)十座規(guī)模龐大、結(jié)構(gòu)完好的單層廠房和倉庫徹底拆除，用開闊的綠地公園來連接山體與城市主干道。作為一個(gè)容積率很低、人均綠化率很高的城市，這種城市美化運(yùn)動(dòng)只是給城市增加了綠地，卻沒帶來生機(jī)。唐山市過享受宜人的公共空間，再來品味曾經(jīng)筑，是重新認(rèn)識(shí)自己城市價(jià)值的絕好途徑。的建加建部分的筆墨不多。通過新舊部分的材料對(duì)比，對(duì)老倉庫的屋頂和門廊夸張重構(gòu)，用水池和連廊離散的規(guī)劃局的這個(gè)問題。在評(píng)估上廠房的價(jià)等處理手法，精心地呵護(hù)和放大廠房和山體間構(gòu)圖上的天作

3、之美，在新的環(huán)境下彰顯原有建筑群的內(nèi)在美。博物館群原本計(jì)劃有多元化內(nèi)容，但最終只作為單一的城市史和城市規(guī)劃的展示，一定程度上略有遺憾。但是，這也幫助這個(gè)改造項(xiàng)目成為正朔，有助于啟發(fā)人們?nèi)ニ伎?、去熱愛、去保護(hù)、去利用那些平庸的城市建筑。雖然它們于建筑史幾乎毫無價(jià)值，但它們畢竟了城市的一段歷史。這點(diǎn)于唐山更有意義。這個(gè)與值時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)幾幢倉庫是日偽時(shí)期建的，如果采用“公共空間公共建筑”建設(shè)模式來保留，會(huì)使這個(gè)公園成為城市的亮點(diǎn)。在這個(gè)理念的指導(dǎo)下，URBANUS都市實(shí)踐完成了博物館公園的構(gòu)想，用保留下來的4棟日偽時(shí)期的倉庫和兩棟民俗和城市的后建的倉庫作為展示唐山近代工業(yè)、，使公園成為一個(gè)城市的場(chǎng)所。保

4、留下的6棟平行的建筑恰巧垂直于山體了一種有意味的韻律。改造設(shè)計(jì)通過非常少的加建，更強(qiáng)化了這種韻律，使山有節(jié)奏地從建筑間的空隙中溢到城市，形成了大城山山腳后花園廠房間小院大公園城市主干道一系列有層次和有序的城市開放空間體系。這個(gè)序列與鄰近的鐵路公園和鳳凰山連接，同時(shí)建設(shè)的城市，有與被煙熏火燎的迥然不颶風(fēng)掃同的性格。這種性格就是平常心。但隨著蕩進(jìn)二線城市，新的審美價(jià)值觀已不容許城市繼續(xù)平庸。今天的運(yùn)動(dòng)和當(dāng)年的一樣，都在抹殺唐山平凡的現(xiàn)當(dāng)代建筑史。但對(duì)于這個(gè)毫無花拳繡腿、震后重建的城市，平凡是一種樸實(shí)的城市精神和恬靜的城市生活方式，是一種一般市民可承受的體面環(huán)境。它不又了宏大的城市公共空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)。人們

5、在這個(gè)連續(xù)的整體中漫游，不僅僅在享受物質(zhì)性的綠地和園林，也在享受歷史和文化。材料使用上也很節(jié)制，只用通透的金屬格柵和防腐木板，來強(qiáng)化場(chǎng)所固有的工業(yè)化精神和自然的面貌。在這些另類、卻也樸素的材料映襯下，原樣遜于一線城市火熱的人們走進(jìn)展覽館去暢想城市未來后，走出展館又能體會(huì)城市的歷史。這種平衡有助于去思索今天的行動(dòng)所應(yīng)有的策略、立場(chǎng)和價(jià)保留的舊倉庫的透出了內(nèi)在的美。沿公園一面，每值觀。這個(gè)建筑提醒著城市建設(shè)的執(zhí)行者。不是個(gè)倉庫增添出一個(gè)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)門廊，讓封閉的倉庫具有一種外景/Exterior view總平面/Site plan模型/M1WA 中國建筑獎(jiǎng)/WA CHIARCHITECTURE AWAR

The

7、citys former grain depot is one of such victims. Located on the foot of Da Cheng Hill, the cradle land of Tangshan, this gated depot blockedthe connection betthe hill and the city. Theernment thus has decided to clean it out to create an open green land to reconnect the city with the hill. Under the

8、 efforts of both Tangshan City PlanningBureau and the architect, thisn has changedfrom merely beautifying the city as its primary goal torenovating part of the existing buildings intuseumpark. Four granaries buiring the Japanoccupying era, and two warehouses built after the earthquake are saved to s

9、erve as the base structures for new museum programs.Sincethesixexistingstructuresareperpeularto the hill with such a beautiful rhythm, the new89additions are carefully designed in order not to erfere this original layout. Therefore, newly built programs, such as the VIP reception, museum store,and c

10、af, are shaparallel to the existing buildingsto provide visual corridors to the hill. Materials for the new are also restricted to metal grating and wood inorder to make a contrast to the well presetingstucco wall, and to generate a harmonial materiality in line with the park. The original roof is r

In daily life, even such an exuberant collection of city history and culture can hardly attract normal city residents. Therefore, a more lively antique trade market is planned

14、at the entry area to bring more peoples aware of the parks programs. 15、to the city. It also serves as a reminder to the city offils of their root when they plan the urban future. Unlike most of arrogant urban planning museums tha are aloof to the public, this modest facility is friendly for the public acc, and thus promotes the publicparticipatione urban policy making.

16、The recycling of existing urban structure is meaningful to the civic life. Aside from carrying on the city memory, it helps to reinforce the urban confidencewhich is losing is city. Nowadays, the freneticurbanizationillustratedbycrazydesignsintntiercities, such as Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, has
