2、知取消本合同，或接受買方對本約未執(zhí)行的全部或一部，或?qū)σ虼嗽馐艿膿p失提出索賠。單據(jù)：賣方應向議付銀行提供已裝船清潔提單、發(fā)票、中國商品檢驗局或工廠出具的品質(zhì)證明、中國商品檢驗局出具的數(shù)量重量簽定書；如果本合同按條件，應再提供可轉(zhuǎn)讓的保險單或保險憑證。凡以條件成交的業(yè)務(wù)，保額為發(fā)票價值的，投保險別以本售貨合同中所開列的為限，買方如要求增加保額或保險范圍，應于裝船前經(jīng)售方同意，因此而增加的保險費由買方負責。質(zhì)量、數(shù)量索賠：如交貨質(zhì)量不符，買方須于貨物到達目的港日內(nèi)提出索賠；數(shù)量索賠須于貨物到達目的港日內(nèi)提出。對由于保險公司、船公司和其它轉(zhuǎn)運單位或郵政部門造成的損失賣方不承擔責任。本合同內(nèi)所述全部或
