2、duetopoormanagement(thisarticleisapplicabletotheemployeeshigherthanthesupervisorlevel).玩忽職守、嚴(yán)重違反操作規(guī)程或工作流程,出現(xiàn)責(zé)任事故,造成他人傷亡或財(cái)產(chǎn)損失在500-2000元者。Havenegligence,seriouslyviolateoperationprocedureorworkprocess,causeresponsibilityaccident,andcauseinjuryofothersorlossofassetsatRMB500-2005上班時(shí)間離崗睡覺(jué)者。Leavepositiona

3、ndgotosleepduringworkinghours.12.3.16其它類似性質(zhì)的違紀(jì)行為。Otherviolationofsimilarnature.124有下列情形之一者,公司給予(職)員工辭退或開(kāi)除處分公司并不支付任何補(bǔ)償金:Foranyofthefollowingcircumstances,thecompanywilldismisstheemployeeswithoutpayinganyformofcompensation:進(jìn)廠時(shí)使用假身份證,或提供的其它重要證件、工作經(jīng)歷與個(gè)人信息為虛假或其它欺詐手段訂立合同者。或在試用期間,通過(guò)考核被證明不符合公司轉(zhuǎn)正條件者。Whenente

5、服從上司合理安排者Giveviolence,insultorhurtthesuperiororotheremployeesinotherways,ordisobeythereasonablearrangementofsupervisor.故意損壞機(jī)器,工具,原料,產(chǎn)品或公司其它物品使公司蒙受重大損失(含)5000元以上者。Purposefullydamagemachinery,tools,rawmaterials,productsorotheritemsofthecompany,andcausethecompanytohavemajorloss(nolessthanRMB5,000).故意泄露

6、公司技術(shù),營(yíng)業(yè)上的秘密,使公司蒙受重大損失(含)5000元以上者。Purposefullydisclosethecompanyssecretsintechnologyandoperation,andcausethecompanytohavemajorloss(nolessthanRMB5,000).未經(jīng)公司許可而到其它公司兼職者。Acceptpart-timeworkinothercompanywithoutpermissioninthecompany.有偷盜公款、公物、或員工財(cái)物或其它盜竊行為者。Stealcompanyfund,publicitems,oremployeepropertyo

7、rhaveothertheftbehaviors.一年度內(nèi)受二次記大過(guò)處分或三次書(shū)面警告處分者。Receivetwomajoroffensepunishmentsorthreetimesofwrittenwarningsinoneyear.將廠牌或工衣借給廠外人員混入廠內(nèi)者。Lendfactorylabeloruniformtooutsiderandlethim/herenterthefactory.鼓動(dòng)與煽動(dòng)員工罷工、怠工有確鑿證據(jù)者。Encourageorinciteemployeestostrikeorworkslowly,andtheresclearevidenceforsuchbeh

8、aviors.12.4.10在廠區(qū)或宿舍內(nèi)有傷風(fēng)化者。Haveoffenceagainstdecencyinfactoryareaordormitoryarea.經(jīng)常無(wú)故曠工者,一年連續(xù)或累計(jì)曠工達(dá)三次(含三次)者。Frequentlyabsentfromwork,havecontinuousoraccumulatedabsencefromworkforthreetimes(includingthreetimes)inoneyear.嚴(yán)重失職、營(yíng)私舞弊或利用工作職務(wù)之便受賄,對(duì)公司利益造成損失者。Haveseriousnegligence,malpractice,orusetheworkpos

9、itiontoacceptbribery,orcausedamagetocompanyinterest.嚴(yán)重違反勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律和公司規(guī)章制度(或國(guó)家法律法規(guī))或被依法追究刑事責(zé)任者。Haveseriousviolationoflabordisciplineandcompanyregulationsandsystems(ornationallawandregulation),orheldaccountableforcriminalresponsibility.參加非法組織者。Participateinillegalorganization.利用公司名義對(duì)外行騙,經(jīng)調(diào)查確有事實(shí)者。Cheattoouts

10、idersinnameofthiscompany,andwhichisprovedtobetruethroughinvestigation.玩忽職守、違反操作規(guī)程或工作流程,出現(xiàn)責(zé)任事故,造成他人傷亡或財(cái)產(chǎn)損失(含)5000元以上者。如(職)員工故意或嚴(yán)重過(guò)失原因造成公司經(jīng)濟(jì)損失(含)5000元以上或公司其它重大損失的,其它損失包括客戶投訴、罰款(含)5000元以上、終止訂單等(損失由責(zé)任人擔(dān)負(fù))。Havenegligence,violationofoperationprocedureorworkprocess,haveresponsibilityaccident,causeinjuryord

11、eathofothersorpropertylossofnolessthanRMB5,000.ifemployeespurposefulorseriousfaultcausethecompanytohaveeconomiclossnolessthanRMB5,000orothermajorlossofthecompany,whichincludescustomercomplaint,finenolessthanRMB5,000,terminationoforders,etc(suchlossshallbeassumedbytheresponsibleperson).有任何弄虛作假行為的(包括使

12、用虛假的請(qǐng)假證明或其它證明、模仿上級(jí)主管簽字或盜用公司印信、涂改公司文件等)。Haveanyfraudulentbehavior(includingusefakeleaveapplicationcertificateorothercertificates,copythesignatureofsupervisor,orstealthecompanysseal,oralterthecompanysdocuments,etc).恐嚇、威脅或危害公司任何人員,在公司范圍內(nèi)動(dòng)手打人或相互斗毆者、擾亂工作秩序行為者,或在廠區(qū)和生活區(qū)酗酒賭博者。Intimidate,threatenorharmanyper

13、sonnelinthecompany,beatorfightwithpeopleinthecompany,ordisturbworkorder,ordrinkalcoholorgambleinthefactoryareaandlivingarea.嚴(yán)重違反公司電腦及網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用規(guī)定,惡意破壞公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)行為者。Seriouslyviolatethecompanyscomputerandinternetusingregulation,andmaliciouslydamagethecompanysnetworksystem.12.4.20因(職)員工嚴(yán)重過(guò)失或故意造成一年內(nèi)連續(xù)、累計(jì)造成公司經(jīng)濟(jì)損失(

14、含)5000元以上者。CausethecontinuousoraccumulatedeconomiclossnolessthanRMB5,000inthecompanyduetoseriousfaultorpurposefulactionofemployees.12.4.21遺失公司重要文件資料、印章、保險(xiǎn)柜鑰匙、貴重物品等,給公司造成損失者(損失由責(zé)任人擔(dān)負(fù))。遭遇不可抗拒的情形除外。Losingofimportantmaterials,seal,safekey,valuableitemsinthecompany,andcauselosstothecompany(suchlossshallb

15、eassumedbytheresponsibleperson),exceptthecaseofforcemajeure.12.4.22在廠區(qū)或公司規(guī)定的非煙區(qū)吸煙者或私自攜帶易燃易爆物品進(jìn)入廠區(qū)者。Smokeinfactoryareaorthenon-smokingarearegulatedbythecompany,orbringinflammableorexplosiveitemsintothefactoryarea.12.4.23員工不與公司簽定勞動(dòng)合同者。Thoseemployeeswhofailtosignlaborcontractswiththecompany.健康與安全Health

16、andsafety安全總則Generalprovisionofsafety安全是公司每位員工和管理部門(mén)的共同職責(zé)。Safetyshallbethecommondutyforeachemployeeandmanagementdepartmentofthecompany.每位員工有責(zé)任去閱讀、理解、遵守和執(zhí)行公司所有的安全規(guī)則。如果員工有疑問(wèn),可向直接主管咨詢。Everyemployeeshallberesponsibleforreading,understanding,observingandimplementingallthesafetyrulesinthecompany.Ifanyemplo

17、yeehasanydoubt,pleaseasktheimmediatesupervisor.每位員工在工作中應(yīng)注意自己和附近員工的安全,做到“不傷害自己、不傷害別人、不被別人所傷害”。Eachemployeeshallpayattentiontothesafetyofhim/herandthenearbyemployees,andrealize“nothurtingoneself,nothurtingothers,andnotbeinghurtbyothers”.如果員工發(fā)現(xiàn)工作場(chǎng)所、設(shè)備、工具等存在危險(xiǎn)時(shí),應(yīng)立即向直接主管報(bào)告。Ifanyemployeefindsdangerinworkp

19、rkingarea.每位員工應(yīng)關(guān)照和幫助新員工和外來(lái)人員,共同創(chuàng)造一個(gè)安全和諧的工作環(huán)境。Eachemployeeshalltakecareofandhelpthenewemployeesandvisitorstojointlycreateasafeandharmoniousworkenvironment.環(huán)境政策EnvironmentpolicyXX公司致力于保護(hù)環(huán)境及保護(hù)員工、用戶和社區(qū)的健康和安全。公司將以保護(hù)人員健康和安全、優(yōu)化資源且減少對(duì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響的方式開(kāi)展設(shè)計(jì)、制造、供應(yīng)、分銷和維修等各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。全體員工要遵守政府有關(guān)法規(guī)和XX的政策和行為準(zhǔn)則,達(dá)到并保持環(huán)境目標(biāo)和指標(biāo),不斷推進(jìn)

22、s全體員工必須嚴(yán)格遵守公司制訂的安全消防政策與程序,明確各級(jí)消防責(zé)任人,做到在其位、負(fù)其責(zé),切實(shí)做好安全消防工作。Alltheemployeesmuststrictlyobservethesafetyandfirepreventionpoliciesandproceduresformedbythecompany,clearlydeterminethefirepreventionresponsibilityofeachlevel,realizeeachpositionassumingtheconcernedresponsibilities,andpracticallytakecareofthes

23、afetyandfirepreventionwork.每位員工熟悉所在區(qū)域的消防滅火器安放地點(diǎn),并能正確操作和使用。Eachemployeeshallbefamiliarwiththeplacingpositionoffireextinguishersintheirownarea,andabletocorrectivelyoperateandusethem.消防器材只準(zhǔn)用于滅火,不可擅自挪作他用,亦不可隨意改變安放位置。Firepreventiondevicescanonlybeusedforfireextinguishment,andshallnotbeusedforotherpurpose

24、,norbechangedoftheirplacingpositions.使用滅火器后,員工應(yīng)立即通知環(huán)安全主任:電話8952Afterusingthefireextinguishers,employeesshallimmediatelynoticetheenvironmentalsafetydirector:telephone8952安全疏散通道必須保持暢通,嚴(yán)禁堆放任何障礙物。Thesafetyevacuationchannelmustbekeptopen,anditisstrictlyforbiddentoplaceanyobstacle.非緊急情況下,不準(zhǔn)任意敲碎設(shè)置在各樓層門(mén)口的手動(dòng)

25、火災(zāi)報(bào)警裝置的玻璃,造成火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)誤報(bào)。Exceptemergencysituation,itisnotallowedtosmashtheglasssetonthemanualfirealarmingdeviceoneachfloorgate,soastopreventfalsefirealarm.任何人一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)火災(zāi),應(yīng)迅速撥打報(bào)警電話(119)和/或迅速擊碎手動(dòng)火災(zāi)報(bào)警裝置玻璃。Anyonefindingfireshallquicklycallthepolice(119)and/orquicklysmashtheglassonthefirealarmdevice.當(dāng)發(fā)生火災(zāi)事故后,或由于該

26、事故造成噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)(如有)自動(dòng)噴水,任何在場(chǎng)人員都應(yīng)及時(shí)攜帶鄰近的材料,以減少不必要的水漬損失。Afterfireaccident,orduetothecausedautomaticwatersprayoftheautomaticsprinklersystem,anypersonnelatsiteshalltimelybringthenearbymaterialstopreventunnecessarywaterstainloss.一旦發(fā)生緊急事故或聽(tīng)到報(bào)警后,全體員工都必須遵守緊急事故處理程序,遵從公司負(fù)責(zé)人的統(tǒng)一指揮,有秩地撤離至安全地帶。Onceanyemergencyaccident

27、occursoranyalarmisheard,alltheemployeesmustfollowthe“EmergencyAccidentHandlingProcedure”,followtheunifieddirectingofthecompanyprincipal,andorderlyevacuatethesafearea.除公司指定的吸煙區(qū)外,公司其他地方一律不準(zhǔn)吸煙。Exceptthesmokingareadesignatedbythecompany,itisnotallowedtosmokeinanyotherplaceinthecompany.凡屬國(guó)家規(guī)定的化學(xué)易燃、易爆物品,不

34、hallbefamiliarwiththesafetyoperationprocedureoftheirownpositions,masterthesafetyskillsoftheirpositions,andunderstandthedanger,preventivemeasuresandemergencyhandlingmethodsoftheirpositions.如發(fā)現(xiàn)任何不安全的情況,員工應(yīng)立即向直接主管報(bào)告。對(duì)改進(jìn)公司安全制度做出貢獻(xiàn)的人員,公司將給予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì);對(duì)因不遵守安全規(guī)定而可能導(dǎo)致發(fā)生事故的人員,公司將給予處罰。Incaseofanyunsafecircumstanceisf

36、下程序:1.立即選擇離自己最近的安全出口和路線離開(kāi)辦公室.2.不要乘電梯,不要跳窗,不要躲進(jìn)其他房間或房間角落,因?yàn)檫@些都是危險(xiǎn)的舉動(dòng)。Emergencyevacuation:incaseoffireorotheremergencycircumstanceinoffice,employeesshallfollowthefollowingprocedure:1.immediatelychoosethenearestsafetyexitandrouteandleavetheoffice.2.Donotuseelevator,donotjumpfromwindow,donothideinotherr

37、oomsorcorner,becausewhicharealsodangerousactions.出差:Errands:如果有國(guó)際或國(guó)內(nèi)旅行中斷,公司會(huì)立即通知所有員工。Incaseofanysuspensionofinternationalordomestictravel,thecompanywillimmediatelyinformalltheemployees.辦公室安全Officesafety:非公司員工不得進(jìn)入公司的辦公區(qū)域,公司的前臺(tái)人員應(yīng)給所有外來(lái)訪問(wèn)者訪客胸卡并對(duì)其進(jìn)行登記。所有外來(lái)訪問(wèn)者進(jìn)入公司辦公區(qū)域時(shí)須由公司員工陪同。邀請(qǐng)?jiān)L客的員工應(yīng)確保訪客在會(huì)談結(jié)束之后離開(kāi)公司的辦公區(qū)

38、域。Personnelotherthantheemployeesinthecompanyshallnotentertheofficearea,thestaffsatthereceptionshallgivealltheoutsidevisitorsthechestcardandhaveregistration.Theemployeesinvitingvisitorsshallmakesurethevisitorsleavethecompanysofficeareaaftermeeting.如果員工在辦公區(qū)域發(fā)現(xiàn)陌生人或可疑人物,應(yīng)立即向人力資源部匯報(bào)。Employeeswhofindstran
