50、型是很困難的。為了簡化永磁同步電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,我們通常做如下假設(shè):忽略電機(jī)的磁路飽和,認(rèn)為磁路是線性的;不考慮渦流和磁滯損耗;當(dāng)定子繞組加上三相對稱正弦電流時,氣隙中只產(chǎn)生正弦分布的磁勢,忽略氣隙中的高次諧波;驅(qū)動開關(guān)管和續(xù)流二極管為理想元件;忽略齒槽、換向過程和電樞反應(yīng)等影響。永磁同步電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型由電壓方程、磁鏈方程、轉(zhuǎn)矩方程和機(jī)械運(yùn)動方程組成,在兩相旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系下的數(shù)學(xué)模型如下:(l)電機(jī)在兩相旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系中的電壓方程如下式所示:其中,Rs為定子電阻;ud、uq分別為d、q 軸上的兩相電壓;id、iq分別為d、q軸上對應(yīng)的兩相電流;Ld、Lq分別為直軸電感和交軸電感;c為電角速度;d、q分別
51、為直軸磁鏈和交軸磁鏈。若要獲得三相靜止坐標(biāo)系下的電壓方程,則需做兩相同步旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系到三相靜止坐標(biāo)系的變換,如下式所示。(2)d/q軸磁鏈方程:其中,f為永磁體產(chǎn)生的磁鏈,為常數(shù),而是機(jī)械角速度,p為同步電機(jī)的極對數(shù),c為電角速度,e0為空載反電動勢,其值為每項繞組反電動勢的倍。(3)轉(zhuǎn)矩方程:把它帶入上式可得:對于上式,前一項是定子電流和永磁體產(chǎn)生的轉(zhuǎn)矩,稱為永磁轉(zhuǎn)矩;后一項是轉(zhuǎn)子突極效應(yīng)引起的轉(zhuǎn)矩,稱為磁阻轉(zhuǎn)矩,若Ld=Lq,則不存在磁阻轉(zhuǎn)矩,此時,轉(zhuǎn)矩方程為:這里,為轉(zhuǎn)矩常數(shù),。(4)機(jī)械運(yùn)動方程:其中,是電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,是負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩,是總轉(zhuǎn)動慣量(包括電機(jī)慣量和負(fù)載慣量),是摩擦系數(shù)。直線電機(jī)原
52、理永磁直線同步電機(jī)是旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)在結(jié)構(gòu)上的一種演變,相當(dāng)于把旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)的定子和動子沿軸向剖開,然后將電機(jī)展開成直線,由定子演變而來的一側(cè)稱為初級,轉(zhuǎn)子演變而來的一側(cè)稱為次級。由此得到了直線電機(jī)的定子和動子,圖1為其轉(zhuǎn)變過程。直線電機(jī)不僅在結(jié)構(gòu)上是旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)的演變,在工作原理上也與旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)類似。在旋轉(zhuǎn)的三相繞組中通入三相正弦交流電后,在旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)的氣隙中產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)氣隙磁場,旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場的轉(zhuǎn)速(又叫同步轉(zhuǎn)速)為: (1-1)其中,交流電源頻率,電機(jī)的極對數(shù)。如果用表示氣隙磁場的線速度,則有: (1-2)其中,為極距。當(dāng)旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)展開成直線電機(jī)形式以后,如果不考慮鐵芯兩端開斷引起的縱向邊端效應(yīng),此氣隙磁場沿直線運(yùn)動方
53、向呈正弦分布,當(dāng)三相交流電隨時間變化時,氣隙磁場由原來的圓周方向運(yùn)動變?yōu)檠刂本€方向運(yùn)動,次級產(chǎn)生的磁場和初級的磁場相互作用從而產(chǎn)生電磁推力。在直線電機(jī)當(dāng)中我們把運(yùn)動的部分稱為動子,對應(yīng)于旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子。這個原理和旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)相似,二者的差異是:直線電機(jī)的磁場是平移的,而不是旋轉(zhuǎn)的,因此稱為行波磁場。這時直線電機(jī)的同步速度為v=2f,旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)改變電流方向后,電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向發(fā)生改變,同樣的方法可以使得直線電機(jī)做往復(fù)運(yùn)動。圖1永磁直線同步電機(jī)的演變過程 圖2 直線電機(jī)的基本工作原理 對永磁同步直線電機(jī),初級由硅鋼片沿橫向疊壓而成,次級也是由硅鋼片疊壓而成,并且在次級上安裝有永磁體。根據(jù)初級,次級長度不同
54、,可以分為短初級-長次級結(jié)構(gòu)和長初級-短次級的結(jié)構(gòu)。對于運(yùn)動部分可以是電機(jī)的初級,也可以是電機(jī)的次級,要根據(jù)實際的情況來確定?;窘Y(jié)構(gòu)如圖3所示,永磁同步直線電機(jī)的速度等于電機(jī)的同步速度: (1-3)圖3 PMLSM的基本結(jié)構(gòu) 矢量控制(磁場定向控制技術(shù))矢量控制技術(shù)是(磁場定向控制技術(shù))是應(yīng)用于永磁同步伺服電機(jī)的電流(力矩)控制,使得其可以類似于直流電機(jī)中的電流(力矩)控制。矢量控制技術(shù)是通過坐標(biāo)變換實現(xiàn)的。坐標(biāo)變換需要坐標(biāo)系,變化整個過程給出三個坐標(biāo)系:靜止坐標(biāo)系(a,b,c):定子三相繞組的軸線分別在此坐標(biāo)系的a,b,c三軸上;靜止坐標(biāo)系(,):在(a,b,c)平面上的靜止坐標(biāo)系,且軸與
55、a軸重合,軸繞軸逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)90度;旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系(d,q):以電源角頻率旋轉(zhuǎn)的坐標(biāo)系。矢量控制技術(shù)對電流的控制實際上是對合成定子電流矢量的控制,但是對合成定子電流矢量的控制的控制存在以下三個方面的問題:是時變量,如何轉(zhuǎn)換為時不變量?如何保證定子磁勢和轉(zhuǎn)子磁勢之間始終保持垂直?是虛擬量,力矩T的控制最終還是要落實到三相電流的控制上,如何實現(xiàn)這個轉(zhuǎn)換?從靜止坐標(biāo)系(a,b,c)看是以電源角頻率旋轉(zhuǎn)的,而從旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系(d,q)上看是靜止的,也就是從時變量轉(zhuǎn)化為時不變量,交流量轉(zhuǎn)化為直流量。所以,通過Clarke和Park坐標(biāo)變換(即3/2變換),實現(xiàn)了對勵磁電流id和轉(zhuǎn)矩電流iq的解耦。在旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系(d,q)中,已經(jīng)成為了一個標(biāo)量。令在q軸上(即讓id=0),使轉(zhuǎn)子的磁極在d軸上。這樣,在旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)系(d,q)中,我們就可以象直流電機(jī)一樣,通過控制電流來改變電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩。且解決了以上三個問題中的前兩個。但是,id、iq不是真實的物理量,電機(jī)的力矩控制最終還是由定子繞組電流ia、ib、ic(或者定子繞組電壓ua、ub、uc)實現(xiàn),這就需要進(jìn)行Clarke和Park坐標(biāo)逆變換。且解決了以上三個問題中的第三個。力矩回路控制的實現(xiàn):圖中電流傳感器
