1、 禮儀是在人際交往中,以一定、約定俗成程序方式來(lái)表現(xiàn)律己敬人過(guò)程,包括穿著、交往、溝通、情商等內(nèi)容。從個(gè)人涵養(yǎng)角度來(lái)看,禮儀能夠說(shuō)是一個(gè)人內(nèi)在涵養(yǎng)和素質(zhì)外在表現(xiàn)。從交際角度來(lái)看,禮儀能夠說(shuō)是人際交往中適用一個(gè)藝術(shù)、一個(gè)交際方式或交際方法,是人際交往中約定俗成示人以尊重、友好習(xí)慣做法.。從傳輸角度來(lái)看,禮儀能夠說(shuō)是在人際交往中進(jìn)行相互溝通技巧。 Etiquette in interpersonal exchanges, in a certain, common procedures how to serve other people process, involves wearing, comm
