21、hesis; 4)A formal outline of your thesis.第24頁二、 畢業(yè)論文內(nèi)容要求(一) 論文題目(Title)論文題目應(yīng)該簡短、明確、有概括性,能反應(yīng)論文特點、專業(yè)特點和學(xué)科范圍,字?jǐn)?shù)要適當(dāng),普通不宜超出20字,必要時可加副標(biāo)題。全部實詞首字母大寫。第25頁(二) 摘要及關(guān)鍵詞 (Abstract and Key words)論文摘要是論文內(nèi)容不加注釋和評論簡短陳說,應(yīng)以第三人稱陳說。摘要應(yīng)含有獨立性和自含性,即不閱讀論文全文,就能取得必要信息。論文摘要應(yīng)概括地反應(yīng)出畢業(yè)論文目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法、結(jié)果和結(jié)論。普通應(yīng)從以下三個方面著手:研究背景、本文主要內(nèi)容及本研究主

22、要意義或價值。摘要中不宜使用公式、圖表,不標(biāo)注引用文件標(biāo)號。摘要字?jǐn)?shù)為200300字,中、英文摘要和關(guān)鍵詞應(yīng)相同。第26頁關(guān)鍵詞是為了文件標(biāo)引工作從論文中選取出來用以表示全文主題內(nèi)容單詞或術(shù)語。普通每篇論文應(yīng)選取35個詞作為關(guān)鍵詞,關(guān)鍵詞間用分號,并按2個空格鍵分隔。最終一個詞后不打標(biāo)點符號。第27頁(三)目錄(Contents)目錄頁由論文章、節(jié)、條、附錄、題錄等序號、名稱和頁碼組成,另起一頁排在摘要頁之后。章、節(jié)、小節(jié)分別按對應(yīng)要求標(biāo)出。目錄頁最多包含4級標(biāo)題。第28頁(四)論文主體 (Main Body)1 引言(或緒論) (Introduction)引言(或緒論)簡明說明研究工作目標(biāo)、

23、范圍、相關(guān)領(lǐng)域前人工作和知識空白、理論基礎(chǔ)和分析、研究構(gòu)想、研究方法和試驗設(shè)計、預(yù)期結(jié)果和意義等。緒論應(yīng)言簡意賅,不要與摘要雷同,不要成為摘要注釋。(What, Why, How, Structure)第29頁2、文件回顧(Literature Review)對于前人在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)研究回顧、評述、介紹與總結(jié)。第30頁3. 正文 (Body)論文正文是關(guān)鍵部分,占主要篇幅,能夠包含:調(diào)查對象、試驗和觀察方法、數(shù)據(jù)資料、經(jīng)過加工整理圖表、形成論點、導(dǎo)出結(jié)論等。論文必須實事求是,客觀真切,準(zhǔn)確完備,合乎邏輯,層次分明,簡練可讀。論文中引用他人觀點、結(jié)果及圖表與數(shù)據(jù)必須注明出處,在參考文件中一并列出。第

24、31頁4 圖 (Diagrams)圖應(yīng)含有“自明性”,即只看圖例,不閱讀正文,就可了解圖意。圖應(yīng)編排序號。每一圖應(yīng)有簡短確切題名,連同圖號置于圖下。圖題采取五號字。必要時,應(yīng)將圖上符號、標(biāo)識、代碼等,用最簡練文字,橫排于圖題下方,作為圖例說明。圖如系引用其它文件或?qū)ζ渌募Y料加工所得,則應(yīng)在圖題下或圖例說明下注明資料起源。第32頁5 表 (Tables)表編排,普通是內(nèi)容和測試項目由左至右橫讀,數(shù)據(jù)依序豎排,表應(yīng)有自明性。表應(yīng)編排序號。 每一表應(yīng)有簡短確切題名,采取五號字,連同表號置于表上。必要時,可用表注。表注應(yīng)編排序號,并將附注文字置于表下。第33頁6 注(Notes)如有必要加注,統(tǒng)一

25、用腳注,不用尾注,標(biāo)碼按先后次序編排,全文一致。第34頁7 結(jié)論或結(jié)果 (Conclusion)論文結(jié)論或結(jié)果是最終、總體結(jié)論,結(jié)論應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)確、完整、明確、精練。 第35頁8 參考文件 (References)參考文件是作者為寫作論文而參考書籍、期刊等,必須是直接使用過,應(yīng)與正文夾注列出書目一致。英文參考文件和漢字參考文件分別歸類排列,英文在前,漢字在后。英文參考文件按作者姓名(姓在前,名在后)英文字母次序排列。無顯著作者(如字典、辭書百科全書)按書名英文字母次序排列。漢字參考文件按作者姓名拼音字母次序排列,無顯著作者(如字典、辭書百科全書)按書名拼音字母次序排列。參考文件應(yīng)含有權(quán)威性,要注意引

26、用最新文件。參考文件須另頁打印,置于正文之后。第36頁9附錄 (Appendix)附錄與正文連續(xù)編頁碼。附錄中包含:與正文緊密相關(guān)非作者自己分析,證實及工具用表格等;在正文中無法列出試驗數(shù)據(jù)、問卷等。第37頁英語畢業(yè)論文引文及參考文件目錄格式要求 一、論文中引用格式 (用“夾注”格式)1.1 間接引用 (citations)A.假如引用只包括一個作家某本專著或文章,而作家名字在自己行文中沒有出現(xiàn), 將該作家姓氏和出版時間用括弧括起來,放在句子結(jié)尾,注意該括弧算作句子一部分,標(biāo)點符號應(yīng)放在括弧之后。第38頁例: It has been argued that teachers role is t

27、o provide the students with optimal conditions which can facilitate learning so that students can achieve similar results (Bloom, 1976).第39頁B.假如引用所包括到作家名字已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)在行文中, 只需要在名字后面加上括弧, 填入出版時間即可。例:Gould (1988) attributes Darwins success to his gift for making the appropriate metaphor. 第40頁C.假如引用包括到作家和著作出版時間

28、在行文中已出現(xiàn),那就不再需要單獨夾注了。例:In a 1988 article, Gould explores some of Darwins most effective metaphors.第41頁 D.假如引用包括到著作是由兩位作者合著,則每次引用時都需把兩位作者姓氏注出來,在夾注中用“&”,在行文中則用“and”連接兩個作者。例:The disadvantages of the multiple regression analysis are that it cannot show the complex interrelations between independent varia

29、ble (Bryman & Cramer, 1990). Bryman and Cramer also pointed out that第42頁 E.如包括到作者超出兩人,第一次加夾注時,寫出全部作者姓氏,以后每次引用,只需寫出第一作者姓氏,其后加上“et al ”即可。例:Scientists have isolated a gene connected to circadian rhythms in plants (Millar, Straum, Chory, Chua, & Kay, 1995) . . . .
