歡迎下載內(nèi)容僅供參考JADEAFRICA建筑施工裝修質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)質(zhì)量與安全是建筑企業(yè)的根本。所有施工工種，含磚工，水管工，電工，抹灰工，木工等，其施工工藝都應(yīng)有統(tǒng)一的質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。施工之前項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,工長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行工藝要求，質(zhì)量技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)交底。一道工序結(jié)束后，必須由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和相關(guān)人員驗(yàn)收合格后，經(jīng)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和相關(guān)人員簽字確認(rèn)程序后，再進(jìn)行下一道施工工序。我們的目的是：在施工過(guò)程中，控制施工質(zhì)量，減少質(zhì)量事故。杜絕浪費(fèi)，提高效率，保證效益。質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)具體落實(shí)施行，除建材供應(yīng)質(zhì)量原因外，施工工藝質(zhì)量由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，工長(zhǎng)，工人三級(jí)負(fù)責(zé)，層層落實(shí)，層層監(jiān)督，權(quán)責(zé)分明，誰(shuí)施工誰(shuí)負(fù)責(zé)。分清工序和工種具體責(zé)任人。只要我們做到目標(biāo)明確，上下同心，激勵(lì)措施科學(xué)合理，我們的事業(yè)就會(huì)無(wú)往而不勝，馬到功成。Constructiondecorationqualityacceptancestandard(fortrialimplementation)Qualityandsafetyisthefundamentalconstructionenterprises.Allconstructionwork,includingbrickwork,plumbers,electricians,plastererwork,woodworkingetc,anditsconstructionprocessshouldhaveunifiedthequalityinspectionoftechnicalstandards.Constructionprojectmanager,foremanbeforeprocessrequirements,qualityandtechnicalstandardclarification.Procedureended,mustbyprojectmanagersandrelatedpersonnel,theacceptanceoftheprojectmanagerandrelevantpersonnelsignaturevalidationprocedure,thendownaconstructionprocess.Ourpurpose is:duringtheconstructionprocess,controlconstructionquality,reducequalityaccident.Wasteful,improveefficiencyandguaranteethebenefits.Qualityacceptancestandardspecificimplementationshall,inadditiontobuildingmaterialssupplyqualitythereason,thetechnologyofconstructionqualitybyprojectmanagers,foreman,workerslevel3isresponsible,implementtheselayers,thelayersofsupervision,accrualtrenchant,whoconstructionwhoisincharge.Distinguishprocessesandtypeofspecificresponsibility.Aslongaswedospecificgoals,fluctuationconcentricandincentivemeasuresscientificandreasonable,ourcausewillinvincible,succeed.A磚工：（a-1）基本質(zhì)量要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：水泥與沙配比1:4清理建筑場(chǎng)地，落地沙漿即時(shí)回收利用，碎磚盡量利用。做到活完場(chǎng)地清，保證工地面貌整潔。（a-2）各種規(guī)格墻體，必須用水平尺不斷校正壘砌，及時(shí)糾正錯(cuò)誤，誤差控制±0.3MM之內(nèi)。（a-3）磚縫，錯(cuò)落有致，坐漿豐滿。磚縫灰漿厚度1cm左右。(a-4)4層磚配筋一層。（a-5)蓋頂板之前必須進(jìn)行水平校正，每個(gè)水平面控制誤差±0.5MM.（a-6)預(yù)制過(guò)梁的設(shè)置,兩頭埋入墻體部分,視過(guò)梁長(zhǎng)短保證有10~30CM.（a-7)露天平臺(tái)，預(yù)留10CM下陷，用于做防水工程和坡度設(shè)計(jì)施工。貼面之前，必須做好防水，作7天浸水試驗(yàn)，合格后，并保護(hù)好防水層，方可進(jìn)行貼面施工。不留隱患，嚴(yán)防積水，漏水。（a-8)磚縫水泥沙漿要收刮整齊，及時(shí)回收利用，不得浪費(fèi)材料。A )合理。(e-2)吊頂之前必須水平校準(zhǔn)，誤差小于±0.3MM.(e-3)門(mén)框固定四周橫平豎直,門(mén)葉安裝之前,先進(jìn)行預(yù)裝,視情況進(jìn)行加工,四周留縫不大于0.3MM.(e-4)櫥柜,衣柜安裝,柜門(mén)垂直,鉸鏈運(yùn)動(dòng)自如,門(mén)縫不能大于0.3MM。(e-5)角線，含石膏線，木線。要求碰角美觀，水平，成直線。不開(kāi)裂，脫落。Ecarpenter:(e-1)basicqualitystandard:condolesupports,door,ambry,wardrobe,andotherwoodtomakeproject,mustjuncturerigor,edgehornissmooth,surfacesmooth,beautiful,varietalinstallationscientificandreasonable.(e-2)condoleisnecessarybeforelevelcalibration,anerrorlessthan
