我加入中心小學(xué)組織教師觀看廉政教育電影《焦裕祿》后,本人受到很深的教育,也得到好多的啟示,焦裕祿同志作為一名黨員、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部,在蘭考工作僅一年零三個(gè)月時(shí)間,就能贏得廣大人民群眾的好評(píng)及永遠(yuǎn)追念。
在現(xiàn)在看來(lái),當(dāng)時(shí)他辦的大實(shí)事不多,但留給蘭考人民至全體共產(chǎn)黨員的物質(zhì)及精神資產(chǎn)卻是永恒的,我認(rèn)為要從以下方面去學(xué)習(xí)他:
一、
學(xué)習(xí)他愛崗敬業(yè)的精神。
作為農(nóng)村教育,面臨的都是艱難的工作環(huán)境,廣闊的工作范圍,煩雜的工作事項(xiàng),真可謂是教師級(jí)別低、權(quán)力小、責(zé)任大,且年復(fù)一年面對(duì)的都是錯(cuò)綜繁雜的農(nóng)村教育工作,確實(shí)使人感到身心疲憊。
為此,作為一名教師一定要具有愛崗敬業(yè)的精神,才能不厭其煩地立足農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育做好工作,否則就耐不位這份辛勤。
二、
學(xué)習(xí)焦裕祿道德修養(yǎng)精神,
焦裕祿同志是人民的好兒子、黨培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)秀干部,作為一個(gè)父母官,他沒有高高在上,發(fā)號(hào)施令,他有著一顆愛民的仁厚情懷,深入百姓,體察民情,訪寒問(wèn)暖。
他前往蘭考縣委報(bào)到,衣著簡(jiǎn)樸,輕車簡(jiǎn)從,一路步行,當(dāng)他看到一群饑餓的孩子時(shí),他拿出了自己攜帶的全部干糧;當(dāng)他第一次加入縣委會(huì)議時(shí),他提議與會(huì)同志先到蘭考火車站看一看,當(dāng)看到鵝毛大雪中悄悄等待的饑民無(wú)奈的眼神、當(dāng)看到火車降臨時(shí)饑民爭(zhēng)先恐后逃離家園的決絕,眾人被深深震撼;當(dāng)他聽說(shuō)政府的救濟(jì)糧沒有及時(shí)發(fā)放時(shí),他震怒了;當(dāng)?shù)弥B(yǎng)牛老人被牛角撞傷,生命垂危,想見他一面時(shí),他不顧自己已經(jīng)十分羸弱的身軀,深夜冒雨前去看望;在一家老小尚未溫飽的狀況下,他還用自己本不富足的收入資助更需要幫助的貧苦百姓。
面對(duì)雙目失明的老人,焦裕祿同志深情地說(shuō)出"我是你們的兒子',這是怎樣的一種人民情懷!這是多么崇高的人格力量!
三、學(xué)習(xí)他立足本職,建功立業(yè)精神焦裕祿同志在工作上實(shí)事求是、身先士卒,迎風(fēng)冒雨,明察暗訪,不顧病痛,用科學(xué)發(fā)展觀描繪出了蘭考的新篇章。
為鎖住肆虐蘭考的風(fēng)沙,他帶領(lǐng)通訊員,推著自行車,親自調(diào)查風(fēng)沙的起因,在黃河故道的沙丘上,強(qiáng)烈的病痛讓他滑下了沙丘,但他沒有退縮,忍痛堅(jiān)持工作;當(dāng)?shù)弥萃淇梢栽诋?dāng)?shù)貝毫拥沫h(huán)境下生長(zhǎng),對(duì)改善氣候環(huán)境有巨大作用時(shí),他親自到苗圃了解狀況,部署植樹防沙工程,并親自在沙丘上種下一株泡桐;當(dāng)?shù)弥诿缙怨ぷ鞯奈ㄒ坏拇髮W(xué)生要離開蘭考返城時(shí),他抓起一把蘭考的泥土,忍著肝癌的煎熬,跌跌撞撞跑到火車站為他送行,沒有責(zé)怪,沒有批評(píng),只是交待大學(xué)生回城后不要忘掉曾經(jīng)生活過(guò)的這片土地,把蘭考的泥土做一下化驗(yàn)分析,為改變蘭考的自然環(huán)境提供科學(xué)依據(jù);為解決夏季水患,又是他在洪水季節(jié),帶領(lǐng)干部群眾,迎風(fēng)冒雨,查看水情,在看到村干部面對(duì)災(zāi)情一籌莫展,垂頭喪氣時(shí),又是他一句"吃別人嚼過(guò)的饅頭不香'的樸實(shí)思想,振聾發(fā)聵,激起了大家戰(zhàn)天斗地的豪情。
四、
學(xué)習(xí)他廉潔奉公的道德情操。
在當(dāng)前的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,保持良好的心態(tài),奉行廉潔的操守尤為重要。
隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)的活躍,利益分派的表達(dá)形式日益顯現(xiàn)。
作為一名教師投身農(nóng)村教育基層崗位,沒日沒夜地工作,騰不出時(shí)間去運(yùn)作自己的實(shí)體,
如何調(diào)整自己,就要向焦裕祿同志學(xué)習(xí),保持廉潔奉公的道德情操,抵得
住金錢、
耐得住農(nóng)村基層教育的這份清苦。
要具有良好的心態(tài),始終把黨的教育事業(yè)工作放到第一位,以教書育人,為人師表良好的形象站立在世人面前,真正成為一名合格的人民教師。
