Specifictrainingcourseinthecompany,accesstotheinternationalsaleofgoodstothespecificoperatingpractices,importandexportcosting,inquiries,offerandofferotherbasicskills,butalsoonanin-depthunderstandingoftheindustryandtotheimmediateexperienceininternationaltradefacedbythedifferentpartiestothespecificworkandtheinteractionbetweenthem,contactthecompanydevelopedvariousstrategiestoachievecross-borderbusinessandgoodoperationofthemarket;understandingsupplyanddemandbalance,competitionandothermacroeconomicphenomena,haveaccesstorealCommercialreal,understandtheirshortcomingsandhaveaccumulatedsomeexperience,gotoworkforthefutureandlayagoodfoundation.

Threeyearsofsystemstheorytolearn,soIbasicallymasteredthebasicsofforeigntrade,suchas:tradeterms,importandexportprocedures,customsdeclaration,inspectionoperationprocesses.However,itshouldberecognized,ifnotlearnthetheoryitselfwasthroughthepracticeofhisowntrulymaster,itshouldbesaidthatthefutureoftheirowntofindadesirablejoborwillcausesomedifficulties.Onlythroughaperiodoftrainingtobeabletoapplytheknowledgelearnedfrombookstopracticalsituationstosolvepracticalproblemsforfutureworktolayasolidfoundation.
2.BackgroundofPractice
Shanxi×××ChemicalsCo.,Ltdisacomprehensivechemicalenterprisewhichintegratesthescientificandtechnologicaldevelopment,production,salesandserviceintoawhole.
Weareadiversifiedchemicalscompanythatcombinesthepowerof20chemicalmanufacturingsitesinourownregionand3groupsofconvenienttransportingteams.Thecompanyiscommittedtomanufactureandexportthechemicalrawmaterialstooverseas.
Itdeliversabroadrangeoforganicchemicals,Inorganicchemicals,pigment

A.實(shí)際進(jìn)度與規(guī)劃進(jìn)度發(fā)生差異,要找緣由。通常有以下緣由:①.原規(guī)劃錯誤;②.機(jī)器設(shè)備有故障;③.材料沒跟上;④.不良率和報廢率過高;⑤.臨時工作或特急訂單的影響;⑥.前制程延誤的累積;⑦.員工工作心情低落,缺勤或流淌率高。
(4)跟蹤生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度的表單:有:生產(chǎn)日報表,生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度表,生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度掌握表,生產(chǎn)特別處理表,生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)度跟蹤表。
5.交期延誤:
如是工廠緣由,要通知客戶,取得同意前方可出貨。如不同意,一是協(xié)商,我們可擔(dān)當(dāng)局部費(fèi)用將貨出去。二就只好取消訂單了。
如快遞緣由,要先告知客戶,再督促快遞公司,讓他們盡快將貨物送到客戶手中。
6.有關(guān)訂單的更改問題:
客戶對已下的訂單因市場變化會有更改,有數(shù)量上的,(或增加,或削減)。
