MOshget命令(hforhorizontally),可以將NBIOT基站操作與維護NB-IOT產(chǎn)品介紹OSS網(wǎng)管簡單介紹基站故障處理流程NBIOT基站操作與維護故障介紹故障一般情況分為:硬件故障、軟件故障、傳輸故障、其他supportsystem故障、數(shù)據(jù)配置故障等等。硬件故障軟件故障傳輸故障Supportsystem故障數(shù)據(jù)故障故障介紹故障一般情況分為:硬件故障、軟件故障、傳輸故障、其他硬件故障VSWROverThreshold該告警與2G的駐波比告警一樣,當(dāng)駐波超過設(shè)定的閥值之后就會出現(xiàn)告警。在RRUS/RUS側(cè)互倒天饋或者和好的小區(qū)互倒天饋,判斷是天饋有問題還是硬件有問題,然后再進一步判斷;如果硬件有問題,更換RRUS/RUS;如果天饋有問題,更換相應(yīng)的壞件,如軟跳線、饋線頭子或者天線等;硬件故障VSWROverThreshold硬件故障SFPNotPresent該告警產(chǎn)生原因:光模塊沒插,光模塊損壞。伴隨告警:ServiceDegraded(minor).ServiceUnavailable(major),處理方法:插入光模塊;更換光模塊;硬件故障SFPNotPresent硬件故障HWFault該告警是很多細化告警的集合,該告警需要根據(jù)MO名稱來判斷那個硬件出現(xiàn)的故障。只能看CPI。硬件故障HWFault硬件故障LinkDegraded該告警是可能是因為光纖太長、光功率不足、SFP的溫度太高或者太低。處理方法:重啟該MO;檢查光功率,更換光模塊,更換光纖,硬件故障LinkDegraded硬件故障LinkFailure該告警是可能是因為光纖太長、光功率不足、SFP的溫度太高或者太低。相關(guān)告警:重啟該MO;檢查光功率,更換光模塊,更換光纖,更換RU,更換DU。硬件故障LinkFailure硬件故障NodeGroupSyncLossofAllSoCCe該告警是NGS不能夠同步的告警;該告警產(chǎn)生原因:下級的node的rilink

failure;下級node沒定義NGS;Node

NGS優(yōu)先級配置錯誤;……硬件故障NodeGroupSyncLossofAl硬件故障RFReflectedPowerHigh該告警是當(dāng)RU中的被測RF反射功率超過設(shè)置閾值時,就會產(chǎn)生rf反射功率高警報。此告警和駐波告警產(chǎn)生的原因基本相同。產(chǎn)生原因可能:天饋線連接問題;功分器等原件與RU的頻段不一致等等;處理方法:與處理駐波一致。硬件故障RFReflectedPowerHigh硬件故障TimeSyncIOReferenceFailed/FrequencySyncIOReferenceFailed如果備用同步引用不可用,并且由此產(chǎn)生的故障停止或干擾通信量或網(wǎng)絡(luò)同步,則會引發(fā)警報。硬件故障TimeSyncIOReferenceFaile軟件故障SoftwareManagementLostConnectiontoFileServer此告警一般是因為RU側(cè)軟件丟失;處理方法和DUS的loadmodule丟失的處理方法一致。處理步驟:將該軟件包解壓到OSS上一個路徑;然后重新設(shè)置該軟件的的urisftp的路徑:setSystemFunctions=1,SwM=1,UpgradePackage=CXP9024418/6-R21C139
