目錄Contents工程概況ProjectOverview1編制依據(jù)BasisofPreparation3實施目的ImplementationObjectives4實施準(zhǔn)備PreparatoryWorks..5施工工藝ConstructionProcess8驗收程序AcceptanceProcedures10質(zhì)量控制QualityControl...10HSE保證措施HSESafeguardingMeasures.12水上沉樁樣板工程施工主要工序：Themainproceduresoftheinitialsampleprojectofpilingworksareasfollows:（1）、施工準(zhǔn)備：對現(xiàn)場施工人員做好技術(shù)安全交底工作；做好機械設(shè)備報審工作，打樁船進(jìn)場后做好錨纜布置工作；對進(jìn)場鋼管樁做好檢驗工作，包括鋼管樁的原材料檢驗報告、出廠檢驗報告以及鋼管樁的外觀質(zhì)量。Constructionpreparations:performingtechnicalsafetybriefingsontheconstructors;submittingdocumentsoftheconstructionmachineriesandequipmentforapproval;arranginganchorcablesforthepilingbargeafteritsentrance;inspectingthesteelpipepilesdelivered,whichshouldincludetestreportsoftherawmaterials,deliveryinspectionreportsandappearancequalityofthesteelpipepile.（2）、測量定位：沉樁平面定位采用船載GPS定位系統(tǒng)控制為主，全站儀復(fù)核，樁頂標(biāo)高及貫入度采用兩臺水準(zhǔn)儀控制，通過在樁身、樁錘上用油漆標(biāo)出控制線，架設(shè)在大堤上的水準(zhǔn)儀進(jìn)行觀測，以此確保沉樁過程處于受控狀態(tài)。具體樁位資料見下表：Surveyandpositioning:thepilingpositioningwillbemainlycontrolledbyship-borneGPSpositioningsystemandverifiedbytotalstation.Thepiletopelevationandpenetrationwillbecontrolledbytwolevelgauges.Markcontrollinesonthepileshaftandthehammerwithpaint,andobservewiththelevelgaugeplacedonshore,soastoensurethatthepilepositioniscontrolled.Dataofthespecificpilepositionsisasshowninthefollowedsheet:（3）、沉樁：測量定位后可進(jìn)行沉樁施工，首先進(jìn)行壓錘穩(wěn)樁，穩(wěn)樁停止后開始錘擊沉樁，為防止溜樁，開始沉樁時應(yīng)采用重錘壓樁，待樁基穩(wěn)定后開始錘擊，直至設(shè)計樁頂標(biāo)高CD+1.35m。1#引橋Y9-A采用重錘輕擊，Y9-B采用正常錘擊，Y9-C視前兩根樁的沉樁貫入度情況決定正常錘擊還是重錘高檔。沉樁過程中須及時做好沉樁記錄，真實反映沉樁實際情況。沉樁結(jié)束后，及時對樁位進(jìn)行復(fù)測，及時反饋樁的偏位情況。Piling:pilingoperationcanbeimplementedafterthesurveyandpositioning.Stabilizethepilefirstwithhammerpressure.Hammeringcanbecommencedafterthestabilizingoperation.Inordertopreventpiledisplacement,heavyhammershouldbeusedtopressdownthepileattheverybeginning.ThenstarthammeringthepiletodesignedelevationofCD+1.35mafterthepilefoundationisstabilized.UsesmallimpactenergybyheavyhammertodrivepileY9-Aof1#approachbridgeandnormalimpactenergyforpileY9-B.ThendecidewhethertousenormalimpactenergyorhighimpactenergywithheavyhammerforthedrivingofpileY9-C,whiletakingthepenetrationconditionsoftheabovetwopilesintoconsideration.Keeppilinglogstimelysoastofaithfullyrecordtheactualpilingcondition.Conductresurveyonthepositionofthepiledrivenandreportthepositiondeviationtimely.（4）、停錘：本工程沉樁以標(biāo)高控制為主（CD高程+1.35m），貫入度校核。沉樁控制貫入度為最后10擊平均貫入度小于5mm/擊。當(dāng)沉樁貫入度已達(dá)到控制貫入度，而樁端未達(dá)到設(shè)計標(biāo)高時，應(yīng)繼續(xù)錘擊貫入100mm或錘擊30～50擊，此時貫入度不應(yīng)大于控制貫入度，且樁端距設(shè)計標(biāo)高不宜超過2m。超過2m時，應(yīng)會同設(shè)計單位研究解決。當(dāng)樁端已達(dá)到設(shè)計標(biāo)高而貫入度仍較大時，應(yīng)繼續(xù)錘擊使其貫入度達(dá)到控制貫入度，具體接樁方案應(yīng)會同設(shè)計單位研究解決。沉樁偏位超出允許偏差時（直樁：100mm），應(yīng)及時與設(shè)計單位聯(lián)系，研究解決方案。Hammerstopping:thepilingworksofthisprojectshallbemainlycontrolledbyelevation(CDelevation+1.35m)andverifiedbypenetration.Thecontrolledpenetrationforpilingoperationisthattheaveragepenetrationofthelast10strikesshouldbelessthan5mm/strike.Whenthepenetrationhasreachedthecontrolledpenetration,butthepiletipstillhasnotreachedthedesignelevation,thepileshouldbecontinuouslyhammeredtopenetrate100mmdeeperorcontinuouslyhammeredfor30~50strikeswhiletheadditionalpilepenetrationshouldnotbegreaterthanthecontrolledpenetrationandtheactualpiletiptothedesignedpiletipelevationshouldnotexceed2m(whenitismorethan2m,shallconsultwiththedesigninstitutetostudyandsolvethesituation).Whenthepiletiphasreachedthedesignelevationandthepenetrationisstilllargerthanthecontrolledvalue,thepileshouldbecontinuouslyhammereduntilthepilepenetrationreachesthecontrolledpenetration,specifiedpilesplicingmethodologyshallbesolvedwiththedesigninstitute.Ifthepilepositiondeviationisbeyondtheallowablevalue(100mmforverticalpile),thecontractorshallcontactwiththedesigninstituteintimeforsolvingtheproblem.驗收程序AcceptanceProcedures首件工程完成后，由港區(qū)項目組工程師組織對鋼管樁的貫入度、樁頂標(biāo)高、設(shè)計標(biāo)高處樁頂?shù)钠矫嫖恢靡约皹渡泶怪倍冗M(jìn)行檢測、驗收和評定。施工單位應(yīng)對已完成的首件工程的施工工藝和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評價，提交總結(jié)報告。由港區(qū)項目組工程師組織有關(guān)人員對其進(jìn)行分析、研究，驗證施工工藝的可靠性、合理性，提出改進(jìn)意見，確定最佳施工方法，并形成評審會議紀(jì)要。Aftercompletionoftheinitialsampleproject,inspection,acceptanceandevaluationonthepilepenetration,piletopelevation,planepositionofpiletopatdesignelevationandtheperpendicularityofpileshaftshallbeorganizedbyengineersofRegionalConstructionTeam.TheContractorshallconductevaluationontheconstructionprocessandqualityoftheinitialsampleprojectcompleted,andsubmitrelevantsummaryreport.TheRegionalConstructionTeamshallorganizerelevantpersonneltoanalyzeandstudythereport,verifythereliabilityandfeasibilityoftheconstructionprocess,putforwardimprovementsuggestions,determinetheoptimumconstructionmethodandmakeMinutesofMeetingforit.首件工程經(jīng)評審?fù)ㄟ^后，施工單位進(jìn)一步完善后形成最終施工方案，在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行水上沉樁工程的施工。Aftertheinitialsampleprojectpassestheevaluation,theContractorshalldevelopthefinalconstructionmethodologyafterfurtherimprovementstoguidethefollowingoverwaterpilingworks.質(zhì)量控制QualityControl7.1、樁的質(zhì)量控制PileQualityControl（1）、本工程的鋼管樁已經(jīng)委托上海三航--亞新太鋼管有限公司制作，為更好的控制樁的質(zhì)量，從制樁開始，我公司和港區(qū)項目組已經(jīng)派出駐廠人員對樁的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，確保鋼管樁質(zhì)量。WehavecommissionedShanghaiThirdNavigationASPSteelPipeCo.,Ltdfortheprefabricationofsteelpipepiles.Inordertoeffectivelycontrolthepilequality,attheverybeginningoftheprefabrication,theRegionalConstructionTeamandourcompanyhadalreadyassignedresidentrepresentativetothefactorytomonitorthefabricationsoastoguaranteethequalityofsteelpipepiles.（2）、樁在沉樁前必須會同港區(qū)項目組對樁的規(guī)格、樁身質(zhì)量進(jìn)一步作全面的檢查，對不合格樁不得用于沉樁。Beforepilingoperation,theContractortogetherwiththeRegionalConstructionTeamshallmakefurthercomprehensiveinspectionsonthespecificationsandqualityofthepiles.Thoseunqualifiedonescannotbedriven.7.2、沉樁時質(zhì)量控制要點FocalPointsforQualityControlduringPiling（1）、根據(jù)地質(zhì)資料加強觀測和指揮，做好對“溜樁”的準(zhǔn)備措施，采用重錘輕擊，避免樁頂受損。Strengthenobservationandcommandingonthebasisofthegeologicaldata;takepreparatorymeasuresagainstpiledisplacement;Useheavyhammertostrikethepilegentlyinordertopreventdamagingthepiletop.（2）、樁駁出廠前隨船攜帶一桶防腐漆，用于管樁吊裝過程中可能受纜繩纏裹而導(dǎo)致表面防腐層局部受損的修補。Beforedepartureofthepiletransportationbarge,abarrelofanticorrosionpaintshallbealsodeliveredsoastorepairthecoatingwhichmaybepartiallydamagedduringhoistingandtransportationoperation.（3）、禁止在錘擊過程中用移船的方法糾正樁位。Itisstrictlyprohibitedtocorrectthepilepositionbymovingthevesselduringhammering.（4）、錘擊過程中，如出現(xiàn)貫入度反常，樁身突然下降時應(yīng)立即停錘，會同港區(qū)項目組、設(shè)計等單位查明原因，采取有效措施后，方可繼續(xù)沉樁。Duringhammering,intheeventofabnormalpenetrationandthepileshaftpenetratestoomuchabruptly,theoperationshouldbesuspendedimmediately.TheContractortogetherwiththeRegionalConstructionTeam,designinstituteandetc.shallcarryoutstudiestoidentifythecause.Pilingworkscanberesumedaftertakingeffectivemeasures.（5）、移船過程中，打樁船上派專人看纜，防止纜繩蹩樁。Whenmovingthevessels,dedicatedpersonshouldbeassignedtowatchovertheanchorcablestopreventthemfromcollidingwithpilesdriven.（6）、本次沉樁時以標(biāo)高控制為主，貫入度校核。Thepilingworkswillbemainlycontrolledbyelevationandverifiedbypenetration.（7）、做好打樁記錄，為首件沉樁后質(zhì)量驗收提供原始記錄。Makepilinglogsfaithfully,soastoprovideoriginalrecordsforthequalityacceptanceoftheinitialsampleproject.（8）、樁基檢測過程中，配合檢測人員，提供地質(zhì)、樁基、樁位、沉樁記錄等資料，并就樁基檢測結(jié)果及時與設(shè)計人員聯(lián)系，確保工程沉樁質(zhì)量符合要求。Duringpilefoundationtesting,theContractorshallcooperatewiththetesterstoprovidedatarelatingtogeology,pilefoundation,pileposition,pilinglogsandsoon.Timelycommunicatewiththedesigneronthepilefoundationtestingresults,soastoensurethatthepilingqualitycanmeettherequirements.8、HSE保證措施HSESafeguardingMeasures8.1、安全保證措施HSESafeguardingMeasures（1）、嚴(yán)格建立安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，職責(zé)明確，落實到人。Establisharigidsystemofresponsibilitiesinsafetyconstructionandmaketheresponsibilitiesofspecificpersonclear.（2）、所有施工管理及作業(yè)人員必須持證上崗，特殊工種人員必須持有相應(yīng)的安全操作證及技術(shù)操作證。Allconstructionmanagementandoperationpersonnelmusthaverelevantcertificates;personneltakingspecializedpostsmustholdcorrespondingsafetyoperationcertificatesandtechnicaloperationcertificates.（3）、建立安全檢查制度，檢查記錄齊全，隱患整改做到定人、定時、定措施。Establishsafetyinspectionsystemandkeepcompleteinspectionrecords.Therectificationsofhiddendangersmustbeimplementedbythespecificpersonwiththestipulatedmeasureswithintheregulatedtimeline.（4）、首件沉樁施工前對工人進(jìn)行全面的針對性安全技術(shù)交底，受交者履行簽名手續(xù)。Priortotheinitialsampleproject,conductcomprehensivesafetytechnologybriefingsontheconstructors,andthosewhoareinstructedshouldperformthesignatureformality.（5）、打樁移船時，錨纜布置時要做好相應(yīng)安排。首件沉樁完成后，應(yīng)在樁頂上設(shè)置警示燈，提醒過往或周邊船舶注意避讓，嚴(yán)禁各型船只靠停、帶纜繩等。Whenmovingthevesselsduringpiling,thelayoutofanchorcablesmustbeproperlyarranged.Setupwarninglightsforthepilesdriventokeepthepassingorsurroundingvesselsaway.Approachingofanyirrelevantvesselsisprohibited.（6）、布置沉樁任務(wù)時述安全生產(chǎn)要點，落實安全生產(chǎn)措施。召開生產(chǎn)會議要評述安全生產(chǎn)狀況，進(jìn)行有針對性、有目的、有內(nèi)容的安全生產(chǎn)教育，增強職工的安全生產(chǎn)意識。Whenassigningpilingtasks,statethekeyitemsforsafetyinproductionandenforcethesafetymeasures.Reviewthesafetyproductionconditionsandconducttargeted,aimedandsubstantialsafetytrainingsatproductionmeetings,soastostrengthentheemployees’awarenessofsafetyinproduction.（7）、所有施工人員進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場必須戴好安全帽，穿好救生衣。工作前嚴(yán)禁飲酒。Allconstructorsenteringintotheconstructionsitemustwearsafetyhelmetsandlifejacketsproperly.Consumingalcoholbeforeworkingisstrictlyprohibited.（8）、沉樁必須由專人指揮，分工明確，統(tǒng)一信號。Thepilingworksmustbeconductedbydedicatedpersonwithresponsibilitiesclearlydividedanduniformsignals.（9）、注意用電安全，電箱和配電板及用電方式均符合安全要求。氧氣、乙炔等危險物品專門另行儲放，并由專人保管。Payspecialattentiontothesafetyutilizationofelectricity;theelectricityboxes,switchpanelsandthemodeofelectricityutilizationshouldallconformtothesafetyrequirements.Dangerousmaterialslikeoxygen,acetyleneandetc.,shouldbestoredexclusivelyandmanagedbydedicatedperson.（10）、檢測人員施工過程中，由打樁船配合其檢測工作，提供人員上下及樁上檢測等。Whenthetestersareimplementingthetests,thepilingbargeshouldprovidepossibleassistancestocooperatewiththetestingworks.（11）、密切注意天氣變化情況。隨時與當(dāng)?shù)睾Ｊ?、救撈及防臺部門保持密切聯(lián)系，處理緊急事件。Paycloseattentiontoweatherchanges,keeptimelyandclosecontactwithlocalmarinedepartment,searchandrescuedepartmentandtyphoonpreventiondepartmenttohandlewithemergencies.8.2、環(huán)境保護措施EnvironmentalProtectionMeasures（1）、施工機械產(chǎn)生的廢油料及潤滑油等，必須集中收集交由當(dāng)?shù)鼐哂匈Y質(zhì)的廢棄物處理公司統(tǒng)一處理。Wasteoil/ducedbyconstructionmachineriesmustbecollectedandhandedovertoqualifiedlocalwastedisposalcompanyforcollectivedisposal.（2）、生產(chǎn)用油料必須嚴(yán)格保管，防止泄漏，污染水質(zhì)，加油區(qū)設(shè)置滴油托盤。Oilforproductionmustbestrictlystoredinordertopreventleakageandpollutingwater.Provideoildriptraysinrefuelingarea.（3）、船舶施工時期生活用水禁止隨意排放，必須集中收集，使用船舶自帶的污水處理裝置進(jìn)行處理，經(jīng)有資質(zhì)的檢測公司檢測合格后排放。如污水處理裝置損壞無法處理的通知岸上準(zhǔn)備容器接受污水。Domesticsewageproducedbyconstructionvesselscannotbedischargedfreely;instead,itmustbecollectedandtreatedbythesewagetreatmentequipmentonboard.Itcanbedischargedafterpassingthetestscarriedoutbyqualifiedtestingcompany.Incasethesewagetreatmentequipmentonvesselsisdamagedandthesewagecannotbeproperlytreated,thevesselsshouldinformdepartmentsonshoretopreparecontainersforacceptanceofthesewage.（4）、船舶作業(yè)前要檢查輸油軟管和有關(guān)設(shè)備，軟管損壞是造成溢油的主要原因。使用期間要定期檢查，已保證盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)溢漏和損壞。Inspectoilhosesandrelevantequipmentbeforevesseloperation,becausehosedamageisthemaincauseofoilleakage.Conductregularpressuretestsduringoperationinor
