–Shipment/Delivery條款6-裝運(yùn)6.1shipmentofmaterialshallbeshippedwithin47daysfromthereceiptofL/Ctatseller’sbankcounter賣方銀行收到信用證后47天內(nèi)裝運(yùn)Article7 determine the weight ofshipment by scale weighing.11目的港買方付費(fèi)指派算依據(jù)SellershallusethisweightasbasisoftheProvisionalinvoice.SellershalladviseBuyerbyfax/emailwithin5workingdaysaftersailingofthevesselfromloadingportofthecontentsofsuchweightandtheamountoftheprovisionalinvoice.在裝運(yùn)港口由賣方付費(fèi)指SGS進(jìn)行貨物的磅碼。賣方使用這個磅碼結(jié)果在船開出后5個工作日用傳真/郵件的方式告知買方重量和暫結(jié)發(fā)票金額。Buyermayatbuyer’sexpenseshaveitsrepresentativeatthetimeofsuchdeterminationattheloadingport.買方可以自付費(fèi)用在裝運(yùn)港進(jìn)行監(jiān)磅WEIGHINGATDISCHARGINGPORT目的港磅碼Atthedischargingport,thebuyeratthebuyer'sexpensesshallapplySGS(China)toinspectanddeterminetheweightofshipmentbyscaleweighing,TheSGS(China)weightinspectionresultsatdischargingportwillberegardedasfinal.SGS(中國)進(jìn)行磅碼，其結(jié)果作為貨物的最終結(jié)Sellermayatseller’sexpensehaveitsrepresentativepresentatthetimeofsuchdetermination.賣方可以自付費(fèi)用在目的港進(jìn)行監(jiān)磅Article13 –Sampling&Analysis條款13－取樣和化驗(yàn)13.1Atthetimeofloadingofeachshipment,SGS(Africa)appointedbySellerandapprovedbyBuyer,shalltakerepresentativesamplesinaccordancewiththesubjecttoanyadditionand/oramendmentstobemutuallyagreeduponbySellerandBuyerbeforetheshipmentcommences.TherepresentativesamplesshallbesubdividedintofourportionsinaccordancewiththestandardandoneoftheportionsshallbeanalyzedtodeterminedthepercentagesofTin,(Sn)physicalcompositionandthefreemoisturecontentat105CelsiusdegreesassetforthinArticle2.Theanalysisshall,inprinciple,beconductedinaccordancewiththestandard.Three12portionswillbekeptbySGS(Africa).ThecostofsuchsamplingandanalysisshallbeforSeller'saccount.Ifthebuyerisnotsatisfiedwiththeresult,thenthebuyerhastonominateotherauthorizedentitytoinspectatbuyer ’s13.2Onceatdestination,buyerwillhaveSGS(China)toanalysetheshipmentinordertoconfirmtheSGS(Africa)analysistakenatleavingport.Iftherearesignificantdifferencesbetweenbothcertifications,BuyerandsellerwillsettlethesituationbyhavingAHK/ASAclearingthediscrepanciesout.每一批裝運(yùn)由賣方經(jīng)買方同意指派 SGS進(jìn)行取樣和化驗(yàn) Sn,粒度和水份。按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行化驗(yàn)，樣品一式四份，三份由 SGS保留。賣方支付裝運(yùn)港口取樣和化驗(yàn)費(fèi)用。目的港口買方指派
