BlueNileislookingforapassionate,highlyanalyticalChinaPaidSearchSpecialist.ThepositionwillberesponsibleforoverseeingBlueNile’sChinapaidsearchaccounts,andresponsibilitieswillincludestrategicplanning,campaignmanagement,accountoptimization,keywordresearch,writingcopy,performancereportingandanalysis.

Theidealcandidatewillhavetwoormoreyearsofexperiencemanagingpaidsearchadsforalargeonlinebusinessorconversion-orientedadagency,managingBaidu/Sogou/360etcandShoppingaccounts,multi-millionRMBbudgetsandtensofthousandsofkeywords.Thesuccessfulcandidateisambitious,willingtoroll-uptheirsleeves,andwon’tstopuntilthegoalisachieved.Heorsheispassionateaboutpaidsearchanduptospeedonlatesttrendsinsearchmarketing.

Responsibilities:

?Monitorandanalyzepaidsearchcampaignsandmakeregular,proactivechangestoimproveperformance

?ManagerelationshipwithagencytomanageBaiduaccount

?Provideweeklyandmonthlyreportsonprogramperformancetodriveinsightsandrecommendations

?ProviderecommendationsonhowtooptimizePPCcontentincludingadcopyandlandingpagetesting

?Executefrequentteststofindoptimalwaystobalanceportfolio,improveprofitability,andfindinnovativewaystogrowtheprogram.

?Responsibleforunderstandingandpro-activelyaddressingtrends,orchangestoproducts,algorithmsormarketinfluences;managerelationshipswiththeplatforms(Baidu/Sogou/360etc.)andothersearchvendors.

?Performkeywordresearch,writingadcopyandoptimizinglandingpages

?Communicatetomanagerthedetailsoftheprogramsonaregularbasis.

Qualifications:

?Bachelor’sdegreeinMarketingorrelatedfieldpreferred

?2+years’experiencemanaginglargepaidsearchcampaigns

?Experiencewithretailcommerceisstronglypreferred

?Experiencemanagingbudgetsexceeding$100kmonthly

?HandsonexperienceworkingdirectlyintheBaidu/Sogou/360etcenginesispreferred

?ProficientwithAdwordsEditor,

?ExperiencewithChinapaidsearch(Baidu)preferred

?HandsonexperiencewithbothtextadsandPLA’sisrequired

?Highlyorganized,detail-orientedandstronganalyticalskillsrequired

?Stronganalyticalskillswithabilitytodrivemeaningfulactionsfromlargedatasets

?Well-versedinMicrosoftExcelreportingandanalyticaltools(filters,vlookups,pivottables)

?Stronginterpersonalandcommunicationskillsarekey

?Abilitytobuild-outanaccountend
