該文件包含了Antenna提取需要的各種信息。2、ImportTech.LEF2、ImportTech.LEF

Tech.lef是在提取antenna時才需要的。如果只提取Pin坐標(biāo),則不需要它。使用前注意核對layername與virtuoso的tf中是否一致。 該文件必須在gds之前導(dǎo)入。否則可能會導(dǎo)致LEF中Pin的坐標(biāo)（X，Y）值與Layout不一致。因為tech.lef中定義的版圖的UU/DBU屬性可能與streamin中定義的不一致。3、導(dǎo)入GDS

此時，可以先關(guān)閉Abstract，用Virtuoso完成接下來的操作。 將gds導(dǎo)入新庫，并添加tf文件。 在這里要注意，gds必須是DRC、LVS等檢查都已通過的最終版本。4、添加SchematicView

將Schematic.view拷貝到新的Library。以便提取過程中讀取Net信息。5、給Layout增加prBoundary

這一層用于規(guī)劃IP的大小，屬于標(biāo)識層。今后可以在Layout設(shè)計時就加入這層。需要注意StreamoutGDS文件時要在map文件中添加對這層的說明，否則會丟失。邊緣黃色線條就是prBoundary這層使用時需要到LSW的Edit中開啟這一層的顯示。VirtuosoPreview

這步會檢查有沒有prBoundary。AbstractEditor

這步會添加Abstract按鈕到工具欄。CreateAbstract

這步會彈出設(shè)置窗口，然后啟動Abstract。6、從Virtuoso啟動AbstractAbstract啟動，并且讀入Layout和Schematic信息。至此準(zhǔn)備完畢。

參數(shù)設(shè)置PinsStepExtractStepAbstractStepVerifyStepPinsStepMapTextBoundaryBlocks（labellayer）//（（layerlabel）（layerdrawing））通配符方式的Power和Ground定義模擬單元Pin都在這定義TheoptionsintheBoundarytabcontrolthecalculationoftheplace-and-route(PR)boundary,whichdefinesthesizeofasinglecellorblock.這里可以只有金屬和孔，也可以填寫所有層。ControlshowtheabstractgeneratorprocesseslocalblockagesdefinedintheBLOCKAGEsectioninDEF5.4.Localblockagesdonothavethe+PUSHDOWN,+FILL,or+SLOTmodifiers.ControlswhetherpinsarecreatedfromtheroutingdefinedintheSPECIALNETSsectionoftheDEFfile.這兩項可以都關(guān)掉。ExtractStepSignalPowerAntennaGeneral這里通常只填Pin所包括的層，但是在提取Antenna時，這里必須包括Poly和Contact。HHNEC013工藝還要加入Li1。目的就是得到從Pin到Gate的整條Net。這里只需打開在Pin上需要用的層即可。在提取Antenna時，這個開關(guān)要打開這里包含電源、地所用到的層即可，然后在需要出Pin的層選擇CreatePins即可。這里要改成：GPandAAAAandnotGP這里定義MOS的Gate和Drain，需要注意，必須先定義Gate，再定義Drain。默認根據(jù)Tech.lef和Techfile得到一組設(shè)置，我們得根據(jù)實際需要來修改。這些選項可以全部打開。定義層與層的連接（下層上層孔）AbstractStepAdjustBlockageFractureSiteOverlapGridsAdjustStepCreateBoundaryPinsAB當(dāng)開關(guān)關(guān)閉時，整條Net都定義為Pin，并且每一次改變走向都增加編號。例如：en1、en2等當(dāng)開關(guān)打開，在boundary的邊緣位置創(chuàng)建Pin，默認情況以label所在層的最窄寬度為邊長的正方形。AdjustStepBoundarypinmaxdistancetoboundary

OntheAdjusttaballowsyoutospecifythedistance(inmicrons)ofthesignalnetorpowernetgeometriesfromtheboundarysothattheycanbeconsideredasboundarypins.注意：在提取Antenna時，不能創(chuàng)建BoundaryPin。這里設(shè)置阻塞層信息。首先定義層，之后設(shè)置阻塞方式。這里有三個選項：Cover、Detailed、Shrink在選擇了CreateBoundaryPin后，提取的Pin與Net是斷開的，這個選項應(yīng)該能夠控制，但是實際操作中無效。Theseoptionsletyoucontrolwhetherornotpinsandblockagesarefractureddependingontheplaceandroutesystemyouareusing.Youcanalsocontrolhow45-degreegeometryismodeled.Sitestelltheplacerwhereitcanplacecells.Allcellsthatarelocatedinaparticularbinshareacommonsetofproperties:symmetry,class(forexample,padorcore),width,andheight.Thesepropertiesareusedbytheplacertoassistintheplacementprocess.Thesecellpropertiesaredefinedinasiteobject,andallcellswithinthesamebinareassociatedwiththesamesite.Thesiteitselfhasaname,andthecellsintheLEFfilecontainasitenamefieldthatholdsthenameoftheassociatedsite.給Cell定義site名，并寫入technologyfile，Verify中有這么一項檢查。TheseoptionscontrolwhetherornottheabstractGeneratorupdatesoverlapboundarygeometry.always,meansthattheabstractgeneratoralwayscreatesanoverlapboundary.Anyexistingoverlaplayergeometryisoverwritten.

asNeeded,meansthattheabstractgeneratorcreatesanoverlapboundaryifitisnotalreadypresentorifitispresentandwaspreviouslycalculatedbytheabstractgenerator.
