Therearesomeflowersonthetable.Therewillbeapartyheretonight.2.在表示方向、地點的副詞或某些介詞詞組開頭的句子里,如there,here,out,in,up,down,above,below,away,off,infrontof等,這時句中的動詞是不及物動詞。Theregoesthebell.Outrushedthechildren.HerecomesHelen’scar(海倫的車來了).Awaywenttheboy.Infrontofthehousewasasmallgarden.Fromthevalleycameafrighteningsound. Hereitis.Awayhewent.3. PresentatthemeetingwereProfessorWhite,ProfessorSmithandmanyotherguests.GonearethedayswhentheycoulddowhattheylikedtotheChinesepeople. WhatdoIneedtotakewithme?Haveyouhadyourtemperaturetaken?2. 癐sitreadyyet?”askedHuXin.“Tryagain,Watson!”saidHolmes.3.含有否定意義的副詞或連詞放在句首時,如never,not,notonly,little,seldom,hardly等,或者在含有no的詞組如放在句首時,如innoway,bynomeans,atnotime,undernocircumstance,undernoconditions,但innotime(立刻)除外。Notonlywastherenoelectricity,butalsonowater.Neverwillheforgethisfirsttimetotakeaplane.HardlyhadIgotoutofthehousewhenitbegantorain.Innowaycantheyleavefreely(他們能自由離開).BynomeanswillIgiveup.Nosoonerhadhegottohisofficethanhegotdowntowork. Hardlyhadwestartedwhenitbegantorain. NotuntilyesterdaydidIknowhewasgoingtocomehere. 注意三:“notuntil+狀語”放在強(qiáng)調(diào)句式“Itis/was…that…” ItwasnotuntilheremindedmethatIknewitwasmyturn. OnlythendidIbeginmywork(我才開始工作).Onlyifyouaskmanydifferentquestionswillyouacquirealltheinformationyouneedtoknow.Onlyinthiswaycanyoulearnfromyourfriends. OnlyWangLingknowsthis. Onlywhenyoureallybelievehimwillhehelpyou.5.在so/such…that結(jié)構(gòu)中,so或such放在句首時。Soproudwashethatheneverlistenedtoanyadvice.Soabsorbedwasheinthenovelthathedidnotnoticehisfatheratthedoor.6. Mysisterenjoystravelling.SodoI(我也是).Idon’tknowandnor/neitherdoIcare(我也不知道).7. Shouldyouneedmoreinformation,pleaseletmeknow.(=Ifyoushouldneedmoreinformation,pleaseletmeknow.)HadMarkinvitedme,Iwouldhavebeengladtocome.(=IfMarkhadinvitedme,Iwouldhavebeengladtocome.)8. LonglivethePeople’sRepublicofChina!Mayyouhaveahappyholiday!Task2鞏固練習(xí)Ⅰ將下列句子改為倒裝句:Hewasabletogetbacktoworkonlywhenthewarwasover._______________________________________________________________________________2.Henotonlylikedreadingstories,butalsohecouldevenwritesome._______________________________________________________________________________3.Theoldwomanlittleknewthatshewasseriouslyillherself._______________________________________________________________________________4.Hehadhardlysatdownwhenthetelephonerang._______________________________________________________________________________5.Thewomanwillneverforgetthedayin1960whenshefirstcametothecity._______________________________________________________________________________6.Thestudentsreadtheirlessonssoloudlythatpeoplecouldhearthemoutinthestreet._______________________________________________________________________________7.Theanimalhardlymakesanymovementwhenitisinitshibernatingstate.(冬眠狀態(tài))_______________________________________________________________________________8.Hewassofrightenedthathedidn’tdaretomoveaninch._______________________________________________________________________________9.Weseldomhearherreadingaloudbecausesheistooshy._______________________________________________________________________________10.Hedidn’tknowwhattheGreatWallwaslikeuntilhevisitedBeijing._______________________________________________________________________________11.Lighttravelssofastthatitisdifficulttoimagineitsspeed._______________________________________________________________________________12.Theserviceinthatrestaurantwassopoorthatwewouldnolongereatthere._______________________________________________________________________________13.AmannamedJacksonlivedinthenexthouse._______________________________________________________________________________14.Atigerrushedoutfromamongthebushes._______________________________________________________________________________II單項填空1.
