塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)3D3DTOWERGUANGZHOUGUANGZHOUCHAMBEROFSKIDMORE,OWINGS&MERRILLASK-結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)描述STRUCTURALSYSTEMDESCRIPTION廣州廣商結(jié)構(gòu)高度320米,共60層,建筑冠頂高度360米。其結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的側(cè)向設(shè)計受控于作用以及風(fēng)效應(yīng)的共同作用。由于建筑布置的需要,建筑筒被布置在塔樓平面的西側(cè)。為最小化塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度偏心以及偏置筒所產(chǎn)生的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng),筒采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)重力框架以減少結(jié)構(gòu)自重及剛度。筒鄰近辦公區(qū)域的交界面采用具有優(yōu)良抗震延性的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)偏心支撐框架。機電管道可從偏心支撐的耗能梁下通過,從而較好的解決了與機電的協(xié)調(diào)。塔樓的北側(cè),東側(cè)及南側(cè),采用巨型框架,共8根巨柱布置在辦公區(qū)的四個角,沿塔樓高度有6道帶狀桁架與巨柱一起形成巨型框架的體系。周邊的普通框架柱在地面層以上25米處被巨型框架轉(zhuǎn)換,從而在地面層的三個邊上形成一個36米大跨度的無柱空間。另外,在塔樓的北/東/南立面上布置有巨型斜支撐以增強這三個面的側(cè)向剛度。巨型斜撐與普通框架和帶狀桁架不在同一個面內(nèi),從而避免了重力荷載直接傳遞到巨型斜撐中。位于角部兩個巨柱之間的鋼梁在作用下將形成類似于偏心支撐耗能梁的“保險絲”的作用。結(jié)構(gòu)巨柱間的抗彎框架采用鋼梁及鋼柱,角部巨柱采用混凝土柱,其在地震作用下有良好的延性,其較高的剛度也有利于提高塔樓整體結(jié)構(gòu)效率。樓板系統(tǒng)采用鋼梁加閉口式壓型鋼板組合樓板。如樓面為閉口式壓型鋼板組合樓板,無需額外處理即可提供合適的耐火時間。壓型鋼板的厚度以及跨度將在設(shè)計中進行選擇,以便施工時不需臨時支撐。
