Beforetheresearchdesign,theresearchersneedtoknowdifferentaspectsoftheinformation,whichpartsofthequestionnaireinvestigationismusttoget,soitwillbebettertoexplaintheresearchproblems,andrealizetheinvestigationpurposeandtargets.Forthisstep,researchstaffshouldlistalltheinvestigationitems.(2)ascertainthekindofquestionnairesurveysWhenwehavedecidedwhichkindofquestionnairesurveywillbeusedintheresearch,weshouldalsodeterminetheresearchquestions、subject、time、range、wording、analysismethodetc.(3)pretestandreviseBeforeimplementationofthetest,theresearchersshouldchoicesomesamplingtobepretested,discusseveryproblemsintheactualenvironmentinordertofindthelackofthedesign.Suchas:whetherthetesthavecontainedallresearchtopic,whetheritismisleading,whetherthesemanticstructureclearornot,whetherpeoplegraspthekeypoints,etc,andthencorrectitreasonably.(4)implementationAfterreviseandexamination,thetestwillbefinalized,copy,andthentheresearchersimplementtheinvestigationformally.4、Principles:Someprinciplesof

Avoidambiguouswords,like“recently”,thismeanswithinamonth、twoweeks、oneweekorthesedays.Wecandescribeitclearlyandpayattentionthedetailsinthequestion.(3)avoidbiasedandorientedquestions

Avoidthequestionslike“highchargeoftheCMCCfee(中國移動)”.PeopletendstothinkthetelephonechargeofCMCCishighthoughitsfeeislow.Wecanchangelikethefollowings:DoyouthinkthetelephonechargeofCMCCisreasonable?(4)avoidthebothwayquestions
