一、指導(dǎo)思想
?
本考試大綱規(guī)定通過(guò)教學(xué)使學(xué)生具有較好的用英語(yǔ)獲取信息的能力和一定的用英語(yǔ)傳遞信息的能力。這就規(guī)定考生具有較強(qiáng)的閱讀理解能力,一定的口語(yǔ)交際能力和語(yǔ)篇信息解決能力,同時(shí)也必須具有一定的英譯漢能力和寫(xiě)作能力。本考試旨在測(cè)試考生是否達(dá)成大綱所規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定和具有大綱所規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。
二、評(píng)價(jià)目的
本考試重點(diǎn)考察考生的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)交際、閱讀、語(yǔ)篇完形解決、英譯漢和寫(xiě)作等技能(由于技術(shù)上的因素,本考試暫時(shí)取消聽(tīng)力測(cè)試,口語(yǔ)交際技能的測(cè)試采用書(shū)面形式進(jìn)行??忌?tīng)力能力的測(cè)試由各院校在考生學(xué)習(xí)期間進(jìn)行)??忌鷳?yīng)在詞匯知識(shí)、語(yǔ)法知識(shí)、口語(yǔ)交際能力、閱讀理解能力、語(yǔ)篇完形解決能力、英譯漢能力和寫(xiě)作能力等方面分別達(dá)成以下規(guī)定:
(一)詞匯
掌握約6
000個(gè)英語(yǔ)詞匯和約700個(gè)常用詞組。對(duì)6
000個(gè)詞匯中的2
800個(gè)左右的積極詞匯規(guī)定純熟掌握,即能在口語(yǔ)交際和寫(xiě)作中準(zhǔn)確地運(yùn)用;其余詞匯則規(guī)定能在閱讀、語(yǔ)篇完形解決和英譯漢等過(guò)程中辨認(rèn)和理解。

(二)語(yǔ)法
掌握英語(yǔ)的基本語(yǔ)法知識(shí)、常用句型和結(jié)構(gòu),能對(duì)的理解包含這些知識(shí)、句型和結(jié)構(gòu)的句子和語(yǔ)篇。

(三)口語(yǔ)交際
?
能用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行平??谡Z(yǔ)交流。對(duì)于生活、學(xué)習(xí)和工作中的常見(jiàn)英語(yǔ)交流,能理解交流情景、說(shuō)話人的意圖和會(huì)話的含義,并能運(yùn)用相應(yīng)的知識(shí)和判斷進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)慕涣?。能?duì)的理解英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)中常見(jiàn)的習(xí)慣用法。

(四)閱讀
?
能綜合運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和閱讀技能讀懂一般性題材的文章、廣告等應(yīng)用性文本和博客及跟帖等互動(dòng)形式的閱讀材料。規(guī)定能抓住大
意,讀懂細(xì)節(jié),能理解上下文的邏輯關(guān)系,并能領(lǐng)略和分辨作者或話語(yǔ)參與各方的重要意圖和態(tài)度及其異同等。
(五)語(yǔ)篇完形解決
在理解閱讀材料的基礎(chǔ)上能綜合運(yùn)用詞匯、語(yǔ)法、搭配、語(yǔ)段、篇章邏輯等方面的知識(shí)和上下文等對(duì)語(yǔ)篇各層次的信息進(jìn)行對(duì)的判斷和完型解決。
(六)英譯漢

能在不借助詞典的情況下,把一般性題材的文章及科普文章中的段落從英語(yǔ)譯成漢語(yǔ),能準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)原文的意思,語(yǔ)句通順,用詞基本對(duì)的,無(wú)重大語(yǔ)言錯(cuò)誤。
(七)寫(xiě)作
具有用書(shū)面英語(yǔ)表達(dá)思想和見(jiàn)解的基本能力。所寫(xiě)文章應(yīng)切合主題,能對(duì)的表達(dá)思想,意義連貫,無(wú)重大語(yǔ)言錯(cuò)誤。
三、題型、題量、分值及參考答題時(shí)間
本考試所制定的試卷共有七個(gè)部分,涉及口語(yǔ)交際、詞匯、閱讀理解、完形填空、短文完畢、英譯漢和寫(xiě)作。卷面滿分為100分,考試時(shí)間共計(jì)150分鐘。

第一部分
口語(yǔ)交際

本部分共設(shè)10題,每題1分,考試時(shí)間為15分鐘。本部分涉及
A、B兩節(jié),A節(jié)為完畢對(duì)話,B節(jié)為完畢訪談或問(wèn)答等。在每段對(duì)話、訪談或問(wèn)答等口語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)寫(xiě)材料中設(shè)立3—4個(gè)空白,并在材料前給出同等數(shù)量的出自材料自身的備選答案。規(guī)定考生從備選答案中為每個(gè)空白選出一個(gè)最佳答案,使轉(zhuǎn)寫(xiě)材料完整。
第二部分
詞匯

本部分共設(shè)10題,每題1分,考試時(shí)間為10分鐘。本部分設(shè)選擇替換和選擇填空兩種題型,每次考試只采用其中一種。選擇替換規(guī)定考生根據(jù)句意對(duì)句中帶下畫(huà)線的一個(gè)詞或詞組進(jìn)行替換選擇,即從所給的4個(gè)備選答案中選出一個(gè)最佳替換詞或詞組。選擇填空規(guī)定考生根據(jù)句意對(duì)句中的一個(gè)空白進(jìn)行填空選擇,即從所給的4個(gè)備選答案中選出最佳答案并填人空白處,使句子完整。
第三部分
閱讀理解

本部分共設(shè)25題,每題1分,考試時(shí)間為45分鐘。本部分涉及
?A、B兩節(jié),A節(jié)為段落閱讀,B節(jié)的閱讀形式可以是博客與跟帖或相關(guān)短文閱讀、短文主題快湊、廣告瀏覽等。A節(jié)規(guī)定考生在對(duì)閱讀材料理解的基礎(chǔ)上從所給的4個(gè)備選答案中選出一個(gè)最佳答案。B節(jié)除了四選一以外,還可以在幾份閱讀材料的相應(yīng)位置設(shè)立若干個(gè)空白,同時(shí)在它們前面提供同等數(shù)量的備選答案,規(guī)定考生根據(jù)考題指令從備選答案中為每個(gè)空白選出一個(gè)最佳答案。
第四部分
完形填空
本部分共設(shè)10題,每題1分,考試時(shí)間為10分鐘。本部分在一篇難度適中的短文中設(shè)立10個(gè)空白,每個(gè)空白給出4個(gè)備選答案,規(guī)定考生從所給備選答案中選出一個(gè)最佳答案,使短文完整。
第五部分
短文完畢

本部分共設(shè)20題,每題1分,考試時(shí)間為20分鐘。本部分共有3篇短文,每篇短文自身有3—4個(gè)空白。同時(shí),每篇短文前面又設(shè)有3—4個(gè)帶有1個(gè)空白的語(yǔ)言段。這些語(yǔ)言段前設(shè)有方框,其中為每個(gè)語(yǔ)言段的空白提供了相應(yīng)的備選答案。短文和語(yǔ)言段共設(shè)立20個(gè)空白。本部分規(guī)定考生在理解短文和語(yǔ)言段的基礎(chǔ)上完畢兩項(xiàng)任務(wù):一是從語(yǔ)言段前面的方框中所設(shè)的備選答案中選出一個(gè)最佳答案分別填人各個(gè)語(yǔ)言段的空白處,使相應(yīng)的語(yǔ)言段完整;二是從短文前的3—4個(gè)語(yǔ)言段選項(xiàng)中選出一個(gè)最佳答案分別填人短文的相應(yīng)空白處。兩項(xiàng)任務(wù)完畢后應(yīng)當(dāng)使短文完整。
第六部分
英譯漢
本部分規(guī)定考生把一段100詞左右的英語(yǔ)短文翻譯成漢語(yǔ),共10分,考試時(shí)間為20分鐘。規(guī)定譯文意思準(zhǔn)確,文字通順。

第七部分
寫(xiě)作

本部分規(guī)定考生在規(guī)定期間內(nèi),按照話題和提綱的規(guī)定用英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)出一篇不少于150詞的短文,共15分,考試時(shí)間為30分鐘。本部分的考試形式還可以是看圖作文、描述圖表或根據(jù)一篇所給的文章寫(xiě)出內(nèi)容提綱或讀后感等。四、題型、題量、記分及參考答題時(shí)間一覽表
