艾博爾研發(fā)部2015年7月鋰電池分類鋰金屬原電池與鋰離子電池區(qū)別鋰電池反應(yīng)機理圖示鋰金屬原電池結(jié)構(gòu)與性能工藝流程說明相關(guān)認(rèn)證目錄鋰電池定義：是一類由鋰金屬或鋰合金為正負極材料，使用非水電解質(zhì)溶液的電池。鋰電池大致可分為兩類：鋰金屬原電池：含有金屬態(tài)的鋰，將化學(xué)能轉(zhuǎn)換為電能，化學(xué)反應(yīng)不可逆轉(zhuǎn)，不可充電。一般使用二氧化錳作為正極材料，金屬鋰為負極材料，使用非水電解質(zhì)溶液的電池總反應(yīng)：Li+MnO2=LiMnO2鋰離子電池：不含有金屬態(tài)的鋰，并且是可以充電的。一般使用鋰合金金屬氧化物為正極材料（如磷酸鐵鋰/鈷酸鋰/錳酸鋰等），石墨為負極材料，使用非水電解質(zhì)的電池總反應(yīng)：LiCoO2+6C=Li(1-x)CoO2+LixC6充放電反應(yīng)機理為鋰離子在正負極材料之間的嵌入和脫嵌鋰電池分類鋰離子電池具有以下優(yōu)點：電壓高，單體電池的工作電壓高達3.6-3.9V，是Ni-Cd、Ni-H電池的3倍比能量大，目前能達到的實際比能量為100-145mAh/g（2倍于Ni-Cd，1.5倍于Ni-MH）循環(huán)壽命長,一般均可達到500次以上,甚至1000次以上.安全性能好,無公害,無記憶效應(yīng)可快速充放電，1C充電是容量可以達到標(biāo)稱容量的80%以上。工作溫度范圍高，工作溫度為-25~55°C。鋰離子電池也存在著一定的缺點，如：電池成本較高。主要表現(xiàn)在正極材料LiCoO2的價格高（Co的資源較少），電解質(zhì)體系提純困難。大電流放電困難。由于有機電解質(zhì)體系等原因，電池內(nèi)阻相對其他類電池大。故要求較小的放電電流密度，一般放電電流在0.5C以下，適合于中小電流的電器使用。需要保護線路控制。鋰電池分類鋰金屬原電池具有以下優(yōu)點：比能量較鋰離子電池高，比能量達200-400mAh/g，單體工作電壓2.8-3.2V或3.2-3.4v，性能穩(wěn)定，自放電小，可大電流放電貯存壽命長，室溫下可以貯存10年以上使用溫度范圍廣，一般為-20~60度和-55~85°C高安全性，高可靠性，放電電壓平穩(wěn)，無公害鋰二氧化錳是比較常用的一款鋰金屬原電池，其正極活性物質(zhì)二氧化錳采用電解二氧化錳，是鋰電池正極活性物質(zhì)中比較價廉的一種，可以大量推廣使用。鋰電池分類鋰電池分類種類鋰金屬原電池鋰離子電池鋰錳電池鋰亞電池鈷酸鋰磷酸鐵鋰電壓（V）3v3.6v3.7v3.3v比能量（mAh/g）200400140100自放電率/年<2%<1%循環(huán)500~1000次循環(huán)800~2000次保存時間5-10年10-15年3-5年，但3個月需進行充放電7-8年，但3個月需進行充放電適用溫度-20~60度-55~85度充電0~55度放電-20~60度充電0~55度放電-20~60度放電電流中小小大脈沖放電強弱弱強價格中中非常高高應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域安防，RFID,電子產(chǎn)品智能儀表，軍用，汽車電子小型便攜電子設(shè)備電源大型電動車，電動工具，UPS及應(yīng)急燈MechanismforreactionofLi-ionBattery以鈷酸鋰正極材料為例，反應(yīng)如下：充電時:正極LiCoO2→Li(1-X)CoO2+XLi++Xe-；負極6C+XLi++Xe-→LixC6放電時:正極Li(1-X)CoO2+XLi++Xe-→LiCoO2；負極LixC6→6C+XLi++Xe-總反應(yīng):LiCoO2+6C→Li(1-x)CoO2+LiXC6MechanismforreactionofLi-MnO2BatteryOpencircuitLiMnO2CurrentCollectorAnodeCathodeSeparator/electolyteClosedcircuitLiMnO2CurrentCollectorAnodeCathodeSeparator/electolyte負極反應(yīng):Li→Li++e正極反應(yīng):MnO2+Li++e→MnO2(Li+)總反應(yīng):Li+MnO2→MnO2(Li+)Li+e-solidelectrolyteinterfaceCRbatteryKeyfeature①Hidischargeplatform:Above2.0whenusing②Lowself-discharge：yearlyself-dischare<2%（RT).③PassedUL
