四、關(guān)于修改雅思成果單寄送地址

2.在報(bào)名截止日期后，考生在筆試后5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)準(zhǔn)時(shí)聯(lián)系雅思索試全國(guó)考后服務(wù)熱線，提交修改申請(qǐng)，并供應(yīng)申請(qǐng)材料。申請(qǐng)材料包括：身份證復(fù)印件、姓名、考號(hào)、考試日期、考試地點(diǎn)、新的寄送地址、郵編和聯(lián)系電話。

五、額外成果單寄送申請(qǐng)流程

你可以在雅思官網(wǎng)上登錄再申請(qǐng)額外成果單寄送，然后在申請(qǐng)頁(yè)面上選擇你的考試時(shí)間、院校名稱和所在國(guó)家，除了你的聯(lián)系電話、郵箱、院校的收件部門(mén)和聯(lián)系電話外，其他的信息都會(huì)自動(dòng)生成。
