Task3.2.2DeterminationofflashpointandignitionpointofopencupI.StandardfortestmethodsGB/T267－1988“Petroleumproducts--determinationofflashandfirepoints--Opencup”GB/T3536-2008"Petroleumproducts-Determinationofflashandfirepoints-Clevelandopencupmethod"Thisstandardappliestothedeterminationoflubricantsanddarkpetroleumproducts.II.ScopeofapplicationMainInstruments:opencupflashpointtester,Thermometer.III.TestPrinciplesandInstrumentsInsertthesampleintotheinnercrucibletothespecifiedcutline.Arapidriseinthetemperatureofasample.Whenapproachingtheflashpoint,slowtemperaturerisingatconstantspeed,ataspecifiedtemperatureinterval,useasmalligniterflametopassthroughthesamplesurfaceasrequired,sothatthelowesttemperatureatwhichthesteamonthesamplesurfaceflashesistakenastheflashpointoftheopencupmethod,flashpointasopencup,continuetoheatup,untilthesampleisignitedbyaigniterflame,minimumburningtemperatureofatleast5s,burningpointasopencupmethodFigure3-14PCK208intelligentopenflashpointtesterPutthesampleinthecrucibledischargefurnace,installthethermometerasrequired,adjusttheflamesizeoftheigniterto3~4mm,distancesampleliquidlevel10-14mm.flashpoint:Temperatureatwhichtheblueflamefirstappearsabovethesampleliquidlevelignitionpoint:Afterflashpoint,continuetotemperatureriseat(4±1)℃/minspeed,2℃perrise,whenthesamplecomesintocontactwiththeflame,thetemperaturecanbeusedastheignitionpointwhenthefirecanburncontinuouslyatleast5sProgressiveriseofsampletemperature,whenthesampletemperaturereaches60℃beforetheflashpoint,adjustheatingspeed,whenthesampletemperaturereaches40℃beforetheflashpoint,adjustedheatingrateis(4±1)℃/minWhenthesampletemperaturereaches10℃beforetheflashpoint,followtheflameoftheigniteralongthehorizontalsurfaceoftheinnerdiameterofthecrucible,moveinastraightlinemovefromonesideofthecrucibletotheotherin2-3s,thesampleisignitedat2℃perrise.TestingStepRemarksItemsSamplewatercontentWhenthewatercontentofthesampleisgreaterthan0.1%,thewatermustbedehydratedbeforetheflashpointdetermination.EnvironmentTimetodeterminetheflashpoint,toclosedoorsandwindows,avoidenvironmentalairfluctuationstoomuch,lossofsteamovercrucible,highflashpointdeterminationSampleloadingForthesamplewithflashpointlessthan210,thesampleismountedtotheupperlineofthecrucible.Forsamplesabovetheflashpointof>210℃,thesampleismountedtothebottomofthecrucibleAtmosphericpressureWhenatmosphericpressureisbelow99.3Kpa,usethefollowingformulatocorrectflashpointandburnpointvaluest0=t+7.5(0.0015t+0.028)(101.3-p)Safetyisnosmallmatter,theresponsibilityisgreaterthanthedayEnhancetheawarenessofsafetyprotection,StartwithmeVI.OriginalRecordsandDataProcessingOriginalRecords:Beforethetestbegins,weshouldfirstfillouttheheaderpartoftherecordsheet,andthetestdatapartshouldbefilledinintimewiththetestprogress,anditisnotallowedtofillinafterthetestends.AcquisitionBasedontheexperimentaldataandtheequationt
