NoticeforDesigningBatteryPack（電池外殼設(shè)計注意事項）Packtoughness（外殼堅韌度）BatterypackshouldhavesufficientstrengthandtheLIPcellinsideshouldbeprotectedfrommechanicalshocks.電池外殼應(yīng)該有足夠的機械強度使聚合物電池免受機械撞擊。Cellfixing（電池的固定）TheLIPcellshouldbefixedtothebatterypackbyitslargesurfacearea.Nocellmovementinthebatterypackshouldbeallowed.電池最大面積的一面應(yīng)該固定在外殼上，安裝后電池不能有松動。Insidedesign（外殼內(nèi)部設(shè)計）NosharpedgecomponentsshouldbeinsidesthepackcontainingtheLIPcell.外殼內(nèi)安裝電池的部位不應(yīng)有鋒銳邊。Tabconnection（極片連接）UltrasonicweldingorspotweldingisrecommendedforLIPtabconnectionmethod.BatterypackshouldbedesignedthatshearforcearenotappliedtotheLIPtabs.IfapplymanualsoldermethodtoconnecttabwithPCM,belownoticeisveryimportanttoensurebatteryperformance:ThesolderironshouldbetemperaturecontrolledandESDsafe;Solderingtemperatureshouldnotexceed350°C;Solderingtimeshouldnotbelongerthan3s;Solderingtimesshouldnotexceed5times,Keepbatterytabcolddownbeforenexttimesoldering;Directlyheatcellbodyisstrictlyprohibited,Batterymaybedamagedbyheataboveapprox.100°C建議使用超聲波或點焊焊接方法；外殼設(shè)計應(yīng)使極片不受外力。如果使用人工焊接保護板，下面的注意事項對于確保電池性能非常重要：焊接銘鐵的溫度必須可控且可防靜電；焊接時鉻鐵的溫度不能超過350℃；焊錫時間不能超過3秒鐘；焊錫次數(shù)不能超過5次，待極片冷卻后才能進行下一次焊錫；嚴禁直接加熱電芯，高于100℃度會損害電芯。Page10of16
