本文提出了一種基于雙目視覺(jué)的電連接器自動(dòng)搪錫系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)利用雙目視覺(jué)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)搪錫過(guò)程,并在過(guò)程中實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)連接器的位置和姿態(tài),使自動(dòng)搪錫過(guò)程更加精準(zhǔn)和高效。

本系統(tǒng)包括雙目視覺(jué)采集系統(tǒng)、圖像處理模塊、機(jī)器人搪錫系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)等部分。首先,采集雙目視覺(jué)圖像并通過(guò)圖像處理模塊進(jìn)行圖像識(shí)別和關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)匹配,得到連接器的位置和姿態(tài)信息。然后,傳遞這些信息到機(jī)器人搪錫系統(tǒng),使其自動(dòng)進(jìn)行搪錫操作。最后,通過(guò)控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的控制和監(jiān)控。

Abstract:

Thispaperpresentsaresearchanddesignonautomatictinningsystemforelectricconnectorsbasedonbinocularvisiontechnology.Thesystemusesbinocularvisiontechnologytoachieveautomatictinningprocess,andreal-timedetectsthepositionandpostureoftheconnector,makingtheautomatictinningprocessmoreaccurateandefficient.

Thissystemincludesbinocularvisionacquisitionsystem,imageprocessingmodule,robottinningsystem,controlsystemandotherparts.Firstly,binocularvisionimagesarecollectedandimagerecognitionandkeypointmatchingareperformedthroughtheimageprocessingmoduletoobtainthepositionandpostureinformationoftheconnector.Secondly,theinformationistransmittedtotherobottinningsystemforautomatictinningoperation.Finally,thecontrolsystemisusedtocontrolandmonitortheentiresystem.

Experimentsshowthatthissystemhashightinningaccuracyandstability,andcanachieveautomatictinningofdifferentconnectors,providinganewsolutionfortheelectronicmanufacturingindustry.
