針刺結(jié)合耳穴割治治療濕熱浸淫型亞急性濕疹的臨床療效觀察

針刺結(jié)合耳穴割治治療濕熱浸淫型亞急性濕疹的臨床療效觀察摘要：目的：研究針刺結(jié)合耳穴割治療濕熱浸淫型亞急性濕疹的臨床療效。

方法：選取從2019年10月至2021年10月在我院就診的濕疹患者60例，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組，治療組和對(duì)照組各30例。治療組采用針刺結(jié)合耳穴割治療，對(duì)照組采用口服抗過(guò)敏及抗炎藥物治療。采用皮損面積、臨床癥狀、自我感覺(jué)以及生活質(zhì)量等4個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)患者進(jìn)行療效分析，并對(duì)兩組患者進(jìn)行比較研究。

結(jié)果：治療組患者皮損面積顯著縮小，臨床癥狀明顯改善，自我感覺(jué)得到了較好的提高，良好的生活質(zhì)量得以恢復(fù)；對(duì)照組患者治療效果欠佳，皮損面積及臨床癥狀均較治療組略有惡化，生活質(zhì)量得不到有效改善。

結(jié)論：針刺結(jié)合耳穴割治療濕熱浸淫型亞急性濕疹具有顯著的療效，且不良反應(yīng)較少。是一種有效的非手術(shù)治療方法。同時(shí)，針對(duì)本方法的不足之處，可以進(jìn)一步完善其操作技巧，提高其應(yīng)用效果。

Abstract:Objective:Tostudytheclinicalefficacyofacupuncturecombinedwithearpointcuttingforthetreatmentofdamp-heatimmersionsubacuteeczema.

Methods:SixtypatientswitheczemawhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromOctober2019toOctober2021wereselectedanddividedintotwogroupsbyrandomnumbertablemethod,30casesinthetreatmentgroupand30casesinthecontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithacupuncturecombinedwithearpointcutting,andthecontrolgroupwastreatedwithoralanti-allergicandanti-inflammatorydrugs.Fourindicators,suchasskinlesionarea,clinicalsymptoms,self-feeling,andqualityoflife,wereusedtoanalyzetheefficacyofpatients,andthetwogroupsofpatientswerecomparedandstudied.

Results:Theskinlesionareaofpatientsinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyreduced,clinicalsymptomsweresignificantlyimproved,self-feelingwassignificantlyimproved,andthequalityoflifewasrestored.Thetreatmenteffectofpatientsinthecontrolgroupwaspoor,andtheskinlesionareaandclinicalsymptomswereslightlyworsethanthoseinthetreatmentgroup,andthequalityoflifewasnoteffectivelyimproved.
