摘要:建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個(gè)朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),其重要性不言而喻。建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的成熟度是制約建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素,因此,本論文利用文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等多種研究方法,對(duì)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈成熟度進(jìn)行了深入探討。本文首先介紹了建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的相關(guān)概念及其研究現(xiàn)狀,隨后針對(duì)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈成熟度測(cè)度的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了分析,提出了具體的測(cè)度指標(biāo),并且利用實(shí)證研究的方法驗(yàn)證了該指標(biāo)的有效性。最后,本文對(duì)影響建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈成熟度的因素進(jìn)行了綜合分析,主要包括政策環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)需求、科技創(chuàng)新、資本運(yùn)作、人才培養(yǎng)等方面。研究結(jié)果表明,建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈成熟度測(cè)度與影響因素是相互聯(lián)系、相互作用的,而且政策環(huán)境是影響建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈成熟度的最重要的因素。因此,政府和企業(yè)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)相關(guān)政策制定和市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié),同時(shí)注重人才培養(yǎng)和科技創(chuàng)新,才能不斷提升建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的成熟度,推動(dòng)建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。

Abstract:Theconstructionindustryisapromisingindustry,theimportanceofwhichisself-evident.Thematurityoftheconstructionindustrychainisanimportantfactorthatrestrictsthedevelopmentoftheindustry.Therefore,thispaperusesvariousresearchmethodssuchasliteraturereview,expertinterviews,andquestionnairesurveystoexplorethematurityoftheconstructionindustrychain.First,thispaperintroducestherelevantconceptsandresearchstatusoftheconstructionindustrychain,andthenanalyzesthetheoreticalbasisformeasuringthematurityoftheconstructionindustrychain.Weproposespecificmeasurementindicatorsandverifytheeffectivenessoftheindicatorsusingempiricalresearchmethods.Finally,thispaperconductsacomprehensiveanalysisofthefactorsthataffectthematurityoftheconstructionindustrychain,mainlyincludingpolicyenvironment,marketdemand,technologicalinnovation,capitaloperation,talenttrainingandsoon.Theresearchresultsshowthatthemeasurementofthematurityoftheconstructionindustrychainanditsinfluencingfactorsareinterrelatedandinteractwitheachother.Thepolicyenvironmentisthemostimportantfactorthataffectsthematurityoftheconstructionindustrychain.Therefore,governmentsandenterprisesshouldstrengthenpolicydevelopmentandmarketregulationandfocusontalenttrainingandtechnologicalinnovationtocontinuouslyimprovethematurityoftheconstructionindustryChainandpromotethelong-termandsteadydevelopmentoftheconstructionindustry.
