舞蹈創(chuàng)作中“言己”的外延性摘要:本文主要探討舞蹈創(chuàng)作中“言己”的外延性。通過對(duì)“言己”的定義、內(nèi)涵、特征及表現(xiàn)形式的解析,發(fā)現(xiàn)“言己”的外延性體現(xiàn)在創(chuàng)作者對(duì)個(gè)體經(jīng)驗(yàn)的表達(dá)、對(duì)社會(huì)語境的關(guān)注,以及對(duì)互動(dòng)與互動(dòng)者的呈現(xiàn)等方面。具體而言,本文在理論層面提出了“言己”是一種語言體驗(yàn),并以“身體、動(dòng)作、情緒、音樂、場(chǎng)景”五個(gè)要素切入,從而深入分析了“言己”的具體運(yùn)用。在實(shí)踐層面,本文通過實(shí)證分析了近年來國(guó)內(nèi)外舞蹈作品中“言己”的外延性表現(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)它不僅具有時(shí)代響應(yīng)力,還能夠讓觀眾感受到更為真實(shí)、深刻的情感體驗(yàn)。最后,本文提出了進(jìn)一步研究啟示,即關(guān)注創(chuàng)作者的體驗(yàn),以及接受者的接收方式,拓展“言己”的外延性,促進(jìn)舞蹈創(chuàng)作的多元化發(fā)展。

Abstract:Thispapermainlyexplorestheextensionof"self-expression"indancecreation.Byanalyzingthedefinition,connotation,characteristicsandexpressionformsof"self-expression",itisfoundthattheextensionof"self-expression"indancecreationisreflectedintheexpressionofindividualexperience,theattentiontosocialcontext,andthepresentationofinteractionandinteractorsbycreators.Specifically,inthetheoreticallevel,thispaperproposesthat"self-expression"isakindoflanguageexperience,andcutsintothefiveelementsof"body,action,emotion,music,andscene"toanalyzethespecificapplicationof"self-expression"indepth.Atthepracticallevel,thispaperempiricallyanalyzestheextensionof"self-expression"indomesticandforeigndanceworksinrecentyears,andfindsthatitnotonlyhasaresponsivenesstothetimes,butalsocanmaketheaudiencefeelmoretrueandprofoundemotionalexperience.Finally,thispaperputsforwardthefurtherresearchenlightenment,thatis,topayattentiontotheexperienceofcreators,thewayofreceptionofrecipients,andtoexpandtheextensionof"self-expression"topromotethediversifieddevelopmentofdancecreation.

Theextensionof"self-expression"indancecreationhasproventobeeffectiveinreachingaudiencesandcreatingprofoundemotionalexperiences.Dancerswhoareabletoexpressthemselvesthroughtheirmovementscancreateadeeperconnectionwiththeaudience,bringingthemonajourneythatinvokesemotionssuchasempathy,excitement,andjoy.Moreover,theextensionof"self-expression"hasbeenfoundtoberesponsivetothetimes,allowingfordancetostayrelevantandengagingtoaudiencesacrossgenerations.
Theideaofthebodybeingtheprimarytoolfor"self-expression"createsauniqueopportunityfordancetoreflectsocietyandthechangesthatareoccurringwithinit.Dancershavetheabilitytoshowcasetheemotionsandideasofsocietybyhighlightingcurrentevents,socialjusticemovementsandculturaltrendsthroughtheirart.Thecombinationofthebodyandsocietalmovementsindancecreationhasthepotentialtodeliverdeeplypowerfulmessagestoaudiences,sparkingconversationsandcallingforchange.
Additionally,theexperienceofcreatorsandthereceptionofrecipientsmustbetakenintoconsiderationwhenexploringtheextensionof"self-expression"indancecreation.Byrecognizingtheexperiencesandemotionsofthedancersduringthecreationprocessandtheemotionalresponsesofaudiencesduringperformances,dancecancontinuetoevolveandbringnewexperiencesforboththecreatorsandtheaudience.
Inconclusion,theextensionof"self-expression"indancecreationhasproventobeapowerfultoolthatcanbringaudiencesclosertoemotionsandtheworldaroundthem.Ascreatorscontinuetoexplorenewwaysofself-expressionandsocietalreflectionsthroughdance,theextensionof"self-expression"cancontinuetodrivethediversifieddevelopmentofdancecreationFurthermore,danceasaformofself-expressioncanalsoserveasameansofhealingandtherapy.Thephysical,emotional,andspiritualaspectsofdancecanfacilitatethereleaseofpentupemotionsandtrauma.Forindividualsstrugglingwithmentalhealthissuessuchasdepression,anxiety,orPTSD,dancecanprovideacreativeoutletforexpressionthatisboththerapeuticandempowering.
Inrecentyears,dancetherapyhasemergedasawidelyacceptedandeffectiveformofalternativetherapy.Byincorporatingmovementandrhythm,dancetherapyhelpsindividualstoconnectwiththeirbodiesandemotionsinasafeandnon-judgmentalenvironment.Throughvariousdancetechniques,suchasimprovisation,mirroring,andcontactimprovisation,individualscanexploretheiremotionsanddevelopagreatersenseofself-awareness.
Moreover,dancecanalsoserveasaplatformforsocialchangeandactivism.Throughvariouschoreographiesandmovements,dancerscanconveyapowerfulmessageandbringattentiontoimportantsocialandculturalissues.Dancestylessuchascontemporary,hip-hop,andstreetdancehavebeenusedtoaddresstopicslikegenderequality,racism,andsocialjustice.
Oneexampleofsocialandculturalactivismthroughdanceisthe"OneBillionRising"movement,whichwasinitiatedbyplaywrightandactivist,EveEnsler.ThemovementaimstoraiseawarenessofviolenceagainstwomenaroundtheworldandiscelebratedannuallyonFebruary14thwithdanceperformances,marches,andrallies.Themovementhasgainedtractionandhasbecomeaglobalphenomenon,withparticipantsfromover200countries.
Inconclusion,dancehasthepotentialtoserveasapowerfultoolforself-expression,healing,andsocialchange.Asdancecontinuestoevolve,itwillbecomeincreasinglyessentialinfacilitatingsocietalconversationsandreflections.Whetheritbeforartisticexpression,therapy,oractivism,danceremainsanintegralpartofourhumanexperienceDanceisnotjustaphysicalactivityoraformofentertainment;itisanartthatcanbuildemotionalandsocialconnections.Dancecanbeapowerfultoolforexpressingoneselfandunderstandingothers,asitpromotesempathyandawareness.Itcanalsobeusedasatherapeutictooltoimprovementalandemotionalhealth.
Dancetherapy,alsoknownasmovementtherapy,isaformofpsychotherapythatusesmovementanddancetoaddresspsychologicalandemotionalissues.Itisanon-verbalformofexpressionthatallowsindividualstoexploreandcommunicatetheiremotionsthroughmovement.Dancetherapyisusedtoimproveself-esteem,bodyimage,andemotionalregulation,aswellasreduceanxiety,depression,andstress.
Inaddition,dancecanbeameansofsocialchangeandactivism.Dancehasbeenusedtoprotestsocialandpoliticalissuessuchasracialinjustice,genderequality,andLGBTQ+rights.Forexample,thevoguingdancecategorywascreatedinthequeerblackcommunityasaformofself-expressionandrebellionagainstsocietalnorms.ThedancestylethenbecameatoolforadvocacyfortheLGBTQ+community,andwasfamouslyseeninMadonna's"Vogue"musicvideo.
Dancecanalsoserveasameansofculturalpreservationandcelebration.Traditionaldancesareoftenpasseddownthroughgenerationsandareusedtomaintainandhonorculturalheritage.Dancecanalsobeusedtocelebrateachievementsandmilestones,suchasgraduationceremonies,weddings,orsportingevents.
