寫建議信

一般而言，建議信屬于半開放性作文，大多要求我們根據所

給的材料給出有針對性的解決辦法或者提出合理建議。寫作時要注意:

一、寫作指導

建議信的結構

建議信一般采取“三段式結構”，通常以firstly,secondly,

thirdly或tobeginwith,then,later等依次陳述建議。

1.首段：表明寫作意圖，陳述事由，簡單介紹自己的觀點，注

意語氣。

2.主體段落：應該首先肯定對方的優(yōu)點，然后再寫需要改進的

地方或針對具體情況提出具體建議或忠告。

3.結尾段：對提出的建議進行總結，要注意表達方式，使對方

容易接受。
