職責描述:

design&development

leadandmanagethecustomernegotiationsregardingthespecificationsoftheproductstobedesignedanddefinethefunctionalspecificationsbasedonthecustomerrequirements,participateinthepresentationsforthedevelopedproductstothecustomer

managethedevelopmentofthedesignconceptsfortheproducts(3dmodels,tolerancecalculations,etc.)

manageandperformthe`functionalreviews`atcertainstagesduringtheprojects(fmea,designconceptrelease,cadconceptetc.)incooperationwiththemanagerr&d,managetheprocessofthefunctionalproductreleaseoftheproductswithintheareaofresponsibility.

patentcheckbeforegate,ensurethatthepatentrightsfornew/existingproductsareprotectedincooperationwiththelegaldepartment

prepareandmaintainthetechnicaldocumentationregardingtheproductswithintherelevantproductgroup

coordinateallengineeringactivitieswiththeproductiondepartmentinordertoensuretheproductbilityofthedesignedproducts

managetheprocessesofproductmodificationinregardstothetechnicalspecificationsduringtheserialproduction

managetechnicalcommunicationwithprototypesuppliers,i.e.material,durability,process,etc.
