登市風(fēng)景(4登市風(fēng)景(4院位于最小的州--羅德島州(RhodeIsland)的首府登市Providence(50,000~249,999人)。登市(Providence)為藝術(shù)家最多的城市,位于東岸,距452009RISDRISD構(gòu),以及舊建筑的改造。羅德島設(shè)計學(xué)院的的室內(nèi)設(shè)計有“理論教學(xué)”和“教學(xué)”相結(jié)合問題都在教學(xué)(InteriorArchitectureStudios)中逐一解決。RISD采用“行為引導(dǎo)型GraduateApplicationsforgraduateadmissionareacceptedbeginninginearlyTheJanuary10graduateapplicationdeadlinefor2015enrollmenthasnowpassed,withdecisionsavailablenolaterthanMarch24.PleasecontacttheAdmissionsOfficeforinformationaboutselectedprogramsthatmayconsiderlateapplicants.StudentswhowillhavecompletedanundergraduateBachelor’sdegreeprogramatanaccreditedcollegeoruniversitybyJune2016areeligibletoapplytothegraduateprogramforadmissionbeginninginthe2016/17academicyear.InternationalstudentscompletingrequirementsforadiplomaratherthanadegreemustsubmitawrittenstatementpreparedbyanappropriateschoolofficialverifyingthatthestatusofthediplomaisequivalenttoaUSbaccalaureatedegree.ITEMSYOU’LLNEEDTOApplicationFormSubmityourRISDapplicationform,andallothercredentials,throughSlideRoom.Theapplicationfeeis$60.IfyouarenotabletouseSlideRoom,pleasecontacttheAdmissionsOfficeatadmissions@or800364-7473.AcademicTranscriptsInitially,youmustprovideunofficialtranscriptsofallundergraduateand/orgraduatestudyindicatingsatisfactorycompletion,orevidenceofanticipatedcompletion,ofanundergraduatedegreeprogramfromanaccreditedcollegeoruniversity.Ifyouareattendingaschoolinanon-English-speakingcountry,youracademiccredentialsmustbetranslatedintoEnglishbyanapprovedtranslator.YoucanuploadyourunofficialtranscriptswithinyourSlideRoomapplication.Enrollingstudentswilllaterberequiredtosubmitofficialtranscripts.SpecialinstructionsforMATprogramapplicantsThestateofRhodeIslandrequiresthatanycandidateapplyingtoapost-baccalaureateteachereducationprograminthestatehasachievedaminimumcumulativeGPAof3.00asanundergraduate.Additionally,RISD’sdepartmentofTeaching+LearninginArt+DesignrequiresthateachcandidateshowevidenceofaminimumcumulativeGPAof3.00inher/hisstudiostudies.AnycandidatewhohasalreadycompletedaMaster’sdegreemustalsoshowevidenceofmeetingthesesamecumulativeGPArequirements.Graduateapplicantsarerequiredtosubmit10–20examplesofvisualwork,withcertainprogramssuggestingmorespecificideasorportfoliorequirements(seebelow).IncludeyourportfolioimageswithinyourSlideRoomSpecificprogramLANDSCAPEARCHITECTURE|AllapplicantstotheMastersofLandscapeArchitecturedegreeprogramsarerequiredtosubmitaportfolioandanadditionalessay.Yourportfolioshouldcontain10individuallyproducedandcarefullychosenimagesofworkthatreflectsyourinterestsinlandscapeandthedisciplineoflandscapearchitecture.ApplicantstotheMLA-1programwhohavenopriordesigntrainingmayincludephotographs,sketches,orwrittenworkthatconveystheirabilitytoobserve,identify,andexplorespatialconditionswithinthelandscape.Allotherapplicantsshouldincludeaselectionofworkthatbestrepresentsthedevelopmentoftheirinterestinthisfieldofstudy.Allworkshouldbelabeledtoindicateifitisacademic,professionaloral.Ifteamprojectsarepresented,yourindividualcontributionmustbeclearlyidentified.Theportfolioshouldincludeaminimalamountoftext.PrepareashortofyourselflingThemostimportantreasonyouaremotivatedtostudylandscapeAtleastonegoalyouhopetoachieveinyourgraduateWhyyouthinkRISDisthebestcetoachieveyourYouareencouragedtobeauthenticandheartfeltinyourresponse.ThisessaywillfunctionasthebeginningofaconversationyouwillcontinuetohaveifyouentertheprogramatRISDanditdoesnothavetobethesameinformationprovidedinyourwrittenessay.Cellphonesareacceptedaswell.umlength:2minutes.MasterofArtsinTeaching|MAT|Yourportfolioshouldconsistof20imagesexhibitingthedepthandbreadthofyourstudioexperience:10imagesshouldrepresentworkthatreflectsyourinvestigationswithinasinglemedium;7imagesshouldrepresentyourconfidenceinhandlingavarietyofmedia;andthreeimagesneedtobesamplesofMasterofArtsinArt+DesignEducation|MA|Submitaportfolioof20imagesthatmostclearlyrepresentyourcreativepracticeasanordesigner.StatementofGraduateapplicantsmustsubmitawrittenstatement(500–750words)outliningtheirinterestandgoalsinpursuinggraduatestudy.Severalprogramssuggestmorespecificideasorwrittenrequirementsasoutlinedbelow.SpecificprogramLANDSCAPEARCHITECTURE|Youressayshoulddescribehowyourinterestinlandscapedeveloped,howtheworkinyourportfolioisindicativeofthatdevelopment,andwhythelandscapearchitectureprogramatRISDseemswellsuitedtoyourgoals.PHOTOGRAPHY|Inadditiontoastatementofpurpose,applicantsshouldsend’sstatementdescribingtheworkincludedintheirportfolio.Inotherwords,’sstatementshouldbeabouttheworksubmitted,whilethestatementofshouldaddresswhyyouareseekingagraduateMasterofArtsinTeaching|MAT|Submitastatementdescribingyourworkasanordesigner.Whatisitabout?Howdoyoufeelyouracademic,studioorworkexperiencepreparesyouforentrytoagraduateteachereducationprogram?Discusshow,inyouropinion,thequalityofaneducator’sicpracticecontributestohigh-qualityartslearningforchildrenandyouth.SincethesignificanceofartseducationinK–12schoolsisnotuniversallyrecognized,pleaseprovideasuccinctargumentforinc
