感染性材料的管理制度InfectiousMaterialManagementSystemThepurposeofthissystemistostrengthensafetyawarenessandpreventtheleakageofpathogenicmicroorganismsandcontaminationofinfectiousspecimens.Thissystemappliestothemanagementofundergraduatebacteria,strains,andothersamplesandcultures.Undertheguidanceandsupervisionofthedepartment'sbiosafetymanagementteam,allstaffmembersareresponsibleforimplementingthissystem.OperatingProcedures:4.1CollectionofInfectiousSpecimens4.1.1Allbloodspecimensmustbecollectedusingvacuumbloodcollectiontubesandnotordinarytesttubes.Thevacuumbloodcollectiontubesmusthavethe"threecertificates."4.1.2Urineandfecalspecimensmustbecollectedincoveredplasticcontainers.4.1.3Otherrequirementsshouldfollowthemanagementproceduresinthe"SpecimenCollectionManagementProcedures."4.2TransportofInfectiousSpecimens4.2.1Workerstransportingspecimensinthewardmustundergotrainingandbeorganizedbythenursingdepartment.4.2.2Allspecimensmustbeplacedincoveredcontainersduringtransport,andthecovermustbeintact.4.2.3High-riskHIVspecimensandbacteriaandstraintransporthavecorrespondingoperatingproceduresdevelopedbytheimmunologyandbacteriologydepartments,respectively.4.3ReceptionofInfectiousSpecimens4.3.1Therecipientshouldobservewhetherthecontainercarryingthespecimenisdamagedorifthespecimenisleakingduringtransport.Ifthecontainerisdamagedorthespecimenisleaking,appropriatedisinfectionmeasuresshouldbetaken,andtheprofessionalleadershouldbeinformed.Record-keepingshouldbedonecarefully,andifnecessary,contactshouldbemadewiththewardnurseinatimelymanner.4.3.2Otherrequirementsforspecimenreceptionareoutlinedinthemanagementproceduresinthe"SpecimenReceiptandManagementProcedures."4.4StorageofInfectiousSpecimens4.4.1Infectiousspecimensmustbestoredinacontrollablestate,andpersonneloutsidethedepartmentcannotaccessthemwithoutpermission.4.4.2Infectiousspecimensmustbestoredaccordingtothestorageperiodspecifiedbytheprofessionalgroup,placeduprightinarefrigeratororothercontainer,andnotinvertedorlaidhorizontally.4.5PreservationofBacteria(Toxins)Strains4.5.1Thepreservationofbacteria(toxins)strainsshouldmeetsafetyandreliabilityrequirementsandensurethenormalpowersupply.4.5.2Adedicatedpersonmustberesponsibleforthemanagementofbacteria(toxins)strains,andtwoormorepersonnelmustbepresentwhentakingandstoringtoxicstrains.4.5.3Theoperationoftherefrigeratorcontainingbacteria(toxins)strainsshouldbeobservedandrecordedregularly,andequipmentmaintenanceshouldbecarriedoutregularlytoensurethenormaloperationoftherefrigeratorandotherequipment.4.6DisposalofInfectiousMaterials4.6.1Disposalshouldfollowthe"SpecimenDisposalManagementProcedures"andthe"MedicalWasteManagementStandardProcedures."4.7HospitalWasteClassification:4.7.1Domesticwaste:Disposablehouseholdandofficesuppliesandotheritemsthathavenotbeencontaminatedbypatientbodyfluids,reagents,ormedications,shouldbeplacedinblackgarbagebags.4.7.2Medicalwaste:Includesfivetypesofinfectiouswaste,pathologicalwaste,sharpwaste,pharmaceuticalwaste,andchemicalwaste,shouldbeplacedinyellowgarbagebags.1.醫(yī)療廢物可以分為不同類型，其中感染性廢物包括被病人血液、體液或排泄物污染的物品，隔離傳染病人或疑似傳染病人產生的生活垃圾，病原體的培養(yǎng)基、標本和菌種和毒種保存液，各種廢棄的醫(yī)學標本，廢棄的血液和血清，以及使用后的一次性醫(yī)療用品與器械。2.病理性廢物包括廢棄的人體組織和器官，醫(yī)學實驗動物的組織和尸體，以及病理切片廢棄的人體組織和病理切片。3.損傷性廢物包括醫(yī)用針頭和縫合針，各類醫(yī)用銳器，以及載玻片、玻璃試管和玻璃瓶等。4.藥物性廢物包括廢棄的一般性藥品，廢棄的細胞毒性藥品和遺傳毒性藥品，以及廢棄的疫苗和血液制品等。5.化學性廢物包括實驗室廢棄的化學試劑，廢棄的過氧乙酸和戊二醛等化學消毒劑，以及廢棄的汞血壓計和汞溫度計。4.7.3在檢驗科工作人員的管理下，醫(yī)療廢物按照上述標準分類放置，由保潔公司派專人收集并登記，專人按照規(guī)定時間和路線運送至醫(yī)療廢物貯存處理站
