499。6.1.2 在條件達(dá)到的情況下,應(yīng)對(duì)盲孔法與其他技術(shù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)行不確定性分析,以確定和量化其測(cè)量不確定度。6.1.3 小尺寸的應(yīng)變花可測(cè)量近表面的殘余應(yīng)力值。6.2應(yīng)力測(cè)量6.2.1將粘貼好電阻應(yīng)變花的特種設(shè)備工件安裝在試驗(yàn)機(jī)上,并將測(cè)量導(dǎo)線接至應(yīng)變儀上調(diào)零。然后進(jìn)行鉆孔,待孔的直徑和深度達(dá)到要求時(shí),記錄其應(yīng)變讀數(shù)。6.2.2 使用鉆孔方法,在不產(chǎn)生明顯的加工應(yīng)力狀況下,整個(gè)孔深范圍內(nèi)測(cè)定的殘余應(yīng)力偏差應(yīng)不超過(guò)±10%。6.2.3保證測(cè)試環(huán)境穩(wěn)定、讀數(shù)精準(zhǔn)、應(yīng)變計(jì)完好。DB43/T
