ThisTeacherInternshipAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoasContract)ismadebyandbetweenSinoInternationalEnglishSchool(hereinafterreferredtoasPartyA)at172HuangshiStreet,HuangshiLibrary,ThirdFloor,HuangshiHarbourDistrict,HuangshiCity,HubeiProvince,China(address)and Mr.FarhanSalimPatel PassportNo.:506902900(HereinafterreferredtoasPartyB)乙方同意根據(jù)甲方的工作需要擔(dān)任非母語英語課程實習(xí)老師（職務(wù)）。

Afterconsultationconductedinaccordancewiththeprinciplesofequalityandvoluntariness,thepartieshaveenteredintothisemploymentcontract:1JobTitleandPartyBagreestotakethepositionasESLInternTeacheraccordingtoPartyA’sneeds.PartyBshallabidebypartyA’srules,regulationsanddisciplines,followPartyA’sinstruction,managementandworkassignment,andfulfillresponsibilitiesrequiredbythepost.Withinthecontractterm,PartyAisentitledtotransferPartyB’sjoblocation&positionaccordingtoPartyA’sneedandPartyB’scompetenceandperformancewhenbothpartieshavecometoanagreement.PartyBisentitledtopresenthis/herdifferentopiniononthetransferofjobpositionthatPartyAshalltakeintoaccountseriously.合同有效期合同于2014年6月23日起生效，至2014年月10甲方自愿雇傭乙方，因乙方具有良好的健康狀非母語英語課程實習(xí)老師方達成一致于此合同條款，并自愿履行合同各自義務(wù)。9點，周六和周日9早上至晚9點，兩班制運乙方每周5個工作日加2個休息日，休息日將不管9am午餐時間：12pm-1pm晚餐時間：4:30pm-乙方每周授課學(xué)時數(shù)為25個小時，一般情況間15小時，每周合計40

TermsofThetermofcontractstartsfrom:PartyAwishestoemployPartyBwhoiseligibletobeanESLInternteacheringoodhealthandwithanappropriateacademicbackgroundandPartyBiswillingtobeemployedbyPartyA.Therefore:ThetwopartiesagreetoenterintothiscontractandpledgetofulfillconscientiouslyallthestipulatedobligationsWorkDaysandPartyA'sbusinesshoursarefrom9amto9pmonworkingdaysand9amto9pmonweekends.Therearetwoshiftsperonweekenddays.PartyBiswillingtoaccepttheworkingday&day-offscheduleintermsofcompany’sbusinessneedsuponagreementbybothparties.PartyBhas5workingdaysand2off-daysperweekintermsofcurriculumschedule.Thenormalweekenddays(Saturday&Sunday)arenotpromisedtobeday-off.IfPartyBwishestotakenormalweekendofforhaveconsecutive2off-days,apriorapprovalisrequiredfromhis/herimmediatesupervisor.PartyB'sworkscheduleisasWorkLunch:12noonto1pmEveningshift:1pmto9pmDinner:4:30pmtoPartyBisrequiredtoexecute25teachinghoursplus15officehoursperweek.Innormalcircumstances,theteachinghoursarenotrecommendedtobemorethan4consecutivehoursincurriculumschedule.Theweeklyworkingtimeistotalizedinto40PartyBisresponsibleforcheckingtheissuedcurriculumscheduleregularlyandconfirmingtheupdatedchangesinadvancetomakesuretheteachingclassstartsontime.工作職責(zé)：

JobTeachEnglishknowledgetononNativeEnglishspeakingstudents.TeachtheassignedSinoInternationalcurriculum.TeachaccordingtotheESA(Engage,Study,Activate)process.Teachagegroupsrangingfrom3toadultsbasedondifferentcurriculumdesignedfordifferentagegroups.Takepartinmarketingactivitiesashost,teacherorcoordinator.Occasionallytakepartinmarketingactivitiesascoordinatorandsupportpersonals.Hostcertainpromotionactivitieswhileassistingintheplanningoftheactivities.Teachmarketingleadopenclassesaswellasinteractwithparentswhenrequired.TeachtheassignedSinoInternationalcurriculumatpartnerschools.Assistpartnerschoolsondifferenttypeoftasks.Communicationbetweendifferentdepartmentsregardingworkrelatedmatters.Workcloselywithmarketingandsalesdepartmentinprovidingclasssupportandsuggestion.Takepartinsalesdepartmentmeetingsandmarketingdepartmentmeetingsinprovidinginformationfromacademicsdepartmentpointofview.Dailycommunicationwithsalesdepartmentondemoclassresultsandfeedbacksonimprovingclasssatisfaction.乙方在實習(xí)間內(nèi)月度工資為RMB7000稅后包含：基本工資RMB6000稅后住房補貼RMB1000普通班：70人民幣/

ItisaconditionofemploymentunderwhateversituationthatPartyBshallnotdisclosetootherpartiesanyspecificinformationwhichisconfidentialorproprietarytoPartyAorofspecificordirectcommercialvaluetoPartyA’sactivities,whichismadeavailabletoPartyBinthecourseofemployment.IntheeventPartyB’semploymentisterminatedregardlessofreason,EmployeeagreesnottodiscloseconfidentialdataorassisttheusageofproprietaryinformationforadirectcompetitorengagedinthesamebusinessinChinaforaperiodoftwoyearsafterterminationofPartyAreservestherighttopublishanddisplay,withPartyB'sconsent,his/herimage,educationandqualificationbackgroundinPartyA'spromotionandmarketingmaterialsandactivities.Intheunlikelyeventofanaturaldisastersuchasearthquake,flood,
