·······················6016.1Generalrequirements·················································6016.2Hydrogengenerationequipment········································6116.3Hydrogengaspipeline··············································6116.4Hydrogenstoragedevices··········································6316.5Startupandadjustmentofhydrogengenerationequipment&storagedevices····6417Projectdocumentstobeprovidedbeforequalityacceptance························66AppendixAFiltermateral·······················································67AppendixBReferencedateforhydrogenpipeinstallation·······················69Explanationofwordinginthiscode···································72Normativestandard···················································73Addition:Explanationofprorisions·············································741總則1.0.1為規(guī)范電力建設(shè)工程水處理及制(供)氫設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的施工技術(shù)管理,規(guī)范水處理及制(供)氫設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的施工、檢驗(yàn)及試運(yùn)的技術(shù)要求,特修訂本部分。1.0.2本部分適用于各類型新建、擴(kuò)建、改建的火力發(fā)電機(jī)組、燃?xì)庹羝?lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組、核電站常規(guī)島及BOP系統(tǒng)、生物質(zhì)能等發(fā)電工程的水處理及制(供)氫設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的施工。1.0.3水處理及制(供)氫設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的施工應(yīng)依據(jù)經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)備制造廠技術(shù)文件,如需修改或變更,應(yīng)由設(shè)計(jì)單位、設(shè)備制造廠出具相應(yīng)的證明文件,辦理相關(guān)的審批手續(xù)。土建工程除滿足本規(guī)范《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第1部分:土建工程》的規(guī)定外,特殊要求按本部分相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。1.0.4水處理及制(供)氫設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的施工應(yīng)按設(shè)備訂貨合同、技術(shù)協(xié)議及制造廠有效技術(shù)文件的要求執(zhí)行,如合同協(xié)議及制造廠無明確要求或要求不全面時(shí),按本部分規(guī)定執(zhí)行。1.0.5水處理及制(供)氫設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的施工除應(yīng)符合本部分外,尚應(yīng)符合國家、行業(yè)現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語2.0.1水的預(yù)處理waterpretreatment為了滿足后續(xù)水處理工藝要求而進(jìn)行的沉淀、混凝、澄清、過濾等處理工藝。2.0.2澄清clarification懸浮的微粒在反應(yīng)池內(nèi)沉降下來,分離出微粒含量很少的水處理過程。2.0.3過濾filtration水通過濾料或?yàn)V膜以除去懸浮微粒的過程。2.0.4超濾ultrafiltration介于微濾與納濾之間的過濾,過濾精度一般在0.01m~0.10m之間,是以一種帶有微孔的高分子濾膜為過濾介質(zhì)的過濾方式,微孔孔徑為0.001μm~0.200μm。其裝置有真空式和壓力式兩種。2.0.5微濾microfiltration介于常規(guī)過濾與超濾之間,過濾精度一般在0.1m~1.0m之間。2.0.6反滲透reverseosmosis在膜的原水一側(cè)施加高于溶液滲透壓的外界壓力,只允許溶液中水和某些組分選擇性透過,其他物質(zhì)不能透過而被截留在膜表面的過程。2.0.7正滲透Forwardosmosis水在滲透壓作用下從化學(xué)勢(shì)高的一側(cè)自發(fā)擴(kuò)散到化學(xué)勢(shì)低的一側(cè)的過程。2.0.8再生水recycledwater污水經(jīng)適當(dāng)處理后,達(dá)到一定的水質(zhì)指標(biāo),滿足某種使用要求,可以進(jìn)行有益使用的水。2.0.9廢水wastewater電廠生產(chǎn)、生活過程中排放的水。2.0.10真空箱嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)Getthetightnesstestwithaboxformingthevacuum利用真空箱裝置對(duì)水箱底板焊縫質(zhì)量進(jìn)行嚴(yán)密性檢查的一種方法。2.0.11低溫多效淡化裝置lowtemperaturemulti-effectdistillationunit(LT-MED)通過降低蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)部壓力來降低水的沸點(diǎn),采用橫管噴淋技術(shù),將一系列的水平管噴淋降膜蒸發(fā)器串聯(lián)布置的蒸餾淡化裝置,其鹽水最高溫度低于70℃。2.0.12除鹽desalination除去水中鹽類的過程。2.0.13電除鹽electrodeionization在電滲析器的淡水室中裝填陰、陽混合離子交換樹脂,將電滲析與離子交換結(jié)合起來,去除水中離子并利用電滲析過程中極化現(xiàn)象對(duì)離子交換樹脂進(jìn)行電化學(xué)再生的方法。2.0.14離子交換ionexchange水中某些陰離子或陽離子通過離子交換材料被另一些離子置換的過程。2.0.15孔網(wǎng)鋼帶塑料復(fù)合管perforated-steelandplasticcompositepipe孔網(wǎng)鋼帶塑料復(fù)合管是以氬弧對(duì)接焊成型的多孔薄鋼管為增強(qiáng)體,外層和內(nèi)層雙面復(fù)合熱塑性塑料的一種復(fù)合管。2.0.16電熔承插式連接electricalfusionbellandspigotconnection利用鑲嵌在承口內(nèi)壁的電熱元件通電后產(chǎn)生的高溫,將插入承口的管材與承口的接觸面熔接成整體的連接方法。2.0.17內(nèi)襯不銹鋼復(fù)合管stainlesssteellinedcompositesteelpipe采用復(fù)合工藝,在焊接鋼管、無縫鋼管等輸送流體的鋼管內(nèi)壁,鑲襯一層不銹鋼內(nèi)襯組成的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)壁鋼管。2.0.18鋼瓶集裝格thebundleofhydrogengascylinders通過專用框架固定,采用集氣管將多只氣體鋼瓶接口并連組合的氣體鋼瓶組單元。2.0.19綠色施工greenconstruction在保證質(zhì)量、安全等基本要求的前提下,通過科學(xué)管理和技術(shù)進(jìn)步,最大限度地節(jié)約資源,減少對(duì)環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能、節(jié)地、節(jié)水、節(jié)材和環(huán)境保護(hù)(“四節(jié)一環(huán)?!保┑氖┕せ顒?dòng)。3基本規(guī)定3.1一般規(guī)定3.1.1本部分規(guī)定了水處理及制(供)氫設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的施工技術(shù)要求,凡涉及機(jī)械安裝、管道施工、焊接施工、監(jiān)測(cè)儀表及程序控制等施工技術(shù),應(yīng)按照國家或行業(yè)相關(guān)的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。3.1.2主要設(shè)備的制造廠家,應(yīng)取得國家、?。ㄗ灾螀^(qū))、直轄市或有關(guān)國家行政監(jiān)督管理部門頒發(fā)的制造許可證。設(shè)備質(zhì)量的驗(yàn)收,應(yīng)按照國家或行業(yè)現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定執(zhí)行,無規(guī)定時(shí),應(yīng)按照合同約定執(zhí)行。3.1.3各類設(shè)備的安裝施工應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件的要求進(jìn)行。如需修改設(shè)計(jì)或采用代用設(shè)備、材料時(shí),應(yīng)經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)單位、監(jiān)理和建設(shè)單位批準(zhǔn)后實(shí)施。3.1.4本部分未包括的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備安裝施工應(yīng)按照合同約定或設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行。國外引進(jìn)的設(shè)備,應(yīng)根據(jù)合同約定或有關(guān)技術(shù)文件制定相應(yīng)的施工技術(shù)措施。3.1.5設(shè)備裝置訂購時(shí)應(yīng)簽訂技術(shù)協(xié)議書,并作為合同的附件,同時(shí)構(gòu)成施工驗(yàn)收的依據(jù)。3.1.6設(shè)備安裝前應(yīng)檢查質(zhì)量報(bào)告,報(bào)告應(yīng)完整且結(jié)論合格。3.1.7液位測(cè)量、就地分析儀表應(yīng)在系統(tǒng)沖洗干凈后安裝,安裝前應(yīng)檢定合格。3.1.8容器的排水管道應(yīng)在溝內(nèi)設(shè)置與排水方向一致的過渡彎。3.1.9加藥間應(yīng)設(shè)有沖洗水系統(tǒng)。3.1.10進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)存、輸送酸、堿等介質(zhì)操作時(shí),必須嚴(yán)格遵守安全操作規(guī)程。3.1.11奧氏體不銹鋼管道及管件的儲(chǔ)存、搬運(yùn)、安裝不應(yīng)與鐵素體材料直接接觸,不銹鋼管道與碳鋼支吊架之間應(yīng)采用不銹鋼皮或其它氯離子含量小于50mg/kg的非金屬墊片隔離。3.1.12超濾、反滲透、電除鹽等裝置的框架安裝質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合GB50205《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》的相關(guān)規(guī)定。3.1.13特種設(shè)備的安裝應(yīng)用應(yīng)履行告知手續(xù)。3.2建筑工程3.2.1設(shè)備安裝就位前,建設(shè)單位或監(jiān)理單位應(yīng)組織安裝、建筑承包商共同對(duì)建筑工程進(jìn)行檢查,并應(yīng)符合下列要求:1設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)的幾何尺寸、位置及標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;2預(yù)埋件及預(yù)留孔洞的尺寸、位置應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;3平底水箱設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)做瀝青砂墊層,其坡向、坡度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求或GB50128《立式圓筒形鋼制焊接儲(chǔ)罐施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》的相關(guān)規(guī)定。3.2.2混凝土構(gòu)筑物應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙驗(yàn)收。有防腐蝕要求的鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)筑物、建筑物應(yīng)按照DL5190.1《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第1部分:土建工程》、GB50212《建筑防腐蝕工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》、GB50224《建筑防腐蝕工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》的規(guī)定進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。3.2.3鋼筋混凝土容器應(yīng)做灌水試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)前管道接口的安裝應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,灌水試驗(yàn)時(shí)間不少于24h,應(yīng)無滲漏。灌水試驗(yàn)合格后方可進(jìn)行設(shè)備及管道的安裝。3.2.4水處理設(shè)備進(jìn)行單體試運(yùn)前,建筑施工應(yīng)完成下列工作:1水處理室內(nèi)外的防腐蝕地面、防腐蝕溝道及中和池、廢液池應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工完畢,并驗(yàn)收合格;排水、排渣溝道暢通無阻;溝蓋板齊全,板面與地面平齊;2水處理室內(nèi)外粉刷、油漆、地面、平臺(tái)、階梯、門窗及照明等應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工完畢;3實(shí)驗(yàn)室上下水、采暖、通風(fēng)、照明、空調(diào)、電源及實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)等設(shè)施應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工完畢;4酸、堿儲(chǔ)存庫的構(gòu)筑物和防腐蝕、通風(fēng)、安全設(shè)施應(yīng)全部施工完畢,驗(yàn)收合格。3.2.5氫氣站設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)調(diào)整試運(yùn)前,建筑及電氣施工應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1氫氣站避雷針、接地網(wǎng)應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工完畢,按規(guī)定驗(yàn)收合格;2氫氣站道路、圍墻及其大門、構(gòu)筑物門窗應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工完畢,按規(guī)定驗(yàn)收合格;3氫氣站內(nèi)上下水、采暖、通風(fēng)、照明和電源應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工完畢,按規(guī)定驗(yàn)收合格;4安全、消防設(shè)施按規(guī)定驗(yàn)收合格,能滿足投用條件,安全警示標(biāo)識(shí)齊全醒目。3.3設(shè)備及材料的檢驗(yàn)與保管3.3.1設(shè)備開箱檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)包括下列內(nèi)容:1裝箱清單、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量證明書、合格證、產(chǎn)品總圖、產(chǎn)品使用說明書等隨機(jī)文件應(yīng)齊全;2產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量證明書應(yīng)包括主要受壓元件材料質(zhì)保書、水壓試驗(yàn)報(bào)告,對(duì)有無損探傷要求的設(shè)備,還應(yīng)有焊縫無損探傷報(bào)告;3按照清單檢查設(shè)備、材料的數(shù)量、規(guī)格、包裝及外觀質(zhì)量,并做好開箱檢驗(yàn)記錄。如發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備或材料有銹蝕、凍裂、變質(zhì)、損壞等缺陷問題,應(yīng)會(huì)同有關(guān)單位共同分析原因,查明責(zé)任,及時(shí)進(jìn)行處理。3.3.2設(shè)備、材料的保管,應(yīng)按照DL/T855《電力基本建設(shè)火電設(shè)備維護(hù)保管規(guī)程》的規(guī)定及產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件的要求進(jìn)行。3.3.3防腐設(shè)備、材料運(yùn)到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后,對(duì)防腐層應(yīng)進(jìn)行外觀檢查和漏電試驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn),并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1襯里材質(zhì)及其厚度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;2防腐層無起浮或空鼓;3用高頻電火花檢測(cè)儀對(duì)全部防腐層進(jìn)行漏電試驗(yàn)檢查,應(yīng)不產(chǎn)生電火花。檢測(cè)時(shí),探頭在任一位置的停留時(shí)間不能過長,行走速度為3m/min~6m/min。其檢驗(yàn)電壓見表3.3.3;表3.3.3防腐層漏電檢驗(yàn)電壓防腐層材料漏電檢驗(yàn)電壓襯膠每毫米厚膠板3kV襯塑負(fù)極接鋼管,正極接襯塑層,最低檢漏電壓按U=7843確定。式中:U-用于檢測(cè)的最低電壓值,Vt-襯塑層厚度,mm玻璃鋼檢驗(yàn)電壓宜為3kV~3.5kV其它檢驗(yàn)電壓符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,設(shè)計(jì)無要求時(shí)可按涂層厚度乘以5V/μm計(jì)算4發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量缺陷,應(yīng)按合同約定進(jìn)行處理;處理后應(yīng)再次檢驗(yàn),合格后方可進(jìn)行安裝;5介質(zhì)為酸、堿的襯膠設(shè)備,如有缺陷,應(yīng)由制造廠家處理。3.3.4水處理使用的專用材料及藥劑運(yùn)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后應(yīng)進(jìn)行抽樣檢驗(yàn),質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合訂貨合同的技術(shù)要求和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定,并應(yīng)分類存放、妥善保管。3.4設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)3.4.1各類管道及設(shè)備安裝完畢后,應(yīng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)。鋼制管道的試驗(yàn)壓力、試驗(yàn)方法及注意事項(xiàng)應(yīng)按照DL5190.5《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第5部分:管道及系統(tǒng)》的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。3.4.2襯膠、襯塑、玻璃鋼、塑料及其它非金屬材料的管道,嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)的壓力為其額定工作壓力。不同額定工作壓力的設(shè)備、管道安裝在同一系統(tǒng)中,宜按系統(tǒng)中額定工作壓力最低的設(shè)備或管道的額定工作壓力做系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)。當(dāng)工作壓力未明確時(shí),可將動(dòng)力設(shè)備揚(yáng)程折算為工作壓力。3.4.3不銹鋼設(shè)備宜使用氯離子含量小于25mg/L的潔凈水進(jìn)行嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)。3.4.4水處理系統(tǒng)中的離子交換器、再生裝置等,在系統(tǒng)安裝完畢后應(yīng)進(jìn)行單體工作壓力水壓試驗(yàn)。3.4.5承壓容器設(shè)備應(yīng)按TSGR0004《固定式壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》的相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)。具有出廠證件能確認(rèn)出廠前水壓試驗(yàn)合格者,可不做此項(xiàng)試驗(yàn),但應(yīng)參與相連管道系統(tǒng)的嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)。3.4.6常壓容器應(yīng)進(jìn)行灌水試驗(yàn),確保嚴(yán)密不漏?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)制作的常壓容器,底板的所有焊縫應(yīng)進(jìn)行真空箱法嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)負(fù)壓值不低于53kPa。3.4.7設(shè)備和容器內(nèi)的浮筒應(yīng)做灌水試驗(yàn),確保浮筒嚴(yán)密不漏。3.4.8混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的容器設(shè)備應(yīng)按照GB50300《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)檢查。3.4.9各設(shè)備以及系統(tǒng)應(yīng)在灌水試驗(yàn)、滲油試驗(yàn)或嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn)合格后方可進(jìn)行防腐、保溫等下一道工序。3.5綠色施工3.5.1水處理及制(供)氫設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的施工,應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1優(yōu)化施工工藝流程,利于節(jié)能減排;2應(yīng)采用新技術(shù)、新工藝、新流程、新設(shè)備、新材料,不應(yīng)使用高污染的工藝技術(shù)和材料等;3應(yīng)使用節(jié)能環(huán)保的施工設(shè)備和機(jī)具,并提高使用率;4試驗(yàn)用水宜回收利用;5施工過程產(chǎn)生的廢棄物應(yīng)分類處置;6不得使用國家明令禁止的材料和技術(shù)。3.5.2各種水處理、廢水處理的廢液排放時(shí),應(yīng)符合GB8978《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》及地方制定的污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。3.5.3嚴(yán)禁采用溢流、滲井、滲坑、廢礦井或稀釋等手段排放有毒有害廢水。3.5.4水處理或廢水處理排出的廢物或污泥,應(yīng)存放在專用堆放場(chǎng)地,不得任意傾倒,宜綜合利用。專用堆放場(chǎng)應(yīng)采取防止粉塵飛揚(yáng)、淋瀝水外泄等措施。3.5.5建設(shè)項(xiàng)目投入生產(chǎn)或使用時(shí),其環(huán)境保護(hù)防治設(shè)施必須同時(shí)投入。

4水的預(yù)處理設(shè)備4.1沉淀池4.1.1配水渠與沉淀池的配水孔應(yīng)符合圖紙要求。4.1.2鋼制配水渠組裝宜在水池完成閉水試驗(yàn)后進(jìn)行,配水渠孔眼中心線應(yīng)在同一水平線上,允許偏差為2mm。4.1.3有效水深宜采用2.0m~4.0m;緩沖層高度,非機(jī)械排泥宜為0.5m;機(jī)械排泥時(shí),應(yīng)根據(jù)刮泥板高度確定,且緩沖層上緣宜高出刮泥板0.3m;貯泥斗斜壁的傾角,方斗宜為60°,圓斗宜為55°;坡向泥斗的底板坡度,平流式沉淀池不宜小于0.01。4.1.4堰流出水槽出水堰口應(yīng)水平并可調(diào)整。4.2曝氣生物濾池4.2.1反沖洗配氣管道安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1反沖洗配氣管應(yīng)在濾板澆筑前放入池子底部;2反沖洗配氣管道預(yù)埋套管已經(jīng)安裝就位,反沖洗配氣管已經(jīng)放置于濾池底部且無損傷;3根據(jù)反沖洗配氣管主管材質(zhì)及設(shè)計(jì)安裝要求,首先用水平尺測(cè)量反沖洗配氣管主管道水平度,然后按圖紙要求用支架將其固定于濾梁下側(cè),用不銹鋼緊固件將反沖洗管道分配器與預(yù)埋管道法蘭固定,最后將反洗支管焊接在主管道上預(yù)留孔上;4安裝過程中測(cè)量應(yīng)精確無誤確保配氣管中心線保持水平,管兩端豎向及水平偏差不得大于2mm,支管應(yīng)保持垂直管口標(biāo)高一致,支管豎向傾斜度不大于2mm,任意兩支管管口標(biāo)高相差不得大于2mm。4.2.2出水穩(wěn)流柵安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1出水穩(wěn)流柵板應(yīng)兩排交錯(cuò)布置,每排內(nèi)各柵板間距50mm,誤差不得大于3mm,兩排柵板間間距30m,以不銹鋼螺栓固定于中間平行的兩條不銹鋼梁上,不銹鋼梁兩邊與濾池壁上預(yù)埋的不銹鋼板焊接于出水堰前的設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)留位置;2出水穩(wěn)流柵成品貨物發(fā)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后,先在濾池內(nèi)部搭好腳支架并做施工平臺(tái),然后將出水穩(wěn)流柵搬到水池上;3安裝位置及安裝精度應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確無誤,確保穩(wěn)流柵的水平度以保持出水流量、流速及水位穩(wěn)定。穩(wěn)流柵水平偏差10mm、垂直偏差3mm、各柵板柵隙誤差3mm,穩(wěn)流柵與濾池安裝間隙5mm。4.2.3濾板安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1安裝前濾板應(yīng)整齊堆放,仔細(xì)清掃濾池內(nèi)部,嚴(yán)禁出現(xiàn)混凝土顆粒物質(zhì),應(yīng)對(duì)濾池、濾梁及濾板作專項(xiàng)質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn);2濾梁上表面的平整度控制在3mm以內(nèi);3濾板吊裝時(shí),不得損壞濾板,預(yù)埋件及濾池池體;4相鄰兩濾板的高度誤差為3mm,同組濾池濾板水平誤差為±5mm;5濾板調(diào)平后,濾板縫不得進(jìn)行二次調(diào)整,二次灌漿時(shí)確保通氣槽暢通;6灌縫前,將濾板縫及濾板撒水灑濕,保證灌漿料凝固嚴(yán)實(shí);7配水室內(nèi)不得有尺寸大于2mm的雜物留存。4.2.4長柄濾頭安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1對(duì)濾板濾孔、長柄濾頭進(jìn)行檢查,濾孔不得堵塞,濾頭不得損壞;2安裝完畢后,檢查確保整池安裝無缺漏、無破損,且所有長柄濾頭被緊固于濾板上;3濾板上的濾頭安裝高度應(yīng)一致,可用繩線牽緊或調(diào)整濾池水位來檢測(cè)濾頭安裝水平度;4安裝于濾板上的平O型圈應(yīng)無破損,且濾板與長柄濾頭之間密實(shí)性良好,確保布水布?xì)饩鶆颉?.2.5分配器安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1檢查與分配器對(duì)接的預(yù)埋管道法蘭是否已經(jīng)就位,參照施工圖紙確定實(shí)際距離是否與圖紙距離吻合,以便實(shí)時(shí)作出調(diào)整;2檢查曝氣管道的前端管道是否已經(jīng)吹脫干凈,保證管道里無顆粒性物質(zhì),以免在安裝好曝氣系統(tǒng)后堵塞曝氣器的微孔而導(dǎo)致曝氣不均勻;3曝氣主管道未用風(fēng)機(jī)吹脫前禁止與分配器連接,防止曝氣主管道中的鐵銹或鐵渣等雜物堵塞曝氣孔;4分配器安裝應(yīng)當(dāng)嚴(yán)格根據(jù)圖紙施工,主分配器立管垂直誤差±5mm,橫管水平誤差±10mm;5法蘭對(duì)接應(yīng)牢固,支架焊接做到合理美觀,包箍安裝牢固且無遺漏,分配器內(nèi)吹掃干凈。4.2.6曝氣器及角鋼支架的安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1曝氣支管安裝前要檢查是否有多余誤鉆孔,單孔膜空氣擴(kuò)散器不得裝反,曝氣支管的開孔不得過大漏氣,不銹鋼壓條鉆孔不得漏鉆;2曝氣器及不銹鋼壓條安裝完畢后,要求曝氣支管與分配器焊接牢固,單孔膜空氣擴(kuò)散器無破損、無反裝;3支管壓蓋無漏,自攻螺絲擰緊,采用不銹鋼焊接板將不銹鋼壓條與壓板固定,曝氣支管內(nèi)無殘留雜質(zhì),所有焊接應(yīng)美觀、合理、牢固。4.3澄清器(池)4.3.1澄清器(池)的安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1組裝宜在設(shè)備完成灌水試驗(yàn)后進(jìn)行,集水槽孔眼中心線應(yīng)在同一水平線上,允許偏差為2mm;2集水槽、隔板應(yīng)焊接嚴(yán)密;3取樣管、閥門的安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:伸入器內(nèi)的取樣管端頭應(yīng)向下彎,垂直插入深度為50mm-100mm;取樣管材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;取樣管標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,允許偏差為lOmm;取樣閥門應(yīng)布置在便于操作的位置,并安裝牢固;取樣管在寒冷地區(qū)需采取相應(yīng)的保溫伴熱措施。4加裝的蜂窩斜管或斜板安裝時(shí)應(yīng)排列整齊,相互貼緊,不得松動(dòng),組件間的空隙不得大于孔徑;5溢水管及出水管標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,其允許偏差為5mm。4.3.2澄清器(池)的爬梯應(yīng)滿焊,并作防腐處理。4.3.3澄清器(池)進(jìn)水分配箱的相鄰堰口高度允許偏差為5mm。4.3.4空氣分離器的安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1中心、標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,外殼垂直度允許偏差為其高度0.4%,且最大偏差為20mm;2伸入空氣分離器的原水管中心線與空氣分離器的中心線允許偏差為5mm,分水盤的上部邊沿水平允許偏差為2mm。4.3.5懸浮澄清器的安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1支撐環(huán)與基礎(chǔ)之間應(yīng)有30mm-40mm的間隙;支撐環(huán)應(yīng)水平,允許偏差為其直徑的0.1%,且最大偏差為5mm;2外殼垂直度允許偏差為設(shè)備高度的0.25%,且最大偏差為5mm;3上部集水槽、內(nèi)筒及內(nèi)筒集渣管的中心線與澄清器外殼中心線應(yīng)為同一軸線,其允許偏差為其外殼直徑的0.5%,且最大偏差為20mm;4內(nèi)部水平及垂直穩(wěn)流板焊接應(yīng)牢固,孔徑與孔距應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙規(guī)定,孔的邊緣應(yīng)光滑;5進(jìn)水噴嘴的錐形部分加工尺寸應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,內(nèi)表面應(yīng)光潔。安裝時(shí)噴嘴與套管應(yīng)水平;兩個(gè)噴嘴應(yīng)相互平行,并與澄清器的錐形部分成切線;6內(nèi)、外筒的連接支架應(yīng)焊接牢固。內(nèi)筒和錐形部分的人孔應(yīng)嚴(yán)密不漏;7內(nèi)筒同層進(jìn)渣孔的上下邊緣應(yīng)在同一水平線上,孔的邊緣應(yīng)光滑;8澄清器灌水試驗(yàn)用水應(yīng)先進(jìn)內(nèi)筒、后進(jìn)外筒。4.3.6水力循環(huán)澄清池安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1反應(yīng)室中心線的允許偏差為澄清池直徑的0.25%;喉管、噴嘴垂直中心線的允許偏差為反應(yīng)室內(nèi)徑的0.5%;反應(yīng)室喉管喇叭口的橢圓度應(yīng)控制在1%之內(nèi);反應(yīng)室垂直度、水平度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;2噴嘴加工內(nèi)表面應(yīng)平整光滑,噴嘴與喉管中心線的允許偏差為3mm;3喉管上下滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)桿應(yīng)在噴嘴、喉管、提升器就位后再進(jìn)行安裝,喉管上下滑動(dòng)無卡澀。4.3.7機(jī)械攪拌澄清池安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1第一反應(yīng)室、第二反應(yīng)室與澄清池中心線的允許偏差為澄清池直徑的0.25%;2機(jī)械攪拌裝置的軸承及傳動(dòng)部分的安裝,應(yīng)按DL5190.2《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第2部分:鍋爐機(jī)組》的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行;3攪拌裝置的主軸中心線與第二反應(yīng)室中心線允許偏差為第二反應(yīng)室直徑的0.5%;4漿板的加工尺寸及連接角度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;5葉輪升降調(diào)節(jié)器底部沖洗裝置的位置整定及噴嘴角度的調(diào)整應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;6投藥管、泥渣濃縮斗、排泥管及澄清池底部排污管的插入高度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;7刮泥板與池底的間隙設(shè)計(jì)無要求時(shí),應(yīng)為5mm至9mm。4.3.8高密度澄清池安裝應(yīng)下列規(guī)定:1澄清池內(nèi)的斜管安裝角度宜為60度(詳見附錄C);2絮凝池?cái)嚢杵靼惭b,應(yīng)按DL5190.2《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第2部分:鍋爐機(jī)組》的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行;3導(dǎo)流筒、導(dǎo)流板、集水槽安裝垂直度、水平度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;4刮泥機(jī)、污泥回流泵、污泥排放泵安裝,應(yīng)按DL5190.2《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第2部分:鍋爐機(jī)組》的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行;5澄清區(qū)上部采用集水槽進(jìn)行澄清水的收集,集水槽、溢流堰、斜管支撐等的材質(zhì)采用不銹鋼,焊接時(shí)按照不銹鋼焊接規(guī)范執(zhí)行,螺栓連接時(shí)應(yīng)采用同樣材質(zhì)的螺栓。4.4無閥濾池4.4.1無閥濾池安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1虹吸輔助管管口、濾池出水口、進(jìn)水分配箱堰口、進(jìn)水管U形彎底部以及排水井堰口的標(biāo)高,應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,允許偏差為10mm;2濾池?fù)跛鍛?yīng)保持水平,允許偏差為2mm;3虹吸輔助管不得采用直角彎頭,管口不得伸入虹吸彎管內(nèi),且在虹吸管內(nèi)不得有焊口;4虹吸彎管頂部的抽氣管管口應(yīng)插入虹吸管內(nèi)10mm—20mm;5濾池斜管應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,斜管角度允許偏差為2°,斜管管口應(yīng)靠近抽氣管,斜管和抽氣管應(yīng)安裝在虹吸輔助管的同側(cè);6虹吸管液位計(jì)、虹吸輔助管、抽氣管、虹吸破壞管應(yīng)嚴(yán)密不漏。4.5機(jī)械過濾器4.5.1安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1過濾器應(yīng)垂直安裝,外殼垂直允許偏差為高度的0.25%,且最大偏差為5mm,殼體找正后,及時(shí)將支腳、墊鐵與基礎(chǔ)預(yù)埋件焊接牢固并進(jìn)行二次灌漿;2過濾器配水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)及空氣分配系統(tǒng)的支管與母管中心線應(yīng)相互垂直,支管的水平允許偏差為2mm;3水帽座的中心線應(yīng)與支管水平面垂直,水帽水平高度應(yīng)一致,允許偏差為3mm,水帽間的縫隙及水帽與容器底板間隙應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,且安裝牢固;4配水母管、支管的管孔應(yīng)光滑無毛刺,套裹支管的網(wǎng)布,應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求并綁扎牢固;5設(shè)置空氣擦洗裝置的過濾器,其底部墊層的上平面應(yīng)與鼓氣孔眼或水帽頂部處于同一水平面;6過濾器殼體內(nèi)部的防腐層在填料裝填前,應(yīng)按本部分第3.3.3條的規(guī)定進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢查;7過濾器底部墊層應(yīng)符合本部分附錄A的規(guī)定。4.6超濾、微濾裝置4.6.1安裝前檢查應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1裝置外觀不應(yīng)有缺損,包裝和標(biāo)識(shí)應(yīng)規(guī)范、完整;2設(shè)備和膜組件的型號(hào)、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、材質(zhì)和產(chǎn)地等應(yīng)符合合同要求;3備品備件型號(hào)、數(shù)量應(yīng)符合合同要求。4.6.2膜保管應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1膜存放環(huán)境應(yīng)干燥、通風(fēng)良好,遠(yuǎn)離熱源、點(diǎn)火裝置和陽光直射;2膜保管應(yīng)防雨、防塵,儲(chǔ)存溫度應(yīng)為5℃~40℃,濕法包裝的膜組件應(yīng)確保包裝袋密封嚴(yán)密,運(yùn)輸時(shí)不應(yīng)受到撞擊、顛簸、拋擲和重壓等外力作用;3未使用的膜元件不應(yīng)排除內(nèi)部的保存液;4元件或膜不應(yīng)接觸有機(jī)溶劑、含有氯或濃酸的溶劑。4.6.3膜組件安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1膜組件組裝時(shí)應(yīng)輕拿輕放,不應(yīng)受到額外外力;2膜組件內(nèi)部應(yīng)無變質(zhì)、發(fā)霉及雜質(zhì),膜組件應(yīng)無內(nèi)漏;3超濾、微濾膜組件組裝前應(yīng)對(duì)裝置進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)和水沖洗,水壓試驗(yàn)壓力應(yīng)不小于泵的最大揚(yáng)程,沖洗水采用過濾后的清水,沖洗至進(jìn)、出口濁度一致為合格;4膜組件安裝應(yīng)符合產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件的要求;5配管連接時(shí)不應(yīng)破損膜組件;6金屬箍在與配管連接時(shí)不應(yīng)使裝置變形,避免損壞膜組件;7塑料制成的膜組件容器,不應(yīng)墜落或受到撞擊;8安裝后應(yīng)用過濾水沖洗干凈。

5蒸發(fā)式淡化處理設(shè)備5.1取水泵及取水、濃鹽水管道5.1.1交付安裝的土建工程應(yīng)具備下列條件:1行車軌道安裝完畢,二次澆灌的混凝土已達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度,并經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格;2主輔設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)、基座澆灌完畢,模板已拆除,混凝土已達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度的70%以上并驗(yàn)收合格;3廠房?jī)?nèi)的溝道施工完畢,一次地坪及進(jìn)廠房道路施工完畢;4廠房封閉,屋面止水;5土建施工的模板、腳手架、剩余材料、雜物和垃圾已清除;6廠房?jī)?nèi)的各基礎(chǔ)、各層中心線和標(biāo)高標(biāo)識(shí)清晰、齊全;7各層平臺(tái)、通道、梯子、欄桿、踢腳板和扶手裝設(shè)完畢且焊接牢固,孔洞有可靠的臨時(shí)蓋板或圍欄;8廠房?jī)?nèi)的管溝、泵坑、排水溝及集水井等清潔,排水暢通;9消防設(shè)施應(yīng)可靠投用;10影響設(shè)備安裝的裝飾工程已全部完成。5.1.2基礎(chǔ)尺寸、中心線、標(biāo)高、地腳螺栓孔和預(yù)埋鐵件位置等應(yīng)與設(shè)計(jì)圖紙相符,其質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合DL5190.1《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第1部分:土建工程》的相關(guān)規(guī)定。5.1.3泵組就位前應(yīng)對(duì)混凝土基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行處理并達(dá)到下列規(guī)定:1與二次灌漿混凝土接觸的表面應(yīng)鑿出毛面、清除油污和其他雜物;2放置墊鐵的混凝土表面應(yīng)鑿平,與墊鐵接觸應(yīng)密實(shí),墊鐵放上后無翹動(dòng)現(xiàn)象;3采用埋置墊鐵安裝工藝時(shí),應(yīng)下列規(guī)定:1)沿縱軸線埋置墊鐵的標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合制造廠技術(shù)文件的要求,標(biāo)高允許偏差為2mm;2)墊鐵的厚度宜大于20mm,每塊墊鐵的縱向揚(yáng)度應(yīng)與軸系揚(yáng)度一致;3)墊鐵底部距基礎(chǔ)鑿毛面的灌漿層厚度應(yīng)為20mm~50mm,灌漿材料應(yīng)采用無收縮灌漿料,并應(yīng)制作同等條件下的試塊。4地腳螺栓孔內(nèi)應(yīng)清潔、無雜物、無油垢。5.1.4配置墊鐵應(yīng)滿足下列規(guī)定:1墊鐵材料可以采用鋼板或鑄鐵;2墊鐵表面應(yīng)平整、無翹曲、無毛刺;3墊鐵的坡度宜為1∶10~1∶25,薄邊厚度應(yīng)大于5mm。5.1.5墊鐵安裝應(yīng)滿足下列規(guī)定:1墊鐵應(yīng)安放在地腳螺栓的兩側(cè)和底座承力處,大型泵組底座內(nèi)、外側(cè)應(yīng)各放一組。因底座結(jié)構(gòu)特殊無法在地腳螺栓兩側(cè)布置墊鐵時(shí),可在地腳螺栓孔澆灌后在澆灌層上布置墊鐵。底座在地腳螺栓擰緊后不得變形;2每疊墊鐵不宜超過3塊,特殊情況下個(gè)別允許達(dá)5塊,其中允許用一對(duì)斜墊鐵;3墊鐵宜伸出底座邊緣10mm~20mm;4墊鐵各承力面應(yīng)接觸密實(shí),用0.3kg~0.5kg手錘輕敲,應(yīng)無松動(dòng),調(diào)整結(jié)束后應(yīng)在墊鐵側(cè)面點(diǎn)焊牢固;5底座與基礎(chǔ)表面的距離應(yīng)大于50mm;6底座埋入二次灌漿混凝土的部位,應(yīng)將浮銹、油污及油漆清除干凈。5.1.6安裝地腳螺栓時(shí)應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1地腳螺栓上的油脂、污垢應(yīng)清理干凈;2地腳螺栓與其孔壁四周應(yīng)有間隙;3地腳螺栓末端不應(yīng)觸及孔底;4地腳螺栓的螺母與墊圈、墊圈與底座應(yīng)接觸良好,并采取防松措施;5地腳螺栓終擰后螺栓端部宜露出螺母2個(gè)~3個(gè)螺距。5.1.7采用無墊鐵安裝工藝的泵組安裝時(shí)應(yīng)滿足下列規(guī)定:1臨時(shí)墊鐵或小千斤頂應(yīng)安放穩(wěn)固并便于拆除;2設(shè)備的縱橫中心線、標(biāo)高、水平調(diào)整好后,地腳螺栓應(yīng)適當(dāng)固定,避免二次灌漿時(shí)被移位;3二次灌漿時(shí)施工人員應(yīng)監(jiān)視,防止設(shè)備移位;混凝土強(qiáng)度達(dá)到70%后方可拆除臨時(shí)支墊物。5.1.8泵組安裝前,除應(yīng)符合第5.1.1~5.1.7條規(guī)定外,尚應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1進(jìn)水側(cè)水槽或流道的混凝土表面,經(jīng)外觀檢查無蜂窩、無孔洞、無露筋、無裂紋等缺陷;2泵基礎(chǔ)的中心線與進(jìn)出口水管接口構(gòu)筑物的中心線的允許偏差為10mm;3電動(dòng)機(jī)與水泵分層安裝的泵組,各層標(biāo)高的相對(duì)偏差,應(yīng)在10mm以內(nèi);4測(cè)量各層開孔中心,偏差應(yīng)在5mm以內(nèi),樓面開孔的尺寸應(yīng)大于出水彎管的斷面尺寸;5大型立式泵基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)無不均勻沉降。5.1.9水泵固定部分,包括各型立式泵的底座、中間節(jié)、進(jìn)水錐管、葉輪外殼、導(dǎo)葉體等的檢查應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1底座及外殼各節(jié)的結(jié)合面、承插止口、填料壓環(huán)等應(yīng)平整,無毛刺、無變形等缺陷;2分成兩半的外殼結(jié)合面及各節(jié)法蘭或止口,吊裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行立式組合,應(yīng)相吻合并接觸良好。5.1.10立式泵固定部分安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1底座安裝的位置應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,允許偏差為:標(biāo)高5mm;中心3mm;端面水平度0.05mm/m;底座與墊鐵、墊鐵與基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)接觸良好。2底座定位,地腳螺栓混凝土強(qiáng)度達(dá)70%后,方可緊固地腳螺栓;經(jīng)復(fù)查底座水平無變化,然后澆筑二次混凝土;3帶接長軸的立式泵安裝時(shí),應(yīng)吊鋼絲線錘作基準(zhǔn),測(cè)量主軸密封、導(dǎo)軸承及底座法蘭三處中心相互偏差在0.20mm以內(nèi);4各節(jié)結(jié)合面應(yīng)接觸嚴(yán)密,用0.05mm塞尺檢查無間隙,局部間隙應(yīng)控制在0.10mm以內(nèi);5上下各節(jié)結(jié)合面的填料圈應(yīng)壓正、壓緊,不得有局部凸起、脫槽或斷裂,法蘭結(jié)合面宜采用硅酮密封膠作密封涂料;6大型軸流泵固定部分的安裝尚應(yīng)注意:當(dāng)泵殼體各節(jié)安裝后水泵葉輪無法裝入時(shí),應(yīng)在底座就位后將葉輪與導(dǎo)水圈等部件組合先行臨時(shí)就位;導(dǎo)葉體與上節(jié)泵座正式連接后,應(yīng)復(fù)查其水平、標(biāo)高及垂直中心,確認(rèn)合格后方可對(duì)泵座進(jìn)行二次澆灌,埋入部件與混凝土之間結(jié)合應(yīng)密實(shí),底座、泵座等澆灌后上部應(yīng)填灌防滲填料;二次灌漿層達(dá)到強(qiáng)度后,臨時(shí)拆掉葉輪外殼時(shí),對(duì)兩半外殼的中分面應(yīng)以夾具拉緊,防止變形。5.1.11立式離心泵轉(zhuǎn)子部件的檢查與組裝,除應(yīng)按一般離心泵的規(guī)定執(zhí)行外,尚應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1水泵的組裝工作應(yīng)在豎立狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行;2帶誘導(dǎo)輪的離心泵,誘導(dǎo)輪與密封圈應(yīng)光潔、無損傷,徑向總間隙為誘導(dǎo)輪最大直徑的1/1000~1.5/1000,且應(yīng)四周均勻;3帶平衡鼓的立式離心泵,平衡鼓與套筒應(yīng)光潔、無損傷,螺旋槽應(yīng)通暢,無毛刺、無雜物,徑向間隙單側(cè)宜為0.25mm~0.35mm,平衡套與殼體應(yīng)緊密配合、無松動(dòng);4水泵主軸聯(lián)軸器法蘭平面坡度允許誤差為0.05mm/m。5.1.12立式軸流泵調(diào)節(jié)式轉(zhuǎn)子部件的檢查和組裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1泵輪各部件經(jīng)檢查無銹污、無毛刺、無損傷,解體時(shí)應(yīng)打好配合標(biāo)記;2葉片轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)各部件的配合應(yīng)靈活、不松曠、無卡澀;3轉(zhuǎn)臂與止推軸套端面應(yīng)接觸良好并有0.10mm~0.15mm的間隙,轉(zhuǎn)臂與轉(zhuǎn)子體內(nèi)壁應(yīng)無卡澀;4葉片樞軸與轉(zhuǎn)子體應(yīng)對(duì)號(hào)組合,葉片樞軸與軸套在軸向的竄量應(yīng)小于0.50mm,樞軸在軸套內(nèi)應(yīng)能轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活;5固定葉片的環(huán)鍵在鍵槽中應(yīng)為過渡配合,松緊適度;6葉片密封裝置的彈簧、壓環(huán)及墊環(huán),轉(zhuǎn)子體與墊圈接觸部位應(yīng)平整、無毛刺,墊圈應(yīng)富有彈性、平整、厚度均勻;7用螺栓壓緊墊圈,應(yīng)均勻、緩慢進(jìn)行,不得緊偏;8全調(diào)節(jié)式的葉輪部件在組裝時(shí)應(yīng)按規(guī)定進(jìn)行密封裝置的嚴(yán)密性試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)油溫不得低于+5℃,試驗(yàn)過程中各組合縫及螺孔等應(yīng)無滲漏;9葉片應(yīng)在試壓同時(shí)進(jìn)行動(dòng)作試驗(yàn),油動(dòng)機(jī)活塞與葉片動(dòng)作應(yīng)靈活平穩(wěn)、行程符合圖紙要求,轉(zhuǎn)子體上轉(zhuǎn)角最大和最小位置之間,應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求度數(shù)標(biāo)出分度;10本條第8、9兩款可用壓縮空氣進(jìn)行試驗(yàn);11葉輪在正式安裝前應(yīng)與殼體進(jìn)行試裝配,葉片端部應(yīng)無顯著凸凹,與殼體間隙宜為2mm~3mm,并應(yīng)均勻一致,葉片根部在整個(gè)調(diào)角范圍內(nèi)與轉(zhuǎn)子體應(yīng)無卡澀;12轉(zhuǎn)子部件各過流面螺栓最終緊好后,在螺孔處應(yīng)澆鑄鉛、環(huán)氧樹脂或其他能固化的防水填料。5.1.13立式軸流泵主軸安裝前應(yīng)檢查下列各項(xiàng)并符合規(guī)定:1核對(duì)主軸長度與泵輪至聯(lián)軸器法蘭面的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高間的距離,記錄其測(cè)量值;2主軸各精加工部位應(yīng)光潔、無損傷,平放情況下,檢查下列各項(xiàng)并作記錄,其控制值為:主軸彎曲度<0.10mm;軸徑處徑向晃度<0.06mm;聯(lián)軸器端面瓢偏<0.04mm;聯(lián)軸器徑向晃度<0.04mm;在軸的最大彎曲點(diǎn)作出印記,供測(cè)擺度時(shí)參考。3導(dǎo)軸承與主軸軸徑的接觸及間隙應(yīng)符合制造廠要求,橡膠軸承不得接觸油脂;4全調(diào)節(jié)式的軸流泵主軸內(nèi)部及油管應(yīng)清理潔凈,內(nèi)部油管接頭應(yīng)裝好墊片并接觸嚴(yán)密,螺栓應(yīng)均勻緊固并鎖緊。5.1.14立式軸流泵主軸與泵輪安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1主軸安裝前泵輪組合體如在殼體內(nèi)臨時(shí)就位,不得使泵輪直接壓在底蓋上;2主軸與轉(zhuǎn)子體正式安裝前,應(yīng)實(shí)測(cè)聯(lián)軸器的高程和泵輪的位置并與制造廠記錄核對(duì);3主軸與泵輪連接的各結(jié)合面應(yīng)嚴(yán)密,用0.05mm塞尺檢查應(yīng)全周無間隙,最終連接時(shí)結(jié)合面應(yīng)加符合規(guī)定的防水涂料,螺栓緊力應(yīng)均勻,螺母應(yīng)點(diǎn)焊牢固;4以聯(lián)軸器法蘭平面水平為準(zhǔn)調(diào)整主軸與泵輪連接后的主軸垂直度;5測(cè)量主軸與導(dǎo)軸承孔上下圓周各點(diǎn)的間隙,測(cè)量主軸瓦的厚度,兩者偏差應(yīng)符合制造廠的要求;6泵輪在殼體內(nèi)的軸向中心實(shí)際位置值,應(yīng)與殼體中心印記相對(duì)泵聯(lián)軸器法蘭平面的標(biāo)高差一致。當(dāng)葉片在最大或最小轉(zhuǎn)角位置時(shí),在上、中、下三點(diǎn)測(cè)量葉片與外殼的徑向最小間隙應(yīng)符合圖紙要求,間隙偏差應(yīng)不超過實(shí)際平均間隙的20%;7安裝主軸時(shí)葉輪的定位標(biāo)高應(yīng)比設(shè)計(jì)值稍高,使葉輪下緣與外殼單邊間隙大于上緣與外殼單邊間隙的5%~15%;8主軸的正式定位應(yīng)在電動(dòng)機(jī)定子找正后進(jìn)行,在電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝前水泵主軸初步標(biāo)高位置應(yīng)比設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高低,所低數(shù)值為聯(lián)軸器法蘭止口深度再加2mm~6mm,避免調(diào)整時(shí)電動(dòng)機(jī)定子與主軸碰擦。5.1.15電動(dòng)機(jī)直接坐落在泵體上的立式泵,電動(dòng)機(jī)的檢查與安裝除按DL5190.3《電力建設(shè)施工技術(shù)規(guī)范第3部分:汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組》第5章發(fā)電機(jī)和勵(lì)磁裝置中空冷發(fā)電機(jī)的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行外,尚應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1大型電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子與定子的磁力中心線應(yīng)吻合;2電動(dòng)機(jī)的定子與轉(zhuǎn)子間的空氣間隙四周應(yīng)均勻,偏差應(yīng)小于磁極平均空氣間隙的10%;3電動(dòng)機(jī)與轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)械的聯(lián)軸器找中心應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:兩聯(lián)軸器中心的允許偏差應(yīng)符合表5.1.15的規(guī)定;根據(jù)設(shè)備支座的材料、結(jié)構(gòu)形式和介質(zhì)溫度及制造廠技術(shù)文件的要求,聯(lián)軸器找中心應(yīng)考慮在常溫下預(yù)留其運(yùn)行升溫時(shí)中心變化的補(bǔ)償值;聯(lián)軸器中心調(diào)好后應(yīng)作記錄,并在設(shè)備二次灌漿和有關(guān)設(shè)備管道正式連接后復(fù)查;表5.1.15聯(lián)軸器找中心允許偏差值轉(zhuǎn)速n(r/min)允許偏差值(mm)固定式非固定式徑向端面徑向端面n≥30003000>n≥15001500>n≥750750>n≥500n<5000.040.060.030.040.050.060.080.060.240.040.060.080.100.154電動(dòng)機(jī)地腳螺栓緊固后,底部外露的螺桿、螺母、墊板應(yīng)相互點(diǎn)焊牢固。5.1.16大型立式泵單獨(dú)裝在機(jī)架上的電動(dòng)機(jī),安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行下列檢查:1機(jī)架支腿各結(jié)合面應(yīng)平整、無損傷,上下機(jī)架油槽應(yīng)經(jīng)滲油試驗(yàn)無滲漏;2電動(dòng)機(jī)聯(lián)軸器的端面瓢偏應(yīng)小于0.04mm,與水泵聯(lián)軸器的端面瓢偏應(yīng)高低配合;3電動(dòng)機(jī)的電氣部分經(jīng)電氣人員檢查,接觸電阻和絕緣電阻等均應(yīng)符合規(guī)定;4電動(dòng)機(jī)風(fēng)扇應(yīng)無變形、無銹蝕、無裂紋等缺陷,葉片方向及高度應(yīng)符合圖紙要求,葉片鑲裝應(yīng)牢固、無松動(dòng);5電動(dòng)機(jī)冷油器應(yīng)進(jìn)行1.25倍的設(shè)計(jì)壓力的水壓試驗(yàn),保持5min應(yīng)無滲漏;裝入油槽的管件接頭應(yīng)連接牢固、無滲漏;6上機(jī)架放油管絲堵等接頭應(yīng)連接牢固,嚴(yán)密無滲漏。5.1.17大型立式電動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)架和定子的安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1電動(dòng)機(jī)底座的安裝標(biāo)高,應(yīng)以水泵聯(lián)軸器標(biāo)高為基準(zhǔn),使電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子磁場(chǎng)中心比定子磁場(chǎng)中心略低,其偏差值應(yīng)小于電動(dòng)機(jī)定子硅鋼片有效高度的0.4%;2下機(jī)架安裝應(yīng)使定子標(biāo)高符合上條款的規(guī)定,允許偏差為1mm;與水泵底座中心允許偏差為1.5mm;機(jī)架水平允許偏差為0.10mm/m;3下機(jī)架連接后應(yīng)安裝定位銷,螺栓緊固后,結(jié)合面用0.05mm塞尺檢查應(yīng)無間隙,局部有間隙的面積總和應(yīng)小于結(jié)合面的30%;4定子吊裝就位后與下機(jī)架的結(jié)合面應(yīng)嚴(yán)密,用0.05mm塞尺檢查應(yīng)無間隙,并用定位銷固定。5.1.18大型立式電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子吊裝前的檢查,應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1機(jī)架、定子、轉(zhuǎn)子應(yīng)清掃干凈,定子的中心位置應(yīng)符合規(guī)定;2測(cè)量并調(diào)整下機(jī)架導(dǎo)軸承部位的幾何尺寸應(yīng)大于聯(lián)軸器法蘭尺寸;3裝好水泵主軸、導(dǎo)軸承及密封環(huán);4制動(dòng)器及
