文件修訂變更履歷表版次修訂內(nèi)容摘要或(DOCNO)修訂頁次修訂日期A初版發(fā)行2011.4.5核準(zhǔn)審核制定發(fā)行章執(zhí)行部門(者,工序):鋅合金質(zhì)量人員監(jiān)督部門(者,工序):質(zhì)量科長/經(jīng)理/公司各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實施日期:2011年4月5日1、目的為提升鋅合金質(zhì)量,品質(zhì)人員責(zé)任細(xì)化分工明確,作為考核質(zhì)量人員的主要依據(jù)特此制定此工作手冊;2、適用范圍應(yīng)用鋅合金來料檢驗、首件、巡檢、抽檢、入庫,處理全過程的質(zhì)量控制,確認(rèn)發(fā)行所有質(zhì)量人嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行相關(guān)事宜。3、規(guī)范內(nèi)容:3.1人員配置;五金工程師1人、鋅合金組長1人、白班/夜班領(lǐng)班各1人.QC8人(含兩班)、具體分工:壓鑄2人(領(lǐng)班負(fù)責(zé))/沖壓2人/拋光1人/批鋒1人//電鍍2人/攻牙2人/鐳雕2人;QC人員的配置隨各工序機臺、線別和產(chǎn)量的增加而增加,負(fù)責(zé)各工序的試樣/來料檢驗/首件/巡檢/測量/抽檢入庫等。3.2品質(zhì)人員職責(zé)及要求:五金工程師:1.負(fù)責(zé)鋅合金、沖壓所有工序的檢驗指導(dǎo)書制定及檢驗手法培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo);2.鋅合金、沖壓質(zhì)量控制系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)和改進(jìn);質(zhì)量異常的分析和主導(dǎo)改進(jìn)措施落實,3.客戶投訴的回復(fù)及整改措施的跟蹤確認(rèn);4.就質(zhì)量異常及改進(jìn)事項跨部門的溝通協(xié)調(diào)解決;并參與產(chǎn)品外觀判定。5.參與新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)導(dǎo)入工作,就客戶要求的質(zhì)量要求的溝通和傳達(dá),鋅合金組長:1.負(fù)責(zé)鋅合金QC人員的分配和日常管理及部門之間的聯(lián)絡(luò);2.日報、周報、月報制作,質(zhì)量異常及客戶投訴匯總,3.產(chǎn)品外觀的判定,在無法判定的情況下及時匯報工程師或科長;4.主導(dǎo)制程異常的檢討必要時請質(zhì)量科長或工程師協(xié)助,《檢驗指導(dǎo)書》的制定及檢驗手法的培訓(xùn),要有強烈的質(zhì)量意識和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,對質(zhì)量的判定果斷,客戶投訴的確認(rèn)和提出處理建議;鋅合金班長:1.為各班人員的日常管理及工作分配及上組長人員交待的任務(wù)實施,2.新進(jìn)人員的培訓(xùn)及考核。3.審核檢驗人員日常報表及匯總至品質(zhì)組長。4.對其崗位的資料及限度樣品的整放及其知會檢驗人員。對質(zhì)量異常單的追蹤及匯總,及白班負(fù)責(zé)人對其夜班未追蹤完成的異常進(jìn)行處理或上報。5.每天檢查監(jiān)督各工序的“6S”工作。6.負(fù)責(zé)抽查已確認(rèn)產(chǎn)線不良品,及單據(jù)簽字工作。QC檢驗人員:1.嚴(yán)格按照《各工序檢驗規(guī)范》和工程樣品對各工序來料情況,結(jié)合《c=0抽樣計劃表》進(jìn)行抽檢確認(rèn)。如發(fā)現(xiàn)來料異常及時開具《品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單》及時通知品質(zhì)班組長并反饋生產(chǎn)帶班組長(時間為5分鐘之內(nèi))。2.嚴(yán)格按照《各工序檢驗規(guī)范》、《鋅合金作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書》及工程樣品對各工序產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行首件確認(rèn)檢驗,做好《首件檢記錄表》及《尺寸測量報表》,如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時開具《品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單》及時通知品質(zhì)班組長并反饋生產(chǎn)帶班組長(時間為5分鐘之內(nèi))。3.按照《鋅合金作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書》和《各工序檢驗規(guī)范》巡機巡線。并登記各工序《巡檢記錄表》及《尺寸測量報表》;如產(chǎn)線出現(xiàn)制程異常情況并開具《品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單》,及時通知品質(zhì)班組長并反饋給生產(chǎn)帶班組長(時間為5分鐘之內(nèi))。4.嚴(yán)格按照《各工序檢驗規(guī)范》和工程樣品,結(jié)合《c=0抽樣計劃表》對各工序產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行抽檢檢驗入庫;登記《品質(zhì)日報》及簽字、蓋章保證產(chǎn)品入庫。5.嚴(yán)格按照合格首件及工程樣板,要求生產(chǎn)對批退產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行返工,并登記《品質(zhì)日報表》進(jìn)行全過程監(jiān)督。6.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)線各工序全檢、抽檢后來料不良、制程不良確認(rèn)、入庫工作。6.各工序品質(zhì)人員每天下班前將所有報表及品質(zhì)異常單(必須附有不良樣板)整理確認(rèn),交與帶班班長。7.各工序QC每天整理各工序不良樣品,匯總至帶班班長,制定為各工序不良樣板以便生產(chǎn)改善。8.各工序QC負(fù)責(zé)各工序檢驗臺及檢驗區(qū)域的“6S”工作。3.3工作過程;3.31、每天工作前準(zhǔn)備;各工序QC根據(jù)對當(dāng)日PMC及生產(chǎn)排單,準(zhǔn)備當(dāng)天所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品的“工程樣品”及相關(guān)記錄表單、文件(《C=0抽樣計劃表》、《五金件檢驗規(guī)范》、《鋅合金各工序檢驗規(guī)范》、《鋅合金作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書》、《工程BOM表》、《鋅合金首件記錄表》、《鋅合金巡檢記錄表》、《品質(zhì)日報表》、《尺寸測量報告》《異常連絡(luò)單》).3.2.2、各工序品管人員每天交班前半小時,必須將把本班的異常狀況登記在專用交接本上,附有品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單(附不良樣板)!上班要提前15分鐘,做好交接班工作。如有產(chǎn)品未清線,要將產(chǎn)品型號、數(shù)量、質(zhì)量狀況標(biāo)示清楚,良品、不良品、待加工產(chǎn)品一定要標(biāo)示明晰以免給后續(xù)加工帶來麻煩。。加工部位、需加工問題必須開具《品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單》,以便后續(xù)班別生產(chǎn)注意改善及追蹤。3.3.3各工序來料檢驗:現(xiàn)場QC在白晚班交接完后,對生產(chǎn)各工序已全檢(壓鑄、沖壓、批鋒、拋光、電鍍、攻牙、鐳雕)來料必須抽檢工作,根據(jù)《各工序檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、《五金件檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》核對相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的工程樣板,以確認(rèn)各工序來料狀況。重點注意內(nèi)容:壓鑄:A.壓鑄機料溫、模溫生產(chǎn)中料溫控制在420℃——430℃,模溫控制在120℃——150℃之間;且必須查看壓鑄機臺電子顯示記錄。是否在所述范圍之內(nèi)。B.壓鑄件的結(jié)構(gòu)(螺絲柱、扣位、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔是否存在多料、少料、堵孔、變形、頂高現(xiàn)象;如有判定NG可加工不影響裝配外觀的除外)查看外觀是否有砂眼針孔、冷水紋等現(xiàn)象.C.壓鑄件的重點尺寸,用卡尺及二次元測量外觀長寬度、按鍵框長寬度、LCD框長寬度、鏡片框長寬度;使用高度規(guī)、帶刻度鑲針等測量螺絲柱高度、深度、直徑,確保與工程圖標(biāo)注尺寸一致(含+拋光余量/-電鍍余量)。D.將選好及測量好的壓鑄件(已沖水口)送給試拋員進(jìn)行試拋工作1..查看外觀是否有拋不掉的水紋及砂眼;如有判定NG,另砂眼A面D≤0.1mm;N≤2DS≥40;B面≤0.15mm,N≤3DS≥20在此范圍內(nèi)的判定為OK;水紋為測物表面與眼睛距離: 300~350mm看不到判定OK,看得到判定NG.2..檢測試拋產(chǎn)品的外觀尺寸和外觀光澤度,外觀拋光后尺寸在公差范圍內(nèi),原則上不能超出上限單邊減0.02-0.04MM;不能低于下公差單邊0.02-0.04mm.除符合3.4.3,實配后總體出貨不良比率不能超出正常出貨的10%;超出判定為NG;外觀光澤度原則上為測物表面與眼睛距離: 300~350mm看不到判定OK,看得到判定NG.3.試拋產(chǎn)品合格后進(jìn)行殼體實配,看是否存在順差與逆差現(xiàn)象,是否存在段差。如有縫隙:必須均勻且縫隙≤0.25mm,順差≤0.15mm,逆差≤0.20mm;(因電鍍后單邊增加0.02-0.04mm)。4.試攻牙,在送檢10pcs中隨意攻牙2pcs進(jìn)行牙口測試,螺絲柱壓鑄標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直徑1.20mm-1.25mm,螺絲柱深度3.0mm-3.5mm,實際攻牙絲錐直徑1.40mm;,深度3.0mm-3.5mm,根據(jù)各型號BOM表確立實際深度。并螺紋直徑未超出1.40mm,螺絲柱深度在3.0mm-3.5mm之間,螺紋規(guī)檢測未滑牙,手工螺絲刀打螺絲深度符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)底殼面殼之間螺紋經(jīng)拉力測試為分離,判定OK,.滑牙或深度不足影響裝配視為NG.5.如發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu),外觀與工程樣板及尺寸不符,抽檢比例(3%)超標(biāo)準(zhǔn)請生產(chǎn)全檢,并及時開具品質(zhì)異常單,并在5分鐘內(nèi)通知品質(zhì)帶班班/組長及生產(chǎn)科長和工程人員現(xiàn)場處理。沖壓:1.品檢先觀察按鍵框及LCD框內(nèi)水口及殘留批鋒是否干凈,有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂。如有立刻查找上道工序所有操作程序,并告知帶班班/組長,開具品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單,停線改進(jìn),全部產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)全檢,不良品隔離待修,待處理。3.試拋光、試攻牙、實配結(jié)合壓鑄C\要求。批鋒:1.壓鑄沖壓件按鍵框、LCD內(nèi)外框、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱批鋒全部屬于重點控制部位,不能殘留批鋒、不能變形、不能影響裝配。2.品檢先觀察按鍵框內(nèi)外側(cè)、LCD框內(nèi)外側(cè)、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱、頂針位是否殘留批鋒、是否干凈,有無挫缺、有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂、螺絲柱是否用砂紙磨底平滑,是否影響裝配。以確認(rèn)來料合格性,3.試拋光、試攻牙、實配結(jié)合壓鑄C\D要求。拋光:1.品檢先觀察已拋光產(chǎn)品按鍵框內(nèi)外側(cè)、LCD框內(nèi)外側(cè)、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱、頂針位是否殘留批鋒、是否干凈,有無挫缺、有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂、螺絲柱是否用砂紙磨底平滑,是否影響裝配。2.拋光產(chǎn)品是否拋缺,段差。存在砂眼、水紋等現(xiàn)象,以確認(rèn)來料合格性,3.試攻牙、實配結(jié)合壓鑄C\D要求。電鍍:1.查看來料電鍍件的結(jié)構(gòu)(螺絲柱、扣位、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔是否存在拋光蠟殘留、堵孔、變形現(xiàn)象;如有判定NG可加工不影響裝配外觀的除外).2.查看電鍍件外觀是否有批鋒、翹曲/變形、污漬、拋光塌邊、硬劃痕、細(xì)劃痕、氣泡,發(fā)白(鉻燒焦)、高光不良、沖裁塌角、光澤度、漏鍍、鍍層脫落、銹斑、點缺陷(麻點顆粒異色點)、渣屑、毛邊、油污、臟污、氧化、生銹、水漬、水紋、色差(發(fā)黃)、凹坑、碰劃傷、磨花等現(xiàn)象。如有請按五金件來料規(guī)范中要求檢驗確認(rèn)。3.品檢先觀察電鍍產(chǎn)品按鍵框內(nèi)外側(cè)、LCD框內(nèi)外側(cè)、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱、頂針位是否殘留批鋒、是否干凈,有無挫缺、有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂、螺絲柱是否用砂紙磨底平滑,是否影響裝配。4.電鍍產(chǎn)品是否拋缺,段差,以確認(rèn)來料合格性.5..試攻牙、實配結(jié)合壓鑄C\D要求攻牙:1.查看來料電鍍件的結(jié)構(gòu)(螺絲柱、扣位、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔是否存在拋光蠟殘留、堵孔、變形現(xiàn)象;如有判定NG可加工不影響裝配外觀的除外).2.查看電鍍件外觀是否有批鋒、翹曲/變形、污漬、拋光塌邊、硬劃痕、細(xì)劃痕、氣泡,發(fā)白(鉻燒焦)、高光不良、沖裁塌角、光澤度、漏鍍、鍍層脫落、銹斑、點缺陷(麻點顆粒異色點)、渣屑、毛邊、油污、臟污、氧化、生銹、水漬、水紋、色差(發(fā)黃)、凹坑、碰劃傷、磨花等現(xiàn)象。如有請按五金件來料規(guī)范中要求檢驗確認(rèn)。3.品檢先觀察電鍍產(chǎn)品按鍵框內(nèi)外側(cè)、LCD框內(nèi)外側(cè)、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱、頂針位是否殘留批鋒、是否干凈,有無挫缺、有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂、螺絲柱是否用砂紙磨底平滑,是否影響裝配。4.電鍍產(chǎn)品是否拋缺,段差。,5.實配結(jié)合壓鑄C\D要求鐳雕:1.查看來料電鍍件的結(jié)構(gòu)(螺絲柱、扣位、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔是否存在拋光蠟殘留、堵孔、變形現(xiàn)象;如有判定NG可加工不影響裝配外觀的除外).2.查看電鍍件外觀是否有批鋒、翹曲/變形、污漬、拋光塌邊、硬劃痕、細(xì)劃痕、氣泡,發(fā)白(鉻燒焦)、高光不良、沖裁塌角、光澤度、漏鍍、鍍層脫落、銹斑、點缺陷(麻點顆粒異色點)、渣屑、毛邊、油污、臟污、氧化、生銹、水漬、水紋、色差(發(fā)黃)、凹坑、碰劃傷、磨花等現(xiàn)象。如有請按五金件來料規(guī)范中要求檢驗確認(rèn)。3.品檢先觀察電鍍產(chǎn)品按鍵框內(nèi)外側(cè)、LCD框內(nèi)外側(cè)、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱、頂針位是否殘留批鋒、是否干凈,有無挫缺、有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂、螺絲柱是否用砂紙磨底平滑,是否影響裝配。2.電鍍產(chǎn)品是否拋缺,段差。,3.再看攻牙產(chǎn)品所有螺絲柱是否全部攻牙,是否有漏攻、淺攻牙、堵孔、劃傷碰傷現(xiàn)象,再用1.40mm螺絲塞規(guī)測試牙口是否存在滑牙和淺攻牙現(xiàn)象,再用1.4*3.0或1。4*3.5螺絲裝配測試。3.3.4.首件的確認(rèn):(各工序結(jié)合以上來料檢驗具體操作及鋅合金各工序作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書)1:壓鑄(電鍍)產(chǎn)品符合圖紙要求;各重點控制項目在公差范圍之內(nèi),并且裝配段差符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2:試拋產(chǎn)品各個項指標(biāo)達(dá)到下工序加工要求,試拋品各項指標(biāo)達(dá)到試拋樣板(限度樣板)。3:試攻牙成品牙口直徑1.4mm,深度3.0mm-3.5mm,螺紋規(guī)檢測未滑牙,手工螺絲刀打螺絲深度符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。4:每次各型號每生產(chǎn)200pcs首件送檢10pcs,進(jìn)行試拋1pcs,不良品≤1pcs可繼續(xù)生產(chǎn),超出停機分析原因。3.3.5制程巡檢/出貨抽檢:(各工序結(jié)合以上來料檢驗具體操作及鋅合金各工序作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書)壓鑄:每小時巡機臺一次,并做好首件及巡檢記錄、尺寸測量報告、抽檢報表,詳細(xì)記錄各型號產(chǎn)品實際狀況。如發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu),外觀與工程樣板及尺寸不符,抽檢比例(3%)超標(biāo)準(zhǔn)請生產(chǎn)全檢,并及時開具品質(zhì)異常單,并在5分鐘內(nèi)通知品質(zhì)帶班班/組長及生產(chǎn)科長和工程人員現(xiàn)場處理。(具體按照鋅合金壓鑄檢驗指導(dǎo)書操作。并結(jié)合來料檢驗)沖壓:壓鑄件反面方向放入沖壓后模內(nèi),觀察是否平穩(wěn)、完全與后模接觸,按下下降鍵,待按鍵框多余批鋒LCD框內(nèi)水口沖下后,開啟上升鍵,待到達(dá)設(shè)定位置取下壓鑄件,看是否批鋒沖干凈,自動吹風(fēng)機是否將殘留批鋒吹干凈,如沒有及時用毛刷清理殘留批鋒。品檢先觀察按鍵框及LCD框內(nèi)水口及殘留批鋒是否干凈,有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂。如有立刻查找上道工序所有操作程序,并告知帶班班/組長,開具品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單,停線改進(jìn),全部產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)全檢,不良品隔離待修,待處理。每送檢200pcs不良品≤1pcs可繼續(xù)生產(chǎn).否則停線整改!批鋒:品檢先觀察按鍵框內(nèi)外側(cè)、LCD框內(nèi)外側(cè)、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱、頂針位是否殘留批鋒、是否干凈,有無挫缺、有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂、螺絲柱是否用砂紙磨底平滑,是否影響裝配。以確認(rèn)首件合格性,具體1.要求生產(chǎn)每人必須有姓名標(biāo)示,然后將合格首件送還生產(chǎn)每位員工,以此作為合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn),2.后續(xù)批鋒自檢及全檢合格后,再送檢品管、如有批鋒殘留,挫缺,嚴(yán)重劃傷、嚴(yán)重碰傷,在經(jīng)試拋后嚴(yán)重影響外觀及裝配判定為NG,退還給生產(chǎn),3.根據(jù)全檢送檢姓名標(biāo)示立刻查找操作員工、現(xiàn)場檢驗操作程序及批鋒手法,并告知帶班班/組長,開具品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單,單人停線改進(jìn),單人全部產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)再次返工全檢,嚴(yán)重不良品隔離待修,待處理。抽檢每送檢100pcs不良品≤3pcs可繼續(xù)生產(chǎn).否則停線整改!拋光:品檢先觀察已拋光產(chǎn)品按鍵框內(nèi)外側(cè)、LCD框內(nèi)外側(cè)、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱、頂針位是否殘留批鋒、是否干凈,有無挫缺、有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂、螺絲柱是否用砂紙磨底平滑,是否影響裝配。拋光產(chǎn)品是否拋缺,段差。存在砂眼、水紋等現(xiàn)象,以確認(rèn)首件合格性,具體1.要求生產(chǎn)每人必須有姓名標(biāo)示,然后將拋光合格首件送檢品管,2.品管檢驗合格后將已拋光合格品生產(chǎn)每位員工,以此作為合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn),3.后續(xù)產(chǎn)品拋光自檢及全檢合格后,再送檢品管、如有批鋒殘留,挫缺,嚴(yán)重劃傷、嚴(yán)重碰傷,拋缺、變形等,在經(jīng)返拋后嚴(yán)重影響外觀及裝配判定為NG,退還給生產(chǎn),4.根據(jù)全檢送檢姓名標(biāo)示立刻查找拋光員工、現(xiàn)場檢驗操作程序及拋光手法,并告知帶班班/組長,開具品質(zhì)異常聯(lián)絡(luò)單,單人停線改進(jìn),單人全部產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)再次返工返修全檢,嚴(yán)重不良品隔離待修,待處理。5.出貨抽檢中每送檢100pcs不良品≤3pcs可繼續(xù)生產(chǎn).否則停線整改!并對不良品進(jìn)行挑選。電鍍:品檢先觀察電鍍產(chǎn)品按鍵框內(nèi)外側(cè)、LCD框內(nèi)外側(cè)、攝像頭孔、聽筒孔、送話器孔、扣位、螺絲柱、頂針位是否殘留批鋒、是否干凈,有無挫缺、有無變形、AB面壓傷、AB面沖傷、AB面沖裂、螺絲柱是否用砂紙磨底平滑,是否影響裝配。電鍍產(chǎn)品是否拋缺,段差。,以確認(rèn)首件合格性,具體1.要求生產(chǎn)每人/每臺機必須有姓名標(biāo)示,然后將電鍍合格首件送檢品管,2.品管檢驗合格后將已電鍍合格品返還生產(chǎn)每位員工,以此作為合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn),3.后續(xù)電鍍品自檢及全檢合格后,再送檢品管、如有批鋒殘留,挫缺,嚴(yá
