皮帶輪傳動計算方法已知:機外靜壓值Pst;風量Q;機組壓損AP;所選風機型號求:機組皮帶輪型號,皮帶型號解:1.求全壓P01) 根據(jù)風機性能曲線與風量值定出動壓值Pd(定風機型號時,注意風量Q值對應的出口風速在10?15m/s為好)2) 機組壓損厶P計算蒸發(fā)器:△P1過濾網(wǎng):△P2輔助電加熱部件:△P3其它:△P4=30Pa3)P=P+P+AP0std2.求風機內功率Nin0;風機轉速n2根據(jù)全壓值與風量值查找風機性能曲線,找其交點,定風機內功率值Nin0與風機轉速n2;對于雙風機,風機性能見下:風量: 曲線圖上值X2轉速: 曲線圖上值X1.05內功率: 曲線圖上值X2.15噪聲: 曲線圖上值+3dB(A)3?選用電機功率P1) 求風機軸功率NSNS=Nin0/nm(nm=0?95)nm—風機機械效率風機傳動方式nm電機直聯(lián)傳動1聯(lián)軸器直聯(lián)傳動0.98三角皮帶傳動0.952)求配套電機的功率NN=NSXK(K值選取見下)K——電機容量安全系數(shù)電機功率(Kw)k值W2.21.2W111.15>111.1計算功率Pc=KaXN(Ka為工作情況系數(shù),我們一般取1.0)根據(jù)PC值選取電機型號,定電機功率P求傳動比I1)根據(jù)電機選型手冊定電機轉速n1i=n1/n2定電機皮帶輪d](皮帶輪型號一般選取SPA)原則1:電機皮帶輪不要過小;一般$100原因:小帶輪直徑決定了帶的彎曲程度,小帶輪越小,皮帶彎曲越厲害;同時小帶輪越小,則帶速偏低,由于P=FV,則F偏大,對帶的壽命影響較大。原則2:根據(jù)傳動比計算出的大帶輪不要過大;一般W1/2倍葉輪直徑原因:風機皮帶輪過大將造成機組進風阻力較大,影響機組性能原則3:帶速v=ndp/60*1000WV11max對窄V帶,V=35?40,為了充分發(fā)揮窄V帶的傳動動力,應max使v~20m/s定風機皮帶輪d2d2=d1Xi定中心距a范圍中心距的大小決定了帶長,帶長越長,帶在單位時間內受彎曲的次數(shù)越少,一般建議中心距范圍:0.7d1+d2)<a<2d1+d2)另根據(jù)機組結構定中心距范圍,與上面的范圍取值8?定皮帶長度L方法1:直接在三維圖上量取皮帶的近似長度,然后根據(jù)該近似長度來確定標準帶長方法2:根據(jù)公式Ld0=2a0+n(d]+d2)/2+(d1-d2)2/4a°
