noc運維工程師崗位職責

工作職責:

1.利用網管平臺實時監(jiān)控云平臺系統(tǒng)的運行狀態(tài)，對檢測到的問題，能夠根據(jù)問題的類型、嚴重程度，及時協(xié)調跟進人員進行處理;

2.通過接收各產品業(yè)務告警電話，管理故障處理跟蹤系統(tǒng)的事件報告，協(xié)調相關人員完成故障的處理;

3.根據(jù)要求進行故障排查、情況收集和故障處理反饋，解決云平臺遇到的網絡、系統(tǒng)等多方面的問題;

4.能夠響應/處理初級網絡故障/服務器故障

任職要求:

1.目前這個崗位希望有機房運維經驗，服務器硬件相關底子的伙伴。一年以上相關工作經驗;

2.非常熟悉windowsserver、linux/unix操作系統(tǒng)，可以快速建立常用應用環(huán)境，能夠快速判斷解決常見問題和故障;

3.了解交換機、路由器等網絡設備、tcp/ip、網絡應用協(xié)議;

4.有操作系統(tǒng)或網絡維護以及服務器維護經驗，有一定的網絡故障、系統(tǒng)故障、應用服務故障的分析調試能力優(yōu)先考慮;

5.具備ccnp/ccie/rhce優(yōu)先考慮，熟悉linux和unix具有redhat認證優(yōu)先;

6.適應7x24工作體系優(yōu)先考慮，一個月4-5個夜班。

7.有過idc運維工作經驗，與服務器硬件基礎知識的優(yōu)先
