iii.Characteristicsoflocalarchitectures:

Thesiteisinsubtropical,itrainsoftenthere,andthehumidityishigh.It’sveryhotinsummerandwarminwinter.Meetingwiththeenvironmentalconditions,thelocalbuildingshavesomeobviouscharacteristicsincommon,suchasopenstructure,rainproofingandbeingpaintedwithlightcolors.

5.5.1.2.DesignSpecifications

i.DesignPrinciple：

a).Somecurrentstatestandards,codeswouldbestrictlyexecutedindesign.Sometechnicalmeasureswouldbeadopted,suchasfireprotection,explosionprotection,laborsafety,industrialhygiene,etc.

b).Ventilation,dampproofing,rainproofingandheatinsulationinsummerwouldbeconsideredinthedesign.theenclosurewallshallbeopenpossibly.Buildingdesignwouldbesimpleandbright.Wewouldcreateagoodspatialenvironmentandbuildinggroupwithmodernspecialtyaspossible.

ii.BuildingConstructionsofmainworkshops:

a).Wall:

Brickwouldbeusedforthefillerwallsofframestructures,andfortheself-bearingwalls.

Galvanizedsteelcladdingwouldbeusedforsteelstructures.

b).Roofing:

Normally,free-fallingdrainagetypeisadoptedintheproducingbuilding.

Astoreinforcedconcreteroof,APProllroofingbycold-processedwouldbeadopted,and30mmthickfineballastconcreteprotectinglayerwouldbemadewhereworkerssteponoften.

Astosmallareareinforcedconcreteroof,rigidwaterproofingwouldbemade.

Toroomswhereheatpreservationandinsulationareneeded,elevatedthermalinsulatinglayerwouldbeused.

Galvanizedflutedsteelsheetswouldbeusedforsteelstructureroof,orothertilingroof.

c).Groundandfloor:

Concretegroundandcementmortarcoatingfloorwouldbeusedinproducingbuildings.

CeramictileflooringorelectrostaticresistancefalsefloorwouldbeusedinCentrallaboratory／Centralcontrolroom.

e).Stair,handrail:

NormallyR.C.stairswouldbeusedforthemainstairsofcoalmillandcentrallaboratory/centralcontrolroom,andsteelstairsareoftenchosenforotherworkshop.

Allhandrailsandtherailingpostswouldbemadeofsteelpipe.

f).Pitwaterproofing:

Allpitswouldbemadeofwaterproofconcrete,togetherwitha800x800x800mmwatercollectingwell.

Rubberwaterstopwouldbefixedinthemovementjoints.

g).Paintingofinternalandexternalwall:

TherewouldbenoplasterandpaintingontheoutersurfacesofR.C.silosandstructuresframes.

Theexternalwallofotherbuildingswouldbeplasteredandpainted.Accordingtotheindividualdemandsofdifferentrooms,theinternalwallwouldbeplasteredandpaintedorsprayedwithwhitewash.

iii.BuildingConstructionsofAuxiliaryBuildings:

a).Wall:

Brickwouldbeusedforthefillerwallsofframestructures,andforthe

self-bearingwalls.

b).Roof:

APProllroofingbycold-processedwouldbeadopted.

Toroomswhereheatpreservationandinsulationareneeded,elevatedthermalinsulatinglayerwouldbeused.

c).Groundandfloor:

Generallycementmortarcoatinggroundandfloorwouldbeused.

Terrazzogroundandfloororelectrostaticresistancefalsefloorwouldbeadoptedinthosebuildingswherespecialconditionsarerequired.

d).Door,window:

Aluminumalloydoorsandwindowswouldbechosen.

e).Stair:

R.C.stairswouldbeused,withsteelsta
