1總則
1.0.1為規(guī)范建筑垃圾再生產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用,提升建筑垃圾資源化利用
水平,制定本規(guī)程。
1.0.2本規(guī)程適用于河北省建筑垃圾再生產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用技術(shù)要求與檢
驗(yàn)。
1.0.3建筑垃圾再生產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程的規(guī)定外,尚應(yīng)符
合國(guó)家、行業(yè)及河北省現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語(yǔ)
2.0.1建筑垃圾constructionwaste
工程渣土、工程泥漿、工程垃圾、拆除垃圾和裝修垃圾等的總
稱。包括新建、擴(kuò)建、改建和拆除各類建筑物、構(gòu)筑物、管網(wǎng)等以
及居民裝飾裝修房屋過程中產(chǎn)生的棄土、棄料及其他廢棄物,不包
括檢驗(yàn)、鑒定為危險(xiǎn)廢物的建筑垃圾。
2.0.2建筑垃圾利用率replacementrateofrecycledaggregate
再生骨料、再生微粉等建筑垃圾占再生產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量百分比???/p>
以分為再生骨料取代率、再生微粉取代率。
2.0.3建筑垃圾再生產(chǎn)品constructionwasterecyclingproducts
以建筑垃圾為原料制成的應(yīng)用到建設(shè)工程中的產(chǎn)品。
2.0.4再生粗/細(xì)骨料recycledcoarse/fineaggregate
由建筑垃圾中的混凝土、砂漿、石或磚瓦等加工而成,粒徑大
于4.75mm的顆粒,稱為再生粗骨料;粒徑不大于4.75mm的顆粒,
稱為再生細(xì)骨料。
2.0.5再生細(xì)骨料膠砂需水量比waterrequirementratioofrecycled
fineaggregatemortar
再生膠砂需水量與基準(zhǔn)膠砂需水量之比即為再生膠砂需水量
比。
2.0.6再生細(xì)骨料膠砂強(qiáng)度比strengthratioofrecycledfine
aggregatemortar
再生膠砂強(qiáng)度與基準(zhǔn)膠砂強(qiáng)度之比即為再生膠砂強(qiáng)度比。
2.0.7泥粉含量claycontentandfinecontent
再生粗骨料中粒徑小于75μm的黏土和石粉顆粒含量。
2.0.8微粉含量finepowdercontent

再生細(xì)骨料中粒徑小于75μm的顆粒含量。
2.0.9再生混凝土recycledconcrete
摻用再生骨料和/或再生微粉配制而成的混凝土。摻用再生骨料
的稱為再生骨料混凝土,摻用再生微粉的稱為再生微粉混凝土。
2.0.10再生砂漿recycledmortar
摻用再生骨料和/或再生微粉配制而成的砂漿。摻用再生骨料的
稱為再生骨料砂漿,摻用再生微粉的稱為再生微粉砂漿。
2.0.11再生微粉recycledmicropowder
由建筑垃圾中的混凝土、磚瓦等加工而成的,或伴隨再生骨料
制備產(chǎn)生的,粒徑小于0.075mm的顆粒,不包括風(fēng)化和軟弱顆粒。
2.0.12再生骨料透水混凝土recycledaggregateperviousconcrete
再生骨料取代率為30%以上的透水混凝土。
2.0.13再生骨料生態(tài)混凝土recycledaggregateecologicalconcrete
摻用再生骨料配制而成的,具有生態(tài)系統(tǒng)基本功能,滿足生物
生存要求的多孔混凝土。
2.0.14生態(tài)孔徑ecologicalaperture
生態(tài)混凝土中能滿足植物根系生長(zhǎng)和小型動(dòng)物生存要求的表觀
孔徑。
2.0.15再生骨料無機(jī)混合料recycledaggregateinorganicmixture
由再生級(jí)配骨料配制的無機(jī)混合料。
2.0.16再生瀝青混合料recycledasphaltmixture
含有回收瀝青路面材料的瀝青混合料。
2.0.17再生陶粒recycledceramsite
利用建筑垃圾等廢棄物制備的陶粒。
2.0.18再生陶?;炷羠ecycledceramsiteconcrete
以再生陶粒為骨料的再生輕骨料混凝土。

3基本規(guī)定
3.0.1在滿足使用功能、安全和環(huán)保要求的前提下,宜在建筑工程、
市政工程、水務(wù)工程、景觀工程等建筑物、構(gòu)筑物、鋪設(shè)物中適宜
部位,采用建筑垃圾再生產(chǎn)品。
3.0.2建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目同時(shí)橫跨建筑工程、市政工程、水務(wù)工程、景
觀工程中兩個(gè)類別或以上的,其再生產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用,應(yīng)同時(shí)滿足本規(guī)
程相應(yīng)章節(jié)的技術(shù)要求。
3.0.3再生產(chǎn)品的放射性應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑材料放射性核
素限量》GB6566的規(guī)定,浸出毒性應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《危險(xiǎn)廢
物鑒別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)—浸出毒性鑒別》GB5085.3的規(guī)定。
4
4再生骨料技術(shù)要求與檢驗(yàn)
4.1一般規(guī)定
4.1.1再生骨料的性能指標(biāo)應(yīng)滿足所制備的混凝土、砂漿、砌塊或
磚等建材產(chǎn)品對(duì)骨料的技術(shù)要求。
4.1.2再生骨料的應(yīng)用應(yīng)符合國(guó)家有關(guān)安全和環(huán)保的規(guī)定。
4.2再生骨料原材及制備
4.2.1加工再生骨料的建筑垃圾應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和預(yù)處理,可包括分類、
預(yù)濕及除土。
4.2.2再生骨料加工應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1處理系統(tǒng)主要包括破碎、篩分、分選等工藝,具體工藝路線
應(yīng)根據(jù)建筑垃圾特點(diǎn)和再生產(chǎn)品要求確定。
2破碎設(shè)備應(yīng)具備可調(diào)節(jié)破碎進(jìn)、出料的功能,宜采用多種破
碎設(shè)備組合運(yùn)用。
3分選宜以機(jī)械分選為主,人工分選為輔。
4.2.3再生骨料加工工藝應(yīng)根據(jù)進(jìn)廠物料特性、資源化利用工藝、
產(chǎn)品形式與出路等綜合確定,可分為固定式和移動(dòng)式兩種。固定式
處理工藝流程可參考本規(guī)程附錄A的規(guī)定,移動(dòng)式處理工藝流程可
參考本規(guī)程附錄B的規(guī)定。加工工藝應(yīng)包括給料、除土、破碎、篩
分、分選、粉控、整形、輸送、貯存、除塵、降噪、廢水處理等工
序,各工序配制宜根據(jù)原料與產(chǎn)品確定。
4.2.4應(yīng)合理布置生產(chǎn)線,減少物料傳輸距離。應(yīng)合理利用地勢(shì)勢(shì)

能和傳輸帶提升功能,設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)線工藝流程。
4.2.5具體加工工藝過程應(yīng)滿足現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑廢棄物再生工
廠設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB51322的規(guī)定。
4.3再生粗骨料
4.3.1制備再生產(chǎn)品所用的再生粗骨料應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝
土用再生粗骨料》GB/T25177的規(guī)定。檢驗(yàn)方法應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)
準(zhǔn)《建設(shè)用卵石、碎石》GB/T14685執(zhí)行。
4.3.2再生粗骨料按性能要求可分為Ⅰ類、Ⅱ類和Ⅲ類。
4.3.3再生粗骨料按粒徑尺寸分為連續(xù)粒級(jí)和單粒級(jí)。連續(xù)粒級(jí)分
為5mm~16mm、5mm~20mm、5mm~25mm、5mm~31.5mm四
種規(guī)格,單粒級(jí)分為5mm~10mm、10mm~20mm和16~31.5mm
三種規(guī)格。
4.3.4再生粗骨料的顆粒級(jí)配應(yīng)符合表4.3.4的規(guī)定。

4.4再生細(xì)骨料
4.4.1制備再生產(chǎn)品所用的再生細(xì)骨料應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝
土和砂漿用再生細(xì)骨料》GB/T25176的規(guī)定。檢驗(yàn)方法應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行
國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建設(shè)用砂》GB/T14684執(zhí)行。
4.4.2再生細(xì)骨料按性能要求可分為Ⅰ類、Ⅱ類和Ⅲ類。
4.4.3再生細(xì)骨料按細(xì)度模數(shù)分為粗、中、細(xì)、特細(xì)四種規(guī)格,其
細(xì)度模數(shù)Mx分別為:
粗砂:Mx=3.7~3.1
中砂:Mx=3.0~2.3
細(xì)砂:Mx=2.2~1.6
特細(xì)砂:Mx=1.5~0.7
4.4.4再生細(xì)骨料的顆粒級(jí)配應(yīng)符合表4.4.4-1和4.4.4-2的規(guī)定。

現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土和砂漿用再生細(xì)骨料》GB/T25176的規(guī)定
進(jìn)行。
4.5再生骨料檢驗(yàn)、運(yùn)輸和儲(chǔ)存
4.5.1再生粗骨料的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1型式試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括本規(guī)程表4.3.5的所有項(xiàng)目,其中堿骨料
反應(yīng)可根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行;
2出廠檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括顆粒級(jí)配、微粉含量、泥塊含量、吸水率、
壓碎指標(biāo)、表觀密度、不規(guī)則顆粒含量以及空隙率;
3進(jìn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括泥塊含量、吸水率、壓碎指標(biāo)和表觀密度。
4.5.2再生粗骨料的檢驗(yàn)組批規(guī)則應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1型式檢驗(yàn)和出廠檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)按類別、規(guī)格及日產(chǎn)量確定批次:日
產(chǎn)量在2000t及2000t以下,每600t為一批,不足600t亦為一批;
日產(chǎn)量超過2000t且不超過5000t,每1000t為一批,不足1000t亦
為一批;日產(chǎn)量超過5000t,每2000t為一批,不足2000t亦為一批;
對(duì)于建筑垃圾來源相同的再生骨料,日產(chǎn)量不足600t,應(yīng)以連續(xù)生

產(chǎn)不超過3天且不大于600t為一批;
2進(jìn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)按同一廠家、同一類別、同一規(guī)格、同一批次的

4.5.3再生細(xì)骨料的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1型式試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括本規(guī)程表4.4.5的所有項(xiàng)目;
2出廠檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括顆粒級(jí)配、細(xì)度模數(shù)、微粉含量、泥塊含
量、再生細(xì)骨料膠砂需水量比、表觀密度,堆積密度和空隙率;
3進(jìn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目包括泥塊含量、再生細(xì)骨料膠砂需水量比和表
觀密度。
4.5.4再生細(xì)骨料的檢驗(yàn)組批規(guī)則應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1型式檢驗(yàn)和出廠檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)按同分類、同規(guī)格,每600t為一批,
不足600t亦為一批;
2進(jìn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)按同一廠家、同一類別、同一規(guī)格、同一批次的
再生骨料,每400m3或600t應(yīng)作為一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批,不足400m3或600t
應(yīng)按同一批次。
4.5.5再生骨料檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果應(yīng)符合本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第4.3~4.4節(jié)規(guī)定。當(dāng)有一
項(xiàng)指標(biāo)達(dá)不到要求時(shí),可從同一批產(chǎn)品中加倍取樣,對(duì)不符合要求
的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行復(fù)檢。復(fù)檢結(jié)果合格時(shí),可判定該批次產(chǎn)品為合格產(chǎn)品;
復(fù)檢結(jié)果不合格時(shí),應(yīng)判定該批產(chǎn)品為不合格產(chǎn)品。
4.5.6生產(chǎn)再生骨料的過程中,有下列情況之一時(shí),應(yīng)進(jìn)行型式試
驗(yàn):
1新產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn)時(shí);
2生產(chǎn)工藝發(fā)生變化時(shí);
3原材料發(fā)生重大變化時(shí);

4正常生產(chǎn)時(shí),每年一次;
5國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)要求檢驗(yàn)時(shí)。
4.5.7出廠的再生骨料應(yīng)提供產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格證,內(nèi)容包括:
1再生骨料的名稱、類別、規(guī)格和生產(chǎn)廠信息(廠名、地址和
電話等);
2批量編號(hào)及供貨數(shù)量;
3檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果、日期、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
4合格證編號(hào)及發(fā)放日期;
5檢驗(yàn)部門及檢驗(yàn)人員簽章;
6注意事項(xiàng)等。
4.5.8再生骨料進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí),應(yīng)按規(guī)定批次檢查型式檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告、出廠檢
驗(yàn)報(bào)告及合格證等質(zhì)量證明文件。
4.5.9再生骨料運(yùn)輸時(shí),應(yīng)采取防止混入雜物和粉塵飛揚(yáng)的措施。
4.5.10再生骨料應(yīng)按類別、規(guī)格分開堆放儲(chǔ)存,且應(yīng)采取防止混入
雜物、人為碾壓和污染的措施。

5再生微粉技術(shù)要求與檢驗(yàn)
5.1一般規(guī)定
5.1.1建筑垃圾再生微粉可用于水泥生料和混合材、混凝土和砂漿
摻合料。
5.1.2建筑垃圾再生微粉的應(yīng)用應(yīng)符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)安全和環(huán)保方
面標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
5.1.3應(yīng)依據(jù)建筑垃圾的清潔程度和成分情況,選擇相應(yīng)的加工工
藝流程,確保再生微粉的技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合要求。
5.2再生微粉制備與原材料
5.2.1制備再生微粉設(shè)備宜選用立磨、球磨、立磨加球磨。
5.2.2制備再生微粉過程中,改性劑應(yīng)與微粉充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆颉?/p>
5.2.3再生微粉制成后,應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)微粉細(xì)度,避免過粉磨。
5.2.4制備再生微粉用建筑垃圾中氯離子應(yīng)小于0.04%。
5.2.5制備再生微粉用建筑垃圾中硫化物及硫酸鹽含量(按SO3質(zhì)
量計(jì))應(yīng)小于3.0%。
5.2.6再生微粉生產(chǎn)廠區(qū)設(shè)計(jì),廢棄物處置方式,和生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)、
工藝設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)備選型要求等生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑廢
棄物再生工廠設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB51322的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
5.2.7建筑垃圾進(jìn)廠后,應(yīng)預(yù)先進(jìn)行搭配,分批堆放,分別取樣作
化學(xué)全分析,確保成分均勻。入磨水分應(yīng)小于2%。

6建筑垃圾再生混凝土及砂漿應(yīng)用技術(shù)要求
6.1一般規(guī)定
6.1.1再生混凝土應(yīng)用于建設(shè)工程中,應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝
土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》GB50010及《再生混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》JGJ/T
443的規(guī)定。
6.1.2再生混凝土和砂漿的骨料不應(yīng)來源于輕骨料混凝土或加氣混
凝土砌塊。
6.1.3再生混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)應(yīng)按立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值確定。其立
方體抗壓強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值確定方法,與普通混凝土立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
值確定方法相同。
6.1.4Ⅰ類再生粗骨料可用于配制C50及以下強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土;Ⅱ
類再生粗骨料宜用于配制C40及以下強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土;Ⅲ類再生
粗骨料可用于配制C25以下強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土,不宜用于配制有抗
凍性要求的混凝土。
6.1.5Ⅰ類再生細(xì)骨料可用于配制C40及以下強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土;Ⅱ
類再生細(xì)骨料宜用于配制C25及以下強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土;Ⅲ類再生
細(xì)骨料不宜用于配制結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土。
6.1.6再生骨料不得用于配制預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土。
6.1.7再生骨料混凝土的耐久性設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土
結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》GB50010和《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》GB/T
50467的相關(guān)規(guī)定。當(dāng)再生骨料混凝土用于設(shè)計(jì)使用年限50年的混
凝土結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),其耐久性宜符合表6.1.7的規(guī)定。

5、當(dāng)使用非堿活性骨料時(shí),對(duì)混凝土中的堿含量可不作限制。
6.1.8再生砂漿應(yīng)用于建設(shè)工程砌體結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
《砌體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》GB50003規(guī)定。
6.1.9Ⅰ類再生細(xì)骨料可用于配制各種強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的砂漿;Ⅱ類再生細(xì)
骨料可用于配制M15及以下強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的砂漿;Ⅲ類再生細(xì)骨料宜用
于配制M10及以下強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的砂漿。
6.1.10再生細(xì)骨料可用于配制砌筑砂漿、抹灰砂漿和地面砂漿。再
生骨料地面砂漿不適用于地面面層。
6.2再生骨料混凝土、砂漿技術(shù)要求及配合比設(shè)計(jì)
6.2.1再生骨料混凝土的拌合物性能、力學(xué)性能、長(zhǎng)期性能和耐久
性能、強(qiáng)度檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定及耐久性檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定等,應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混
凝土質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB50164的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
6.2.2再生骨料混凝土的軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值(fck)、軸心抗壓強(qiáng)

宜通過試驗(yàn)確定;在缺乏試驗(yàn)條件或技術(shù)資料時(shí),可按表6.2.3的規(guī)
定取值。

2再生粗骨料和再生細(xì)骨料應(yīng)符合本規(guī)程4.3和4.4節(jié)的相關(guān)
